Absolutely professional, along w/ competent, knowledgeable, friendly, & HONEST. The co-owner (Greg) is one of the nicest and most fair service men I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I hear his brother Scott is similar. (This company has three not recommended Yelp reviews; all three reviewers rated this company 5 stars.)

When first contacting Greg, he couldn't fit me in that week due to his vacation, but he was kind enough to recommend another plumbing company. (I did use that company.) However, after another plumbing issue arose, I phoned AC Plumbing. Greg fit me in quickly, arrived on time, was extremely nice, knowledgeable, & he charged me less than what other plumbers would have charged. I've used him twice since.

He diagnosed a leak that others missed, resealed the area between the stainless sink & the granite, & researched the best faucet for my needs. Greg recommended a commercial grade Delta faucet, explaining the difference between commercial grade & the faucets available in stores. He is such an honest, down to earth man-- yes, I am impressed.

This is a two-man, family owned business that has been in operation MANY years. Hands down it beats the other plumbing companies on ALL fronts. I won't phone anyone else when I have a plumbing issue. When you hire AC Plumbing, you are getting old time, small town service that unfortunately is seldom present today.

Have had several plumbing issues in the past where the line is backed up or just back flow into the room have had other plumbers and workers come through but still had the same issues called them up to get an immediate response to have them come by been over 8 months still no back flow or back highly recommend

I had a small water leaking from the wall to garage floor. Thought it was water leak. They came the same day and gave me free diagnosis. They're very friendly. Seems like it is originating from A/C unit. They were very informative. Told me what I should do. If I have real leak in the future, I know who to call.

Used them in a time if need and let me tell you they are probably one of the only company's in South Florida that still deliver excellence professionalism and fairness in pricing in all there work ...They came with a notice of cleaning the septic .They assisted in finding the septic tank cleaned it and figured out damage in a the drainage system .I can say we have a plumber team for life with them ..Gio and his team are way past a 5 star ...

Incredibly happy customer!! Not only did they provide the BEST option out of 4 quotes I obtained. They took time to answer all my questions and teach me about what I was buying so I could make a truly informed decision. I didn't feel like I was being SOLD I feel like they were actually helping me which showed they CARE.

They further proved they cared by making sure everything worked and was programmed to my satisfaction. I couldn't get the WiFi feature to work. I attempted to contact customer service on the device to fix myself but couldn't. Instead of sending me to instructions or back to customer service they sent out one of their techs who had some knowledge and success on IT stuff.  It took several attempts but they stayed and troubleshot until they got it working!

Excellent customer service. GREAT TEAM! Even if you have to pay a tad bit more (which I didn't cause they had the best deal)... it's worth it! Nothing beats great customer service. Found out they do plumbing too. They will definitely be my one stop shop for Heating, Air, & Plumbing because I know I can trust them. Grateful!

Should be called Nickel and Dime Guys. I have tried to subcontact this company twice to do a job for my customers, one time they wouldn't do the work without ridiculous add on fees and having to hire another company to finish the job. The other time they wouldn't do the work at all because they didn't like the way the original plumbing was installed. In both cases it was a complete waste of time and money to even send them for the estimate. These 'Guys' are a joke, you would be better off hiring someone who really wants to work.

If I could give zero stars I would.  The plumber was horrible at communicating. With an accent and a mask on his face the whole time I could not understand anything he said. Then his report was unlegible and when the people in the office transcribed it the grammar was so awful I still cannot understand it. $450 dollars I paid and I have no idea what was discovered at the inspection. I feel completely ripped off.

As his reviews indicate, Mr. Manin is a 5 Star plumber. I have needed his expertise on two different occasions now.  He is polite, expedient, and knowledgable. His pricing is reasonable for the work performed. He is reliable and prompt in responding to inquiries. I feel comfortable recommending him to any of my family members and friends. I had a small pipe leak that needed to be fixed fast. They were available to come out within the hour of me contacting them, and they fixed the issue pretty quickly for a reasonable price!

I purchased a preventative maintenance program. Company has canceled two appointments already and wants to schedule a third appointment 4 weeks from now. Very poor service. Managers unavailable. Paradise Air used to be a good company, but after their merger the company is now worthless. You would be well advised to look elsewhere.
