Very pleased with work performed by Ruben.
He answered the phone right away and fixed my plumbing issue on the same day.
He was very patient with me and didn't mind me asking questions.
I would most definitely use R & N plumbing again
I called on Saturday and the person answered stating they would not be able to come until Tuesday afternoon. Waited until 5pm and nothing. I totally forgot that's south Florida even when you are paying fir a service. wow. Can anyone recommend a plumber that can come when requested.

I called because another plumber stood me up. Ruben came in the same day and resolved my plumbing issue. He has an inspiring story of how he came to be his own boss (credits his wife). I'm proud of you Ruben, keep up the great work! He will be my go to plumber from now on.

unfortunately scheduled plumbing for bathroom, texted company day before to confirm. no response back. even after estimate and texted agreement. no show i'm sad.
I highly recommend this plumbing company! Ruben was very professional and answered our call promptly. I called him on a Friday morning regarding a loose toilet at our property that was not functional and he fit us in for early Saturday morning. He is very knowledgeable, knew exactly what the problem was over the phone, and took the time explain it to me thoroughly in layman terms. He was punctual in arriving to the job and completed the job efficiently and at a fair price. He also gave us advice on how to prevent future issues and checked out the other toilets at our house to make sure none of them had any issues. As others mentioned in their reviews, I think we have found our new go to plumbing company!
Extremely disappointed considering this company has good reviews on Yelp. I called on Fri 3/12, no answer. Sent a detailed text that same day & was told someone would come on Mon 3/15. Mon came & no one came or called/text me to reschedule. I sent a text that same day & was told someone would come on Tue 3/13. Tue came & I got a text saying they had to reschedule for Fri 3/19. Fri came & again no one came or called/text me to reschedule. At that point I didn't bother calling them back to reschedule. There are two other bad reviews on Yelp with the same type of complaint. I understand emergencies happen but there's a way to handle them professionally when dealing with clients, like communicating with them! I'm posting some of the texts that were sent. You can judge by yourself if this was handled professionally or not.

Submitted on yelp that I needed plumbing help and Ruben was the first to respond in a matter of moments. It was a holiday but he still went out of his way to get one of his guys out. His team was professional and climbed up on my roof four times to clear a stubborn clog in 90 degree weather. On top of that there were plenty of times I was nervous after the service that clog could return but Ruben stayed with me on phone to walk me through what was done and ease my fears, he walked me through other services they could offer if it came back but told me to wait. His honesty was a breath of fresh air and made me definitely want to use him again. R&N plumbing saved the day!
Ruben and his tech were outstanding! After receiving an extremely high water bill, I called, he came out same day, detected the leak and replaced the piping. It took less than 3 hours and is reasonably priced.

I would like to say my experience with R&N Plumbing Inc. was exceptional! We had an Emergency situation at our business, that involved our toilet water draining from the ground, and in about 5 minutes I was able to get a quote and have their team on their way almost immediately! Leo took my call and was very professional in keeping me updated as I was not able to be onsite during the repair. We will definitely recommend & use their services again. In an emergency, call these guys! Thank you for not only for eliminating the problem, but educating & keeping me informed on what preventative actions we should take to keep things working well. You guys definitely know what quality service is about.

Rubens is a winner in my book. He came out only hours after we called. He knew exactly what the issue was from our description and answering a few questions. He had our garbage disposal replaced and ready to go within an hour or so of arrival. I was floored (in a great way!) by the cost - totally reasonable! He was also kind enough to take a look at a fussy toilet and give me a great estimate on the solution. Safe to say we'll be contacting him again for any future plumbing needs.

When we were unsuccessful at unclogging our stopped up kitchen sink, R&N came to the rescue. The whole project was easy by using the Yelp project button within minutes I had several plumbing companies respond we had used are an N in the past and they were the first to respond. when we made the request it was late in the day so we set up a time for the plumbers to come by the house. They were right on time and texted us when they were 30 minutes from the house. They also addressed some other plumbing concerns and we have in the house, the price was fair and the plumbers gave us some suggestions to prevent the problem from happening in the future. If you want a plumber he's very reliable, fair priced and respectful of your time contact R and N.
The owner happened to be near the area and came right over. Within an hour, he checked all the pipes and made some fixes. We're working good as new and for a reasonable price. :) thank you!
This is the second time I have used R & N Plumbing. The first time I called R&N, I needed to replace a defective main water shut off valve in order to determine the location of a water leak (inside/outside the house). I called R & N in the morning and Ruben came in the afternoon and replaced the main water shut off valve right away. I was very impressed not only by his professional demeanor and customer oriented attitude but also by his attention to detail. Once he replaced the valve, he was able to shut off the water and it was evident that the leak was outside on the main water pipe, since the meter was still running even though the water was shut off. At that point, I asked Ruben for an estimate to replace the main water pipe and he provided one explained in detail what needed to be done. His estimate was once again very reasonable. A few days later, I called Ruben back and asked him to come and replace the main water pipe. He scheduled his crew and told me that they would be at the house between 6:30 and 7 am. Not only they showed up on time but were very diligent about their work. By 3pm they were done. This was hard work since they had to run the pipe under the stamped concrete on my house entrance and driveway. They not only dug the trench but preserved the stamped concrete intact on my house entrance and minimized the damage to the driveway. At the end, they fixed the stamped concrete on the driveway and left it ready for painting. Needless to say, I am very happy with the work they did both times and will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family or call them back in the future should I have any other plumbing work needs.

Called this company about a plumbing concern at my home. Spoke to Ruben for over 15min regarding the issue as he ran me down a list of possibilities and we tried to correct It. He was extremely helpful and open to helping me via telephone which was very thoughtful as It is free service. I was not able to correct the problem myself so he came by the following morning and fixed our issue for us. Very professional and punctual. We are happy with the service provided by R&N, thank you!
The impact these plumbers make is remarkable, keep up the good work and I will support you through thick and thin. I don't know much about plumbing but I can respect the work that is being done even during these rough times.

Bad customer services, unprofessional. We needed to replace a new pump and filter. Ruben came and gave us an estimate. After the pump and filter were installed a few days, it stopped working. We reached out to them multiple times to see if they can come and take a look, nobody responded. Turned out, not only they overcharged us for a bad pump that didn't work but wrongly installed our filter. We had to get another plumber to fix his bad job.
I rarely write any negative review but it's unfair for new customers. After all , we chose this company because of those good reviews. But our experience was terrible. I would not recommend this company for anybody.

He was able to explain to me what my problem was, just based on the conversation. I had plumbers come do the job from another company and they could not even find the problem! Ruben gave me a fair price, better than the competitors. He came the next day before the appointment time, which I appreciated, and he did all the work in under an hour. If I ever have another problem, he will be the first person I call!

I needed to replace my existing kitchen faucet with a new one, and being that it was a complicated touch sensitive faucet I wanted to hire a pro. Rubens with R & N Plumbing responded immediately and was available right away to get the job done, and was very reasonably priced. He was very professional and knowledgeable, cleaned up everything and left it as it was, and even educated me a bit on the faucet and how it's installed. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future should any plumbing needs arise!

My pipes needed a good clean, Ruben was very communicative, came out, snaked, hydrojetted and ran a camera. Super efficient and very nice and forthcoming. Couldn't be happier with his service. Would definitely recommend!
I noticed last night a leak coming out of a PVC pipe from the main water valve of the house. I searched on Yelp for a trustworthy and reliable plumber that would be willing to take on this small scale repair for a reasonable price point. Thankfully, R&N stepped in and saved the day. Ruben came and was able to safely and securely replace the PVC pipe to ensure I can stop worrying about it moving forward.
I can safely say with confidence that if you have any plumbing issues, stop stressing and simply hire R&N!

Great service! Great communication and was very timely. Our sink had been clogged for a week. He not only fixed it, but also explained to me what was causing it and tips for how to prevent it. Definitely my go-to for all my plumbing needs going forward.

Called Rubens to get an estimate for a repair on our shower plumbing. He took his time to thoroughly look over the issue, explain the problem and provide an estimate. The plumber who came to do the work was very professional and did a nice job. Communication throughout was good and price was reasonable.

I had Ruben come out to our home to install a faucet on a bathroom and various other things at our home. I contacted Ruben in reference to my faucet having a leak that he installed a couple days later. He said he would come back around and sent him messages to rectify the installation he did. I have contacted numerous of times. And all he says I'll call you back. I'll put you on schedule. 50+ days later still no resolution. Bad service, bad customer service. Does not care about a little job. I would not recommend him to anyone due to the lack of not caring for clients. It's been since 5/31 I've been patiently waiting for him to take care of his job but nothing has happened.

They not only dug the trench but preserved the stamped concrete intact on my house entrance and minimized the damage to the driveway. At the end, they fixed the stamped concrete on the driveway and left it ready for painting. Needless to say, I am very happy with the work they did both times and will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family or call them back in the future should I have any other plumbing work needs.

When we were unsuccessful at unclogging our stopped up kitchen sink, R&N came to the rescue. The whole project was easy by using the Yelp project button within minutes I had several plumbing companies respond we had used are an N in the past and they were the first to respond. when we made the request it was late in the day so we set up a time for the plumbers to come by the house. They were right on time and texted us when they were 30 minutes from the house. They also addressed some other plumbing concerns and we have in the house, the price was fair and the plumbers gave us some suggestions to prevent the problem from happening in the future. If you want a plumber he's very reliable, fair priced and respectful of your time contact R and N.

Had them come out to fix a broken pipe. They responded quickly and were able to do the repair quickly and were very professional. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.
I called on Saturday and the person answered stating they would not be able to come until Tuesday afternoon. Waited until 5pm and nothing. I totally forgot that's south Florida even when you are paying fir a service. wow. Can anyone recommend a plumber that can come when requested.

I had Ruben come out to our home to install a faucet on a bathroom and various other things at our home. I contacted Ruben in reference to my faucet having a leak that he installed a couple days later. He said he would come back around and sent him messages to rectify the installation he did. I have contacted numerous of times. And all he says I'll call you back. I'll put you on schedule. 50+ days later still no resolution. Bad service, bad customer service. Does not care about a little job. I would not recommend him to anyone due to the lack of not caring for clients. It's been since 5/31 I've been patiently waiting for him to take care of his job but nothing has happened.
Called Rubens to get an estimate for a repair on our shower plumbing. He took his time to thoroughly look over the issue, explain the problem and provide an estimate. The plumber who came to do the work was very professional and did a nice job. Communication throughout was good and price was reasonable.
This company is legit! I called late on a Friday for help. They came out the next day bright and early for quote and recommendations. They completed the job quickly, were professional, and even cleaned up after! Super reasonable price for a job very well done. I, without any hesitation, highly recommend them! Awesome experience.
I would like to say my experience with R&N Plumbing Inc. was exceptional! We had an Emergency situation at our business, that involved our toilet water draining from the ground, and in about 5 minutes I was able to get a quote and have their team on their way almost immediately! Leo took my call and was very professional in keeping me updated as I was not able to be onsite during the repair. We will definitely recommend & use their services again.
