I made two contacts, one of which was an appointment which they failed to show up for without a call or message. Their excuse, I forgot. This is not a professional way to conduct business. Unreliable.

This company was not worth the call...it is a long story.In my opinion they are dishonest..would caution anyone who felt the need to call them.

They were great! First, Gary worked with my schedule and came on my day off. Was having a problem with tub draining in a house I had just bought. The bathroom had been remodeled so it appears something got washed down the drain. He fixed it and all was great. About a week later started having same problem. He came out, again on my day off, and fixed it again (fixed it extra good this time haha) and didn't charge me! Considered it part of the last call. I wasn't expecting that. Totally recommend them!
