Brett and team are honest, straightforward, and produce high quality work. They have worked on remodeling jobs as well as routine repairs. They have come on same day or next day whenever I have called. I like that it is a small company and you get personalized service.

What can I say except these folks are MARVELOUS SIMPLY MARVELOUS.  Not the cheapest but not overpriced.  After all you get what you pay for and these folks are worth worth what you pay them.

They came out to reseat my master bath toilet. David did an awesome job of removing the entire base bracket. He cleaned and installed a new base seat,  reinstalled the toilet. He then recommended repairs to the inside parts. He then made sure it was level and straight.  He then caulked around the bottom with brown caulk to match the tile. I can't believe what a great job he did.  They replaced an exterior faucet and valve last year and did a great job. I highly recommend them. David was a really polite and professional guy. I appreciate that.

Called Zippy Zebra Plumbing this morning because we had a backed up main pipe from the kitchen sinks. Within an hour a technician was at our home. He came in and identified the issue pretty quick and explained what he wanted to do next. After probably another hour or so of rotor routing the service port outside of the house he believed he had the restriction clear. Did some tests and make sure we didn't have any leaks. He even gave some suggestions on what to do in the future and even some advice on some other small symptoms we had that he wasn't there to address that day. Would definitely call again service and price was great

I wanted to give a formal shout out to Zippy Zebra Plumbing.

I left him a message late last evening about an emergency repair to my water main and they call me back before 8 this morning.

They had someone out to dig by 10: 30 and repair was done by 12: 30.  

Their cost was reasonable compared to other quotes that I received they were professional, courteous and quick.

I truly appreciate them getting a scheduled same day and getting the job done quickly and done well.

Have used them for years, excellent work. They installed our new hook ups in our garage for a washer, added our water softener, replaced our old gas line and repaired our water heater.

Friendly, hard working and reasonable priced.  Have used them several times each time to satisfaction.

Recommend them highly.

Quality work. Reasonable price. Thinks ahead. Cleans up after himself. Makes suggestions but isn't pushy. Won't leave you hangin' but may not tell you if he's running late. Fast and good aren't usually qualities that come together. A+

We had a leak on our driveway and we were about to get a spot repair by another plumbing company. Coincidentally a neighbor had exactly the same issue due to faulty piping and it was fixed by Zippy Zebra Plumbing. I called the office right away and scheduled time for them to come. The pipe was replaced in less than 2 hours! They made the drive all the way to N Phoenix from Mesa to serve us. It was quick and effective.

Horrible!!! The guys that came to my house were rude and vulgar, they tracked dirt throughout the house, when I pointed it out the only response was oops!  The prices were well above other local shops.  I would never use them again, the quality of work was sub par and I paid to have someone else come out and fix their shoddy work (pipes leaking and sewer still backing up)! I did not want them back in my house and paying someone else was worth the peace of mind to have it done right. Find anybody else to work on your home!!!

Very professional and wonderful to work with!  The first time I hired them was to solve a baffling problem. Like the finest TV doctor, Brett made the diagnosis and got everything working again like new!  This time around I'm having them do all of the plumbing work to update my new home. I love how they do what they say as well as WHEN they say it will get done. Awesome!

Straightforward and honest. These guys do solid work at a reasonable price--a price they're willing to share with you up front. They generally show up when they say they will. They know their stuff and will recommend what they think is the best way to resolve an issue but won't insist on it.

I'd recommend Zippy Zebra to anybody, and I'd expect that they'd be just as happy with their service as I always have been.

I gave Zippy Zebra 5 stars because they did a fabulous job with the plumbing in the  remodeling of our guest bathroom.  Brett, the owner, was professional, on time, and knows his business well.  
My husband was very specific in what he wanted.  Brett listened and did exactly as he asked.
On occasion, his son would work with him and he did a great job also.
We would trust this company in our home anytime.  
We liked them so much that they are doing all the plumbing in our Master Bath remodel.  That speaks for itself.

Excellent customer service!   The day before the Christmas Holiday, our water heater needed replacing - they were here and completed the work within two hours of our initial call.   They even called at 8:00 that evening to check that everything was done to our satisfaction.   Good old fashioned customer service gets my business every time!

I am the homeowner. If I could rate this company more than 5 stars​ I would.  I just can't even believe there is a negative review on here regarding Zippy Zebra.  We have been using them for all our plumbing needs for many years, not just a single event. Water heater floods, slab leaks that were very difficult to find, sinks, garbage disposals etc.  We recommend them to everyone who ever needs a plumber.  They are reasonable, professional and don't stop until they get to the root of the problem, and have it corrected. This is a family business and everyone in the company will treat you like that.  I have never had any interaction as described by the negative review and we have had some crazy emergent situations, they are ALWAYS professional and on time. This is one of the most ethical businesses we have ever dealt with.

11 years in our home and have never had plumbing problems...until now. Due to their big blue Zebra striped trucks they are hard to miss. We called and Brett took care of our problem. He ordered the parts we needed, educated us on the process and got us back up and running in no time.

Hope I don't need a plumber for another 11 years but if I do, I am calling Zippy Zebra!

We used this company this week based on a referral from my brother.   He has used them twice in the past.  They came in and repiped a section that wasn't done right the first time and snaked out a clogged pipe.  This is a 40+ year old house.  We were pleased with the service and the price.  We will call them again when we need a plumber.

Very friendly and professional. An upfront estimate would have been beneficial, and a thorough inspection of the product prior to installation would have helped.

I've had the same plumber both times I've needed help and both times he has left me feeling as if I was taken care of. I'm awful with names but he has been fabulous. First he installed a new kitchen faucet and checked other appliances to give me an idea on any services I may need.. The second time he unclogged my shower, which others never seemed to be able to do.  He loves dogs, seems very honest, and very fair. The gal in the office has always been a pleasure to talk with and schedule appointments.
I have found a company who I trust to take care of all of my plumbing needs. I went through a few but its all worth it now.

This place is shady !!! I would avoid too!
They don't know what they are doing.
They don't return phone calls and seem like they really don't care about clients .

Came home to backed up drains on a Friday evening and these guys were at the house within an hour of calling them! They did an awesome job quickly fixing the problem and getting us back to normal. Thanks guys!

Have only needed plumbing service a few times within the past few years but each time was a serious issue.

Calling the Zebra, I was instantly skeptical as the person receiving my call appeared to be an actor. This person was friendly, polite and seemed generally concerned about my issue. She took my info and told me someone would call back shortly. (Sure they will, I thought).

Within minutes, they returned my call offering a same day appointment. (Whaaaaaaaaaat!?!)

A few moments later, (spoken in a French accent)....

One of the Zebra fellas arrived, on time, cleanly and neatly attired with a smile on his face. (A real smile. Not that cheesy 13 year old, trying to hide the forehead pimple, during Jr High picture day smile.) He assessed the situation then set to fixing the issue. No mess, no fuss and I didn't have to call them back 3 times to find out why they hadn't arrived yet!

Brett, the owner, has been by twice. On other occasions, one of his crew showed up, (Sorry I don't remember your names fellas). Each were courteous, professional and best of all, nobody attempted to upsell anything. If a part needed replacement, they replaced it.

Nobody attempted to regale me with the, One time I used this new plastic piece...., story or the virtues of that new plastic piece which would fix the current problem and eliminate some non-existing issue for the low, low price of my left arm. Of course, if I acted immediately, an additional plastic piece could be added for just 3 toes more.

All joking aside, I couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable, professional, efficient and trustworthy organization. The Zebra will continue to get our business as long as we live in the valley.

Earlier this week we had zippy out to fix out toilet and shut off valve to the wall. They offered to come sooner but we didn't need them to come till a couple days after the call but it was nice to know they were willing to fit us in. Brett did a great job, he was quick and pleasant to work with! He had to work around window installers and didn't skip a beat. During the process he answered all my questions and didn't seem annoyed to do so. Their pricing was also reasonable. I have a few more things needing to be done and I'll definitely be calling them again.

Dave from Zippy Zebra plumbing came by to address several items from the deferred maintenance list in our newly purchased pre-owned home. Dave was knowledgeable, informative, helpful and professional and obviously a very experienced plumber. He took care of our leaking faucets quickly.  The price was reasonable and the service excellent.

Up until today Zippy was a 5-star company from my experience with them.  However, after today's experience, I'm very disappointed with Zippy's customer service and response to a water heater that failed on me today.   We've used them in the past fairly frequently and were quite happy with their work and I was willing to pay more for quality work (they are not a low-cost plumbing company).  After having them replace two water heaters after one failed doing about ~$10K of damage, one of the replaced water heaters failed again today.  After calling Zippy to schedule service, we confirmed the unit was still under warranty over the phone, but they advised that there would be a substantial documentation fee, AND a labor charge to install that was much higher than i expected (confirmed by a few phone calls to other local plumbing companies).   When I challenged the documentation fee, i was told it was out of their control and mandatory, and when I challenged the labor rates they were charging for a simple water heater replacement their response was that after looking more closely at my address, I was out of their service area and maybe I should call another plumbing company!  I find it very interesting that I was within their service area when i was willing to pay above market rates and the one time I challenge their rates and ask them to stand behind the products they represent and their work - they don't!   I was blown away by Zippy's response, attitude and lack of customer loyalty after so many years.    Proceed with eyes wide open and caution.

Arrived early in the morning , trenched my front yard, replaced my sewer line and had me back up and running by noon!  And they came in under the original estimate.  Polite and courteous service.  I am thrilled with Zippy Zebra!
