We had a leak in our main water line and we were able to get them out same morning before we left on vacation to take a look. They were very detailed and offered a better quote than another company in the area and provided a comfort level they were the right ones to do the job. It is clear the team cares about their customers. They scheduled us for the Monday after we returned and fixed our line in 1 day while others said it could take two days! We are very pleased with the service and will recommend them to others!

Fair pricing and did great work.  He installed 2 ceiling fans for me and put together a very completed full size bed with storage. He came down for me on a sunday even though they are not open!  Customer service is his middle name!!!

The store from which I purchased an over-the-range microwave would not install it upon delivery because of the tile backsplash. I sent a Yelp inquiry to Pro Appliance that day about installation and received a quick response and offer to do the job the next day...on a Sunday.

The two installers were fast, polite and they cleaned up the kitchen area when done. Great job by Pro Appliance all around.

Our toilet overflowed and I called Jeremiah V Plumbing and he came out the same morning and fixed the problem. He also gave us some good advice on our plumbing condition/possible future problems. Very professional and experienced. Will call him again!  :)

I have used other plumbers in the past, but none are as responsive, reliable, kind, and fair priced as Rudy and Ivan are. I previously had a go-to plumber, but when he was unavailable to help me out due to his schedule... I was not sure what to do. I have trust issues and am reluctant when it comes to switching my go-to plumbers, mechanics, and others who provide other high end services. My longtime friend referred me to Rudy's Plumbing Services. They were quick to respond and were available same day. They came out to fix a leaky sink in my roommate's bathroom. They were quick and efficient, so I asked them for a quote to fix the cold water issues with our other bathroom sink. I got the quote and was told that it would cost more if it was a more intense issue to where the pipes are not easily accessible from in the house, but to where they would have to go under the house and replace more pipes and connections. I text (perfect for me, an introvert) them literally two days later. They came out the next day (today) and thoroughly explained and showed me what the obvious issue was. We are going to throw out our current sink/cabinet combo and opt for a mounted sink, so we will be replacing a good portion of our wall as well. This came in handy because they would have had to go under the house if the could not reach the proper pipes in the worst case scenario. Luckily, the problem was not too far along in the pipes, but partially inaccessible. I told them they could remove as much of the wall needed for them to reach the pipes because will be replacing a good portion of the way anyways. They did not take off too much of the wall, but enough to get to the necessary pipes. My cold water flows beautifully!! I love how accurate their quotes were, how friendly they were, their fantastic work, and their ability to quickly respond. Rudy and Ivan are my new go-to plumbers!! The joy of home ownership-- needed help installing a toilet.  

Midnight Plumbing was one of the few I found in my area that works on Sundays.  Edward responded to Yelp quote inquiry.

They were available even earlier than scheduled.  They called to ask if they could come sooner and were at my house in 10 minutes!  It was raining that day and they even put on booties when they came inside.  They saw what the problem was, explained what they would be doing, and were done with the whole job in 30-40 minutes.  The area was clean and they made sure there were no leaks.  

I thought they did a very good job and the price was reasonable.  I wouldn't hesitate using their services again, especially since they are seven days a week and work long hours.

Mark came out and expertly handled a backed up bathroom drain that needed to be both snaked and hydro jetted. Everything from this experience was top notch - booked with Valerie who confirmed within minutes, I received a follow up call the next day that she was able to accommodate my request for an earlier appointment, I received text messages of the tech en route to my house, and appreciated Mark's ownership of the problem and care of the house. A follow up text with receipt and warranty sealed the deal. I recommend

Hanson's plumbing was terrific!  They got to our shower leak within a day even though they were booked solid  Plumber Andrew was on time, told us exactly what the problem was, got the part, fixed the problem and called us when he was finished.  Friendly, fair, fast....definitely will use them again!

We were looking for someone to run gas piping for our new water/fire feature, new fire pit and new BBQ.  Shorty's Plumbing took on the project to which we added some water piping and electrical work.  The electrical work was further complicated by problems with some of the components. Shorty's Plumbing went out of his way which required many trips to the equipment supplier and to our location until the problem was solved. He stuck with it until we were happy. Not everyone cares about customer satisfaction as does Shorty's Plumbing. We would definitely recommend him to everyone!

Wow, so grateful I called them. I'm a property manager and my tenant's heater broke down. I was a little apprehensive since they charge $200 for diagnosis but with the price of gas and time it takes to diagnose, I understand. Can't say how happy I am that they got the heat up and running and the fireplace and only charged me under $200. Would highly recommend them due to their honesty, suggestions for future repairs, and how fast they showed up.  Thanks guys, Look forward to working with you in the future.

My kitchen sink was leaking and the water was warping the wood. I had North Highland install a new sink and am very happy with their service. I got a number of estimates including some from other 5 star businesses. North Highland was clearly the most reasonable estimate. They were responsive on Yelp messenger, they had many time slots available and he came when he said he would. The dependability was a huge plus because I had to make time from work to get this done. He was quick and polite. Highly recommend!

Hooking up an ice maker seems like an easy enough job, right? After two hours, a second trip to home depot and a puddle of water on the floor I called Brandon at Jacot. He came over and took care of it in about 30 minutes, and that included fixing the leaky connections that I hooked up. I was trying to save a few bucks and ended up wasting a ton of time. I think I'll stick to happy hour and leave the plumbing to the pros.

My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

We are very satisfied with their service. Erick is very easy to deal with. He constantly update us regarding his arrival time. We had a floor leak to which he is supposed to detect the slab leak. At the moment he arrived at our place, my husband already found the leak so we don't need his services. We are willing to pay Erick a dispatch fee but he said don't worry about it. He also gave us some advises about how to deal with our leaks. He is very professional. Will definitely use Dail One Soneshine again.

This was the place that I called when my hot water heater went out the last time, so I figured I'd call them again. Well, that was 12 years ago and for the exact same job it was way more this time because come to find out the first guy didn't create a emergency drain through the wall properly which was illegal, so they created one this time. Woops.

And then come to find out the next time I wanted to use my garden hose in the backyard, they used it to drain my old water heater and then removed the gasket between the watering wand and the hose. When they screwed the wand back onto the end of the hose, it was so tight I couldn't remove it, the damn thing leaked and was spraying all over the place. I had to throw away the hose and the wand and buy new ones. I was so pissed off!

Payment is either by check or they will take your credit card, but only if you are available to sign the charge slip. They absolutely will not accept your credit card as payment over the phone like other places.
