I saw the New England Plumbing truck out side of a shopping plaza guess they were on lunch.Well anyway  I asked the young man a question about some plumbing issues my mother was having, that I was going to do myself. He asked me some questions about the problem and suggested a couple  things that it could be. He gave me his name Devaris and the companies  phone and said if I ran into a problem give them a call. This was a professional ,just the way he knew his stuff was so refreshing. I had called other companies just for advise and prices, they wanted to only give prices. But Devaris gave me a solution, very hard to find honest people these days. Me and my mother thank you.

Called Ivan and he responded via text right away. I explained that I had a leak by a bathroom drain but I could not find the source. Ivan checked out the bathroom and recommended that he use a camera and snake the main line. He reported to me that there were several places where the pipe was clogged, and he got most of it out.  After a few days the leak reappeared. I called Ivan and told him the problem, he told me he was in the middle of a job and would call me as soon as he was done.  After not hearing from him at the end of the day I called him and left a voice message and a text. After getting no response, I called several times the next day and sent text messages. After getting no response it occurred to me that he was avoiding me. I texted him using a different phone like a new customer and he responded right away. I told him who I was and to not bother because I was calling another plumber. I called South End Plumbing and they found the problem in 10 minutes - a leaking shutoff valve under the sink. Problem solved at 1/3 what I paid Ivan. I also saw there were license issues in 2017

Great plumber! Great response time! Called for a underground pipe leak and he was able to take care of it with all the complications no problems.

What a pleasure to deal with a company that has friendly, skilled technicians, responds promptly to your needs and charges a fair price for the work done. I had a mystery leak resulting in massive water bills and they were the only ones who could locate and repair it. I would never consider using any other plumbing company. I have complete confidence in Ross, John and Kenny (the leak whisperer) for all future plumbing needs.

Alexis Parra came to my house to install a kitchen sink, paint a wall and install some skirting board to replace some that was water damaged.

I was very impressed by all the work. The painting and wall board look amazing.

The sink got complicated because the sink I bought was deeper than the previous one and so the pipes no longer fitted.

Without charging me extra, Alexis spent considerable time buying and replacing the pipes.

The finished sink looks great. Several guests have already commented on how professional the work looks.

I would definitely recommend him.

My technician Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and when he wasn't sure he didn't lie! I hate when people lie instead of saying simply I need to do more research before I can give you an answer. He was polite, friendly and helpful so rare nowadays. My problem is an underlying issue so I need help from someone else then Jeff will come back and help with something else! Can't recommend them enough. Anytime I need a plumber I'm calling!

Thanks so very much for finding and fixing my issue and not blowing the job up bigger like the company I called before! Won't be going to RR ever again! This house has a new better plumbing company!

I wish I can give this guy a negative star rating, very unprofessional, made and appointment to for a quote and never showed, called him on the phone and hang up the phone, make sure to stay away from this company.

Set an appointment and this provider did not show up. Responded to my message an hour and a half after making me wait a 3 hr appointment window. They obviously value their time more. Recommend hiring a different plumber.

After nearly 1k spent you'd think our issue would be resolved. Nope. I can also almost guarantee that no one will answer the phone the first time I call, hardly ever return a message thus prompting me to call over and over. If you call a different person then they tell you to call someone else.

I would not recommend using this company.

4D plumbing sucks, they screwed up my whole house and when I confronted the owner about it he threatened to use gang violence on me and to sick his auntie on me whoever that is
