Optimum to the rescue once again! My water heater quit working and Amanda arranged to get someone out the next morning. Todd arrived on time, replaced faulty parts and had it working in less than an hour. No cold shower for me!

They are always so kind and helpful in a way that is rare to find in other services, plumbing or otherwise, and their attention to detail in every aspect of the service they provide does not go unnoticed and because of that I will be using their services for a while and i would highly recommend them to anybody in need of any plumbing services.

I had a back up at my washer and a sink in the garage. Christian and his crew were very personable and professional. I was given multiple options and different scenarios in regard to my plumbing issues. Over the next two days the crew were able to resolve all my issues. This is the place to call! Called in at 10pm. They did not hesitate to come over. Had to snake the main pipe that goes out to the street. Awesome communication, arrived quicker than expected, and did a fast and effective job. That and pricing was fair as well. They have a customer for life now.

these guys were awesome and were able to come out same day to service our storm drains. They really went above and beyond beings as the project ended up being way more than just a simple hydro jet. We will definitely use them going forward for all plumbing needs!

My backflow tester failed one of my devices. He said I needed to replace the backflow device. This would have been very costly and he did nothing to troubleshoot it. I called another place and they were a no-show. I contacted Van @ Titan a few times and he took the time to explain some things to me. I asked him to stop by and he did so promptly. He found a piece of plastic of some sort in my backflow and removed it while cleaning up the backflow. Then it passed and he got the forms online himself and sent them in for me. Great service and I highly recommend him over the guys that just test for cheap and end up costing you more because they don't do anything to troubleshoot the backflow.

Allan is by far the most professional, efficient and pleasant plumber we have ever used. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue immediately, gave us an estimate and completed the job quickly and neatly. In addition, he was extremely courteous and actually advised us on another plumbing issue while he was here, at no additional charge. I would have no problem recommending him to anyone, and we will certainly use him again for any future plumbing issues.

WOW!!! If only every company did business this way the world would be a much better place! They were awesome. They were one of our 3 quotes came to my house told us it can be repaired rather than replaced and got it done for cheaper than any other quote! The other companies came by and insisted our water heater needed to be replaced and our water pressure corrected and yada yada trying to charge us an arm and a leg. These guys are so honest which is something you never get nowadays. I will for sure be using them for any of my plumbing and leak needs! Thanks again and please never change!

We never knew how devastating a plugged kitchen sink could be to our  overall household but we unfortunately experienced it this week. The plugged sink caused us to move many of the kitchen cleaning duties to our a bathroom sink.  

Once it happened I quickly searched my phone for the company that I used for my last plumbing emergency, the Sewer and Plumbing Expert. I called and spoke to the owner Raul to check their availability and was pleased when he told me they could send an experienced plumber to our home the next day.

Well as promised the plumber, Jorge, arrived at our door and asked how he could help. Jorge checked out our issue and informed us that he could have the problem resolve in no time at all. Jorge then gathered his equipment and went straight to work. As Jorge went about the task, he kept me informed as to what and why he was doing certain things.  

Well in half the time that I expected Jorge unplugged drain, he managed to resolve our issue and our drain once again flowing freely. Jorge was very courteous and committed to his profession. As a a homeowner I appreciate his ability to work effectively and efficiently.

My neighbor next door has a couple of plumbing problems that need attention and I will definitely recommend Raul and Jorge from the Sewer and Plumbing Experts.

Where do I start.This review is primarily for customer service, Joanne in particular.
This was our first time working with this company. When making the appointment for them to come look at our air conditioning unit I had to explain over and over again I understand you charge $150 per hour. I had said I just wanted to pay for one hour of them looking at the unit just to diagnose the problem not fix the problem. They had tried to encourage otherwise and say it might take longer. I insisted that I only wanted to pay for an hour of work to diagnose the problem.
Since they work with commercial businesses I had assumed they would know procedures when working with a commercial business. They never asked me what shopping center I was located in to determine insurances. As I have never experienced working with an Air conditioning unit fixer I had no idea. Upon their arrival the man did not have his insurance and had needed to send the insurance to the property management to get it approved. The gentleman I had talked to on the phone was different from the person they sent to fix the issue. The gentleman that came to help was very friendly and nice. He understood that he shouldn't be paid until he actually comes and diagnoses the problem as we had discussed. The man on the phone called and was demanding that I pay him very rudely and anxiously/ desperately. I said I have no problem paying him, I said I will sign something but I will not pay him until he goes onto the roof and does his hour of work.
This was just the first incident.
The next time they send someone else to come out once the insurance finally gets approved after me calling because they hadn't sent it yet. The guy diagnoses the issues and we approve for him to do those fixes a total of $391.68 to replace blown fuses, heavily restricted filters, and worn fan belt AND I stated as long as those things he does will fix our air conditioning unit I approve. Once he comes to fix those items he comes down and says we need to replace the motor and it's going to be 1,700 dollars!! What?! You did not diagnose that the first time you were here. He had stated that he needed the other things working before he could even tell the motor was working. So I understood. He was nice enough to discount the initial repairs from the motor cost. From a few estimates I had received when calling other heating & air conditioning unit companies the feedback I got was the price of the motor & repair was very expensive repair compared to what others had quoted. Let me clarify I had already paid him for the price of the motor and all repairs prior to getting estimates.
This is when after the repairs have been made I called and Joanne had picked up. Joanne has had nothing but a terrible terrible attitude. She is the one that picks up the phone every single time I had called.
I had called to ask for the price of the motor because I want to make sure I was paying a fair price. I had told her that I the gentleman they sent said it was around 1,000 dollars but he couldn't tell me the exact amount. That sounded very shady to me. So I was simply calling to ask for the price of the motor. After telling me 5 times I feel like you are on a witch hunt she finally caved in and said I will email you the price of the motor. She also said how can they give you an estimate over the phone they would have to go out to the property to see, she said they were just trying to get my business. I understand how this may be true, but why was she so unnecessarily rude just when I was simply asking for the price of the motor.
After a week no email had been sent to me with the motor price, I had called again she said I will send it first thing in the morning. A few days go by no email, I call again. She said again I will send it first thing in the morning. Still nothing.
Oh and by the way during our first discussion she had also said I don't want to see any bad reviews on yelp I never even brought up writing a bad review, but thanks to her she planted the seed in my head. She also said I feel like you are trying to get money out of us. I NEVER once asked her for money back. I don't mind paying a fair price, but how can I know if I am paying a fair price if you do not give me the price of the motor?

I will never use this company again.

Needed a new gas line installed for a dryer and they were very responsive. Pleasant to deal with and highly recommend. Even came all the way out to Gardena for it. Will be keeping them in mind for future needs!

I am very satisfied with this company's professional services and amazing work. Lee and his crew did my new house patio addition. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the projects quickly and as scheduled.We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have their house repaired or remodeled or ADU. Trust me they are the one you want .

DO NOT use this plumber. We were forced to by our HOA. They came on Aug 12 to do the job, now mind you we had no leaks to start. After they left my master shower dripped rapidly and two toilets ran constantly. I had to fix the two toilets myself as they took so long to come back. November, after 3 trips and nobody knowing what was done previously they finally installed a cheaper shower faucet. Now all my toilets are constantly dirty from the epoxy coming out and settling in them. makes me wonder what is coming out in the shower. I also talked to someone that said 2 years later they had a bunch of leaks. NEVER USE THESE PLUMBERS. If I could give them a minus star I would.

Joe came over and replaced 2 leaking faucets. It cost less than the other estimates and he did an excellent job. Very friendly guy and a skilled experienced plumber who really knew what he was doing. Thank you!
