Mightily impressed with Hays Cooling from 1st phone call about our 13-year old malfunctioning A/C unit August 20!  Jerry came to the house within a few hours and diagnosed the problem!  Then Jack discovered that due to the old configuration on the roof and it being a Thursday night (in the middle of a lightening storm) he promised us a new unit on the roof and operational by Monday morning.  IT IS DONE - Monday 9:00am!  This company came as a word-of-mouth recommendation and I will continue to spread the word about this excellent business!! Highest commendation  to all who helped- from initial phone call to the hard working guys on the roof! Thank you Hays family!

If you've ever found yourself in a tight spot (or with tight filters), look no further than WHAT Plumbing. I was practically at my wits' end, wrestling with three over-tightened whole house water filters that just would not move. I had tried every remedy and YouTube tutorial under the sun. And after I had wasted enough money on filter wrenches, straps, and other Amazon best sellers, I decided to swallow my pride and bring in the professionals.

Enter the dynamic duo from WHAT Plumbing. They were friendly, professional, and they arrived within an hour of my call.

You know that old saying, It's a two-man job? Well, this was definitely the case. These guys weren't just swift, but they put in some serious elbow grease, spending ample time to carefully crank off our stubborn filters -- with the precision of a surgeon and the strength of the Incredible Hulk. I'll also admit, there was a part of me secretly relieved that it wasn't a total walk in the park for these guys either--affirming that I didn't simply forget to turn off a valve or switch somewhere along the DIY route.

Now, I'll mention cost. In a world where you often pay a premium for urgency, WHAT Plumbing was incredibly fair. Considering the amount of extra effort they had to go through, I'd say more than reasonable.

So, will I be calling them again? Absolutely. For their timeliness, efficiency, and for not making me feel like a moron who can't break loose his own filters -- WHAT Plumbing has earned a customer for life. If you find yourself up against a serious plumbing challenge, do yourself a favor and call these guys before going down the Amazon best sellers list. You won't regret it.

It's scary calling a plumber you don't know, so I asked a trusted advisor and friend for a recommendation and he suggested Around the corner and when I needed a service call, they showed up quickly and made the bad stuff go away quickly. Now, the bad stuff is gone and the wife is happy. YAY!

If I could give a business 6 stars, I would give it to Dignity Plumbing. From the moment they answered the phone it was a great experience. The woman I spoke with was polite, professional, and seemed to understand exactly what I needed in just a couple of questions. To my surprise, she offered an appointment for the very next day to install two toilets. She gave me a window between 3 and 5 PM.

Jeremy arrived exactly at 3 and had the best vibes: A combination of professional and friendly that made him very easy to talk to. It was like working with a friend rather than a stranger. I showed him what needed doing and he gave me an estimate that was fair. He told me that his coworker Estevan was coming to help him do the install. Not 5 minutes later, Estevan rolled up and the guys got to work immediately.

They worked very efficiently despite the fact that the last person who put the toilets in did it wrong. They were able to install the new toilets in under an hour. Listening to them work, I could tell they were comfortable with each other and the work they were doing. Estevan has the best laugh.

When they finished, they walked me through what they did. Flushed both toilets in front of me so I could see they were working right. They also gave me some useful tips for other plumbing stuff I'm going to do on my own. I felt very comfortable chatting with both of them. They are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I will definitely be hiring Dignity again. I have a bathtub that needs some work and I know I can trust them to get it done.

We have been thrilled with Joe.  This is the third week in a row they have been out.  We bought a house with a lot of plumbing issues! The tub was plumbed wrong and leaked into the garage, the water softener was connected to only half the house, the sinks leaked, the heating unit drained into a cupboard.  Really!   Joe was here the first time to fix the critical things, and then he's been back to fix all the other things as we went along.  We're now going to have him install a water filtration system.    Highly suggest you call them.   Reliable, reasonable prices.  Great local Fountain Hills plumber!

Our house was 100 degrees inside because our air conditioning broke in the Phoenix summer. We have a home warranty company but because they couldn't get anyone to us right away they allowed us to call an out of network contractor. We chose Canyon State after the positive reviews. When I call I explained that we could pay up front costs and seek reimbursement from the warranty company later BUT the technician would need to speak with our warranty company to have the repairs authorized. They said ok
The technician arrived and it was suddenly a different story. The technician was there to collect his service fee but refused to talk to the warranty company. The technician left us with a non working air conditioning and a 100 degree house because they refused to get authorization from our warranty company.
So disappointed with Canyon State and clearly they don't care about ac repair at all...just collecting a service fee
I would not recommend Canyon State to my worst enemy. They come for their service fee but don't want to get authorization from the warranty company to do the actual repair.

James was great from start to finish. Was super quick to respond to our inquiry. Came over within a day to provide us with a super competitive quote compared to the BIG plumbing companies in Phoenix. We just added a kitchenette to our Airbnb and needed to connect our existing laundry room drain a few feet away in a separate room to our new sink along with bringing hot and cold water from a nearby source.  We saved money and got great service and excellent work. I highly recommend Blue Eye.

I  used Paul's Plumbing 2 months ago to install a New Gas Water Heater...This time  I needed a Water Pressure Regulator and a Ball Valve installed. .Again the same as before , Outstanding  Service, Quality of Work and Pricing Awesome....They were quick to help me out....Paul and Dan are great Guys... This post is overdue, but well deserved. I have a home in Maricopa. Several months ago, I was on my way out of town for a family emergency when I noticed water flowing down the driveway, I popped the garage door and was shocked to see the water heater acting like a lawn sprinkler, spritzing water across the garage.

I shut off the water line, contained the mess, and contemplated leaving my elderly house guest without hot water for a week (it was still cold in the morning at that time). She has several medical issues and I was concerned about adding stress by disrupting her daily routines.

Frantically calling local providers, only Just Plumbing Casa Grande assured me they could respond quickly and get it done. They arrived as promised and the professional-quality repair was made quickly and at a fair and reasonable cost (around $100). Worth every cent for the relief it provided.
   
I can't promise this perfection in every case, But my experience certainly says give them a try.

The only reason I gave 1 star was because of the niceness of Keith the plumbing tech. My water main line broke which required trenching my desert landscaped front yard. Instead of simply renting a trencher for $60 they decided to dig the 25' by 18 deep trench themselves. Six hours of labor and a 25' piece of pex piping cost over $2000. Once they replaced the landscaping, there was a lot of rocks and dirt left over which they just left on top of the front yard. Now I have weeds and dirt over the once nice desert rock landscape which the city will fine me for. I have called & emailed several times and they said that they are not landscapers but the front desk said they would take care of it and never did. I am partially disabled and cannot perform the work myself. I will update this if they correct it.

I ordered parts for a shower. Drain and valves and faucet. Very helpful to show me what they had in stock and to get me what I needed. I will shop here again, since the staff is so patient.

1-24-16 I had back out issue from a toilet from my complex. And Steve the manager on call told me they would come within 2 hours. They show up in 4 hours. Problem did not solve and they left. We have to get the technician back to do the work.

We had major work for repair the pipe for the clear out. The clear out is on the major drive way. After the pipe fixed under the ground, they had the clear out about 3 inches above the ground. Everyday cars pass by hit the clear out. We followed up with the company about 3 weeks. Many calls. They went back Fixed it. Now it is half inch above the ground. Cars still hit the clear out everyday.

1-26 -16 Heather called me that if I do not use their service later on. They would not research the case.  Manager Keith called back correct wrong charge for half hour work charge 2 hours and apologized for wrong doing for not check out work before leaving.  And offer fix the high clear out the next day.   -   I was impressed.

1-28-16. Credit card still with higher charge. and have not heard anyone came to fix the high clear out on drive way. - will keep everyone update.

2-11-16. The clear out got fixed. Appreciated this.
