What a hassle I had to deal with my toilet.
It kept getting clogged and I kept having to unclog it with the plunger and I honestly thought that I would be fine with doing that every time it would get clogged but the last time I tried it turned to a whole mess so I had no other choice but to call better sewer maintenance and they got the job done with no problem at all. Wow, these guys are great. With El Niño coming we wanted to be sure our backyard would drain properly.  They installed a new drain system in our yard, arrived as scheduled, and estimate was reasonable. After digging up our yard they put it back exactly as it look before they started. Even removing flowers and replanting.  We would highly recommend.

This is the place to call! Called in at 10pm. They did not hesitate to come over. Had to snake the main pipe that goes out to the street. Awesome communication, arrived quicker than expected, and did a fast and effective job. That and pricing was fair as well. They have a customer for life now.

My backflow tester failed one of my devices. He said I needed to replace the backflow device. This would have been very costly and he did nothing to troubleshoot it. I called another place and they were a no-show. I contacted Van @ Titan a few times and he took the time to explain some things to me. I asked him to stop by and he did so promptly. He found a piece of plastic of some sort in my backflow and removed it while cleaning up the backflow. Then it passed and he got the forms online himself and sent them in for me. Great service and I highly recommend him over the guys that just test for cheap and end up costing you more because they don't do anything to troubleshoot the backflow.

When water leak happen in your house, you need somebody can be reliable to check and repair quickly.  I am very pleasure to find acute plumbing.

We called about our main sewer line being backed up, Raul's crew arrived with a fiber optic camera to asses the problem. After showing us the all the roots, they used a Water Jet to cut them clear. Then used an Epoxy Sewer Sleeve to line the existing sewer line eliminating digging up twenty feet of our property.
They were very responsive knowledgeable and finished in a timely manner. I look forward to doing business with Sewer & Plumbing Experts Inc. again.

Stephen the CEO of Stephens Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning reached out to me to get some details as to exactly what happened with the technician (Pancho). I appreciate the time he took to speak to me about it and it was concluded that the service and work was not communicated properly. The technician explained nothing to me and expected me to pay over $12k, so understandably I was upset. Stephen was very respectful and made it clear that it was not their intention to try and scam me. Thinking back to it, there was a language barrier since Pachno had a thick accent and did not speak english clearly. Stephen apologized and assured me that their intentions was never to cause me any inconvenience.

My call to So-Cal 1 Plumbing was because my water heater needed to be replaced. The technician who came to service my issue was very knowledgeable and was able to give us options in pricing. My husband chose this thankless water heater, and I have to admit the outcome turned out very nice. It's more appealing than a traditional one. The job was done in a timely manner and with no mess.

Stay away ... Save your money and time. They'll make you wait months before any work is started ... The salesman are also very abrasive and try to pressure you into signing a contract right away.
