First time customer here...
Needed a kitchen faucet replacement and David from Visalia Plumbing was able to show up the same day I phoned within half an hour.
David did a great job on my kitchen faucet replacement at a super reasonable price and received a 10% Military Discount to boot!
David was very courteous, friendly, and professional! If I ever need service with Visalia Plumbing again I will request David again, but I'm sure all the service techs are great.
Much appreciated once again David, and AWESOME JOB!!! TWO THUMBS UP!!!

A breath of fresh air! Called 15 plumbers for a rough quote, just an estimate, simple job, wasn't looking to sign on the dotted line or anything, and Visalia Plumbing was the ONLY place who would provide a quote over the phone.

Multiple plumbers said they'd have to send someone out to give a quote. One place said it would be $65...for a quote! Multiple plumbers didn't even answer the phone during their stated business hours.

5 stars to Visalia Plumbing for excellent customer service, and efficient business practices. Thank you!

We called Visalia plumbing to repair a leaky toilet.  Someone from the office called to let us know he was on the way.  When he arrived he was polite and considerate of our home.  He was responsive to our request to Fox a non scheduled repair. He worked quickly.  The repairman had a friendly demeanor and a sense of humor. What more can a homeowner ask. We had a positive experience.

The company was friendly and came quick to deal with the problem. The only concern was the price....they stated they were on overtime, but the internet said they were open from a certain time to a certain time....maybe because it was Saturday? Not sure, but the problem was fixed and I had no complaints. The technician was a nice guy.

Main water line cracked between meter and house.  I live in an older home located in the Beverly Glen neighborhood; plumbing is always a concern in these older homes.  Fortunately, about a year ago I took advantage of the Water Service Line Coverage offered to me by Calif Water Service Co thru Home Emergency Insurance Solutions.  Anyway, I called the Insurance and they immediately had Visalia Plumbing contact me.  Nicole at Visalia Plumbing was very pleasant and professional in setting up an appointment for the technician to arrive.  She even called me 15-min prior to his arrival to let me know he had been dispatched.  The technician, David, was very friendly, professional, quick to repair the broken line, and took extra care around my landscaping while having to dig for the pipe and back-filling the hole after the repair.  I was very satisfied with the entire experience and will certainly rely upon them for my future plumbing needs, which I'm sure I'll have with this older home.  Great job !!

We just had them out to replace a sewer line. They had the lowest estimate out of everyone we called (by far!) and responded fastest. We almost had some other guy out but he wasted our time and never showed- glad he didn't show because we called these guys next. They got everything done fast, and even when a bush had to get dug up they left it looking nicer than when they started. We're really happy with the work they did and will keep calling them in the future for all our plumbing needs and misadventures.

Had them come to my house to fix a leaking toilet. Thought it was the seal at the base; however, the plumber stated that one side of tank was loose. Before telling me the price of the work, he asked if I would like him to re-caulk along the base, but he recommended to not just in case the leak was coming from there. I looked confused because I thought the leak was fixed. When he told me that my bill was $150 for literally 10 minutes worth of work, I had asked him, So why wouldn't you re-caulk the base for that price? He proceeded to tell me that I was being rude. I asked him to leave my house and he proceeded to go back to the bathroom and said he was going to loosen it back up so it can leak again. I really got livid and made him leave my house. What kind of customer service is that? I do not recommend this company, especially if he is the only plumber. I called back the company number and still awaiting a return telephone call.

Had them come to my house to fix a faucet that the cold water wasn't working on.  Had to ask to use my air compressor and get me to help.  Charged almost $100 per hour labor for which I helped.  Seems like a lot.  Problem was fixed though.

Also had them come to my business to fix some leaky faucets.  The main faucet I wanted fixed was mis-diagnosed.  Valve bodies were replaced, but faucet still leaked.  Gave me an invoice at that point, stating problem tested good.  Showed him that the leak was still present.  Took apart the fixture a different way and found the actual leak that likely should have been found the first time if it was correctly diagnosed.  Put new O-rings in, still leaks.  Not so satisfied with this job.  Again, almost $100 per hour in labor.  Hard to imagine that it is worth this price.

We had never used visalia plumbing before and used them recently.  The technician they sent out was courteous, pleasant, and very professional.  Would definitely recommend.

UPDATE 8/31/20:
Spoke to the owner. He was very polite. He investigated the incident, called back within 20 minutes and agreed that I was over-charged. They will bring by a cash refund tomorrow. Kudos to the owner. In my opinion this is the right way to run a business. Mistakes will be made but they can be corrected and the damage mitigated.

Quoted me $1600 for eight hours work and 40 feet of pipe. They did five hours of work and 20 usefeet of pipe and insisted on charging me the full price. They said they did not estimate the job correctly!!! They were gone 30 minutes buying parts which they said they would be sure to bring. This little maneuver cost him a lot of money because I was going to ask them to remodeled my two bathrooms. I will never use them or recommend them again.

They come out multiple times but don't get anything done...just to inflate charges.  They work for 10 minutes and charge for 1 hour.  

Do yourself a favor, hire someone else!

Funny thing happened when I was looking for a plumber. I used Yelp to find me a plumber for a non emergency issue and it sent my request to a few top rated plumbers. Most of the responses were generic  we'd love to help you, so call us or no response.
I did ask specific questions and rates but no response. So dumb.
Thankfully when I Googled plumbers in Visalia, Visalia Plumbing came up. One quick call to their friendly helpful staff and they were here within a couple of days, on time and did everything I needed. The tech was super easy going and very knowledgeable. His work was clean and did everything as expected. Shout out to the tech Marcos for really delivering great customer service!
Good news for them is I need more work done and will definitely be calling them back. Thank you Visalia Plumbing.

To say I'm disappointed, would be an understatement. Wednesday David came out to repair my stepfathers hot water heater. After spending the majority of his time on the phone with another tech.  It was decided that the part needed was under warranty.  The part was ordered and my stepfather was given a bill for $89.10.  Today David again came out to install the part.  The part was not the problem, again more time on the phone and telling my stepfather the problem was the unit was not venting properly (the unit worked just fine for 5 1/2 years, and the one before that one, was 30 years old when it was replaced). David presented another bill this time $137.00, and still no hot water until next week.

I'm no expert, but I do know when the pilot on your hot water heater does not stay lit, it's either the igniter or
Thermal coupler.  A quick check on Google using the Model # and problem confirmed it is indeed one of the two.  

My stepfather is on a fixed income and can not afford, nor should he pay their employees to troubleshoot a problem.
