We received a written confirmation for the services to be performed at 11:30 am. At 11:00 am the crew arrived and we advised  the scheduler, Denice, that we were on the way from work to greet them.  She was very rude and gave us a 15 min window. I arrived at 11:20 am and the crew was gone.  This is the second time we used their services, so technically, I was a client (had written a check for $400 two weeks ago). However, their lack of loyalty and management of clients is very poor. Perhaps if you are a local you are used to this behavior, but to us is unacceptable.

We had a plumbing issue that 3 plumbers could not figure out. We then called Mokher at the suggestion of a friend who had used them, and they figured out and solved the problem immediately.  Ryan came out, investigated the issue and within just a few minutes identified the problem. Other plumbers wanted to charge me a lot of money to run a camera through the stack or conduct a smoke test.  Ryan said they could do those tests, but told me they probably weren't necessary, and then fixed the problem. I highly recommend these guys.  They are knowledgeable, professional, fair, and want to help where others just want to find a reason to charge you money.

If I could give this business a zero I would. I had trouble calling from my phone where he could not hear me and he immediately blocked me when I tried to call back. I called back from my husbands phone and the man on  the other  end asked me weird questions. He told me he blocked me which I thought was very unprofessional. I got the vibe he was not good business and told him I'm not interested in his services because he was very rude. I politely hung up and this  person texted my hubbys phone and told me I was disrespectful. Really,  what business person does that!! Disgusting

As I'm taking my time reading through all the reviews because I still cannot believe this person is still in business, I see a lot of encounters just like mine with this guy. How is it that he has such high reviews??? Had I took my time to read the reviews one by one, I would never have called!!  They have to be fake or his mood changes day by day...

As you can see this company is Crazy..everyone please stay away. I had a faucet that needed an extension, explained this to the man on the phone. I cannot believe you wrote this...well yes I can. This is how you deal with ppl..please read the reviews. No fraud, this reply was not a good cover up for your disgusting behavior.

This company charged me 1h of service for going to the supplier store to get an standard valve they should should always have in their truck.
When I expressed my disagreement, they were very rude.
After I paid the money they were charging ( even I was disagree) they lie in the receipt putting a note saying that I paid 90 less of what I actually paid.
Now I have a receipt saying I paid X when actually pain X+90
I don't recommend this company.

A friend recommended Jason w general plumbing. He answered us right away & scheduled for a visit the next day. He communicated when he was on the way and provided great explanation of what he needed to do to correct the problem. I had a great experience working with them and would def recommend to anyone.
