Teo was very helpful. He showed up on time and provided a great service. He fixed my crown molding with a very reasonable price and he was so nice to caulk the cracks in the dinning room as well free of charge without even asking. I will definitely use his services in future.

Late on a Friday night I called B & B because our kitchen sink was backing up. (Did not know my daughter poured a bunch of rice down the sink.) B & B came to my house after hours and snaked the sink and that's when my husband and I found out that our daughter had poured rice down the drain. The Tech was very courteous, professional and very helpful. We didn't know also we had a leaking pipe. The tech was able to repair all in the same call. I would recommend to all my family and friends! B & B is honest and reliable company.

Roberto from P.E. HVAC came out to give us an estimate on some ducting work. His thorough explanation of the work needing to be done was easy to understand, and his in-depth knowledge of the HVAC system was very noticeable from the start.
We had him do the work needed, and it was completed to high standards beyond what was expected, including some things beyond the scope of work agreed upon. His professionalism throughout the project was noticed by all of our staff, and it was much appreciated. Albert and His team are fantastic! He took care of us during an emergency plumbing situation and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome not only were they very informative but also his prices were fair given today's current climate. My husband and I never felt like just another job during this whole process Albert made sure to keep us in the loop throughout the repair. His team was phenomenal super diligent and keep there work space clean and cleaned up after the job was completed. Highly recommend him and his need if your looking to do any work with your plumbing issues don't be like us and wait for an emergency to give them a call.

Theo and Tech were outstanding workers, very friendly and professional.
They helped us to install our wall oven and microwave thid weekend, and did a great job.

I deal with many types of repair professionals on a regular bases.  It is very rare I would give any one 4 or 5 stars.  I am happy  to give 5 stars to Jeremiah because not only did he do a great repair job and was very professional, he was spot on time to the job site.  I will most definitely call him and refer him next time I need his services.

I have used other plumbers in the past, but none are as responsive, reliable, kind, and fair priced as Rudy and Ivan are. I previously had a go-to plumber, but when he was unavailable to help me out due to his schedule... I was not sure what to do. I have trust issues and am reluctant when it comes to switching my go-to plumbers, mechanics, and others who provide other high end services. My longtime friend referred me to Rudy's Plumbing Services. They were quick to respond and were available same day. They came out to fix a leaky sink in my roommate's bathroom. They were quick and efficient, so I asked them for a quote to fix the cold water issues with our other bathroom sink. I got the quote and was told that it would cost more if it was a more intense issue to where the pipes are not easily accessible from in the house, but to where they would have to go under the house and replace more pipes and connections. I text (perfect for me, an introvert) them literally two days later. They came out the next day (today) and thoroughly explained and showed me what the obvious issue was. We are going to throw out our current sink/cabinet combo and opt for a mounted sink, so we will be replacing a good portion of our wall as well. This came in handy because they would have had to go under the house if the could not reach the proper pipes in the worst case scenario. Luckily, the problem was not too far along in the pipes, but partially inaccessible. I told them they could remove as much of the wall needed for them to reach the pipes because will be replacing a good portion of the way anyways. They did not take off too much of the wall, but enough to get to the necessary pipes. My cold water flows beautifully!! I love how accurate their quotes were, how friendly they were, their fantastic work, and their ability to quickly respond. Rudy and Ivan are my new go-to plumbers!! Very quick response, very fair price (best within all the quotes I got), very punctual, very honest guys. My project was simple: just to install a faucet but that faucet was defective from manufacturer! The 2 gentlemen so patient and honest and tried to help whatever they can to trouble shoot.

Of course right before I list my house for sale after relocating for work I find out I have a major leak pop up!! I called First Class again since I had a good experience with them. I was connected with Rick who went above and beyond to work with me, my wife, Public Works, & his technicians to identify the problem and fix it. Rick was very flexible, communicated well (even sending photos), and did everything to help resolve my issue. I felt helpless being so far away, but he handled everything for me and charged me fairly for all they've had to go through. Rick's follow-through separates great service from just good.

Hanson Plumbing just completed a repipe of our house and overall our experience with them was quite good. Although we had some communication issues at the beginning of the process (confusion over how to type our email address) which resulted in a delay in getting the quote, once we got it, it was very reasonable.  Mike brought a big crew (5 I think) and the work was done in less than a day and a half (we have 2500 sq feet on one level including three bathrooms and a tankless hot water heater).  They were clean and courteous.  The day after the job was completed I noticed a hissing sound coming from one of the toliets, and although it wasn't necessarily related to the re-pipe, they replaced the problem part at no charge (and came out quickly after I contacted them about it).  

Also, Mike recommended we use PEX instead of copper.  We were a little skeptical at first, but after my husband did some research and talked to a home inspector used by our realtor, we ultimately decided that going with the PEX was the best idea.

We were looking for someone to run gas piping for our new water/fire feature, new fire pit and new BBQ.  Shorty's Plumbing took on the project to which we added some water piping and electrical work.  The electrical work was further complicated by problems with some of the components. Shorty's Plumbing went out of his way which required many trips to the equipment supplier and to our location until the problem was solved. He stuck with it until we were happy. Not everyone cares about customer satisfaction as does Shorty's Plumbing. We would definitely recommend him to everyone!

David and Andrew fixed my toilet when my bathroom started flooding.  I had called around and got estimates from three other plumbers that wanted more than $1000 to replace it!  David arrived on scene and was like it's just a part and gave me a really good price.  I don't write too many reviews but it's hard to find such honest plumbers.  

I told my grandma about them because her old house is breaking all over the place.  They've taken good care of my little ol' sweet grandma.  They've been in the process of doing massive amounts of repairs like digging enormous trenches in her front yard.  They are my official family plumber :)

Ron and Mike tackled an existing mini split a.c. System that they had not installed. They discovered multiple problems with the initial installation. The system had always struggled since we purchased the home a year ago and really couldn't keep up on very warm days on full power. Wow! After a lot of effort on their part finding the issues our system is working fabulously! I'm certain our power bills will be reduced too as it is now working so much more quietly and efficiently and we don't have to turn on all the zones at once! Thanks again Ron and Mike!

My kitchen sink was leaking and the water was warping the wood. I had North Highland install a new sink and am very happy with their service. I got a number of estimates including some from other 5 star businesses. North Highland was clearly the most reasonable estimate. They were responsive on Yelp messenger, they had many time slots available and he came when he said he would. The dependability was a huge plus because I had to make time from work to get this done. He was quick and polite. Highly recommend!

We had a blockage and water overflow occuring in our bathroom shower/tub and toilets. I called Jacot Plumbing early this morning and was able to get a technician to come out this afternoon as I requested. Michael Flores was the technician assigned and he came out did a superb job! He assessed the situation and explained everything thoroughly. He was friendly, his customer service skills were phenominal and he even gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way. I knew I was in good hands with this one! I would definitely recommend Jacot Plumbing to anybody needing a good and reliable plumber. They show up on time, get the job done and leave you thankful that you called them first!!!

My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

Horrible service, promised they would come out to my house with a trained technician.  Technician arrived nice guy but had no idea what he was doing.  When he called the office to ask that another technician come out they said no.  Basically my time valueless.  WOW, how is this company in business.  Please don't waste your time with this company.

Rick was pleasant on the phone and setting an appointment was simple.
He communicated  regarding when he would show up with a call that he was on the way.  Nick arrived on time and was clean, friendly and very professional.  We needed some hose bibs replaced in our laundry closet in a kind of tight space.  He looked and saw that we actually needed to replace some of the pipe in order to make sure we would have no leaks in the future.  He was quick, and cleaned up the mess from under the washer.  He was friendly so it made it a very good experience from start to finish.  I highly recommend County Wide for any plumbing or HVAC needs.  I will definitely be using them in the future.
