Very informative on type of whole house water filtration system that I was looking for. I priced the system/install with several companies and Near Me Plumbing and Drain gave me the price I wanted. Install was quick and professional. Looking forward to having better water in my home.

I called early in the morning to make an appointment, left a message and I never heard back from anybody and it is a day later..... Not good.

We asked for quote on a new tankless water heater. They were very responsive, on-time, and the technician was friendly. However, the price quoted was extremely high and not at all competitive. They quoted the Navien 240S for ~$4500 installed. We looked online and found that we could purchase this exact model water heater for ~$1300. We felt that $3200 for an install that they said would take 4-6 hours was unfair. We requested a quote from another plumber we've worked with in the past, and the installed cost was $3200.

Was seeking a quote on Yelp to repair a kitchen faucet. Got the best price from Performance Plumbing. Called to schedule and he was out within an hour of my call. Was prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I will use them again!

Covid update - had a clogged kitchen sink (ugh) the day after Christmas. Called Robins Plumbing and got an appt for Monday. Nate came - completely professional. Masked up. Great job and fixed the issue promptly.

I needed a plumber to repair a damaged pipe stat! I called and he was able to get out within about an hour or so which was amazing! His repair was done efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely be calling this company again in the future for all my plumbing needs!

Please read the whole review before interpreting my rating.  This was a five star service but the only reason I am giving this company a three star review is because of the price.  I needed a service immediately so my tenant wouldn't have any backing up or flooding issues due to a clog.  Without knowing the reason for the clog, I went with the first one who could get there to fix my problem.  So, am I paying for convenience?  That is what it felt like but I could have waited a few hours longer and saved a chunk of change.   I appreciate the service but I don't like the price charged.  This one kind of rubbed me it wrong way.  Felt like their price was a bit of a gouge.  If you want fast service but don't care about price, these are your guys.  They are good, on time and get it done.  If you will be a bit patient, you can probably save a few bucks doing some shopping.  Finding out after the fact that other companies could have done it for half the price is like salt in a wound.

My experience with Water Pros Plumbing was top notch. They were professional, friendly, and affordable. They called before they showed up, and arrived at the agreed upon time. I highly recommend Water Pros Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs! I will definitely use them with any future needs.

Oh my gosh we are so thrilled with our experience. My husband called when he got home from work because our tub had a leak that was leaking into the wall. Even though they were closing for the day the scheduler/dispatch turned her computer back on and routed someone to us after their last job for the day since we had to turn the water off. Eddie texted when he was on his way. Way very friendly and efficient (wore a mask the whole time) and fixed our problem with minimal work. So, so thankful for this company for going above and beyond at the last minute.

Wish Yelp allowed 10-Star ratings, which is what these folks deserve. Called them to install a new cartridge in a Hansgrohe Thermobalance II shower valve, which we all figured would be simple and straightforward, but the old fixture was more corroded internally than expected, so it actually took 2 visits to get everything humming, and it required lots more time than their original price quote would cover. To their great credit, despite all the additional time and work, they did what (extra) was needed and never said a word about an upcharge. They were persistent, quality-focused, thorough, courteous, and kept us updated via text messages throughout the extended process. All FIRST-CLASS in every respect, and would recommend them without reservation.

Very competitive pricing (had a special to snake a clogged toilet). I wasn't in a hurry, made an appointment for 2 days later, offered a special that was at least 1/2 of others and REASONABLE (to just get a straw out of toilet!). The tech called the morning of and when on his way, very friendly. Efficient, clean, done.
Will DEFINITELY call again when I need a Plumber!

Had our yearly plumbing service performed by Mike Boden from Goettl. Mike was on time and had our plumbing checked and our water heater flushed in a very timely manner. I'd recommend Goettl for any plumbing need.

Ken got the Fidelity Home Warranty service request on a Saturday afternoon.  He jumped right on it, had the disposal replaced and was gone!
