My backflow tester failed one of my devices. He said I needed to replace the backflow device. This would have been very costly and he did nothing to troubleshoot it. I called another place and they were a no-show. I contacted Van @ Titan a few times and he took the time to explain some things to me. I asked him to stop by and he did so promptly. He found a piece of plastic of some sort in my backflow and removed it while cleaning up the backflow. Then it passed and he got the forms online himself and sent them in for me. Great service and I highly recommend him over the guys that just test for cheap and end up costing you more because they don't do anything to troubleshoot the backflow.

My experience with Acute Plumbing was extremely positive from start to finish. Alan is great. He came to fix some water pressure issues. He was very honest, took the time to explain me the issues and what he was doing to fix them. He did an amazing job. Acute Plumbing worked out a reasonable and honest price for the service. I definitely recommend Alan and Acute Plumbing, I will call them again if I need help with plumbing issues.

These guys weren't the first plumber I contacted. But they will now be from here on out.

Heres why:

After contacting one of those 800 number plumbers that wanted to charge me over $2,400 to replace my flange on my toilet. I sent them packing and reached out to AAP.

They showed up the next day right on time of the agreed scheduled appointment. The worked efficiently, cleanly and got the job done quickly.

They didn't try to up-sale me on parts and services that weren't needed. It ended up that the toilet just need a little TLC and repositioning. So what went from me thinking it was going to be an expensive service call, turned out to be a simple service call.

These guys are amazing. Their customer service is outstanding. Williams was willing to go above and beyond to help my family out when we needed it. He stayed after hours until the job was done at around 8:00 pm. AND... one of my neighbors walked by and asked him to take a look at something in her house... and he actually went to help her. No appointment. No call. Williams just went to work at 8:00 pm for somebody who asked for his help.

Stephens also replaced all of the air conditioning ducts in my entire house a while back.

Where do i start!? Service was impeccable. I had a problem with a sewage backup at my house. We couldn't figure it out so we called a professional before the problem became worse. Scheduling service was easy she was super sweet and scheduled me right away. Their availability on the service was super fast. I didn't have to wait days it was the next morning. We were helped by Shay and we couldn't be happier. He worked and troubleshooted so many different ways. He never gave up and kept trying to figure out what the problem was. We did have to schedule another day to come back to try to clear a clean out, which apparently had a cap stuck in it. My crazy problem took 2 days but his professionalism, patience and expertise eased my worry. Now I don't have a stinky house. I am super happy with pacific plumbing. They will be my forever plumber!
