Older home in an older neighborhood.. going to be a challenge to keep the drains flowing correctly. End up calling Option One out about every 12 - 18 months to help keep my drains open. Been using them for the past 6 1/2 years. Both the office and the field techs I have delt w/ have always treated me courteously and respectfully and arriving w/ in the projected time frames. Called mid morning today, by 3:00 pm drain issues solved. Sammy arrived w/ in the time frame his office had told me and got right after it. Knowledgeable, a great attitude and as far as I'm concerned a very fair rate for a Saturday call out.

Our water heater needed replacing and it was still under warranty. Per the manufacturer it needed to be returned to Home Depot. Carlos waisted no time disconnecting it and taking it to Home Depot for a replacement.  Once he returned he quickly got to work installing the new one.  Carlos was thorough, professional and personable.  Additionally, the service was fairly priced.  We found our go-to plumber.

Had another quote for several repairs needed in my condo from well known plumbing company.  Tom from Pleasant Plumbing came out and showed where the repairs weren't needed on two of the more costly items. This saved me hundreds of dollars. He did the repairs that were needed and the cost was half of what the other outfit quoted. I will only use Pleasant Plumbing in the future.

Highly recommend Dixon Trades. Reached out on Yelp and got response right away. Worked out some details with text and pics and was here Monday morning to do the work. Called on the way, showed up on time and did a killer job.  Don't waste your time looking around these dudes are LEGIT!

We used these guys this week to replace are shut valve for the washing machine and the service was outstanding. We will use them again for any plumbing repairs. I reached out Tuesday(7/25/23) and they were here within hours to see what was going on and gave me a quote. The price was very reasonable, the communication was there and the work was performed on time. Will is the gentleman I worked with during the process and he was very professional and patient. We had some hick- ups on are end and had to reschedule. He was understanding and helpful throughout the entire process. I'd recommend them to family and friends!

Very happy!  We had a fairly urgent plumbing issue and found Sam on Yelp.  He came out early the next morning, fixed the problem quickly and we are back in business.  Good communication, great work & fair prices. Will definitely use him again and will recommend him to other friends with homes in Scottsdale.

It is as good as it gets! David went out of his way to go to Lowes and purchase on my behalf a new toilet discovering after unpacking the one I purchased had a broken base. He did not have to take time out of his schedule to do this. He could of easily rescheduled. Instead he went to Lowe's purchased a replacement and finished the installation. We have family visiting us in a couple of days and I wanted new toilet installed before they arrived. Thank you David for your thoughtfulness, excellent workmanship and professionalism.

We had a couple damaged baseboards that needed to be repaired in a timely manner due to selling our home. Andrew responded immediately and was able to get the job done as soon as the next day. Andrew did a great job, was professional, and cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend Nichols Handyman Bros!

NEED A PLUMBER?  FRANK IS YOUR GUY..  I had a water heater leak that needed replaced.  Frank was fantastic; he an awesome plumber, who did the repair right away, but he kept me informed, checking in each day via texts.  All I can say is WOW.  HE IS THE BEST; HE PROVIDED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A VERY CARING, EMPATHETIC , HELFULL MANNER.  KNOCKED MY SOCKS OFF!!   I have been in customer service for over 27 years, 20 of those in Quality Assurance.  I do not get impressed easily.  I look forward to working with him again if any issues come up with my rental.  THANK YOU FRANK!!

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Called them this morning when we had a pool of water in the bedroom following a shower. They were able to send someone out within hours and communicated their arrival time, even confirming that we'd be home. They arrived promptly, were cleanly dressed and groomed and were personable, respectful and courteous. Best of all, they fixed the problem quickly and did not charge an outrageous fee for the emergency repair. Because the leak went into our wall, they contacted a restoration company on our behalf (with our permission) and were able to bring them in within hours. They also gave us very good information about our home warranty, which we truly appreciated.
We now have The Trusted Plumber on speed dial and are posting their information to our neighborhood app for others, in case they need a good, honest plumber.

Loved how knowledgeable Pat is.  He doesn't try to sell you things you don't need and is very affordable.  He saved me a lot of money from the other quotes that I had.  I would recommend him to anyone.

Probably one of the competent AC companies I've ever worked with. They won't be the least expensive, but they'll do the job right, the first time.

I'm a property manager and small-time real estate investor looking to purchase another property here in Arizona. Darryl came out yesterday morning 10/23/17 to inspect the water pressure on a home I may purchase.  He was prompt, informative and thorough with his assessment of the possible problems and expenses I may incur.  Darryl's many years of experience helped ease my concerns.  Darryl's price is reasonable, and the bonus is, Darryl is a friendly, all-around great guy.  Having dealt with dozens of plumbers in the past on multiple properties I've managed from California to Arizona, I can honestly say Darryl is a wonderful, easy-going plumber with quality skills to investigate a residence for potential plumbing problems and/or repairs.  If I need a plumber in the future, I will again call Darryl.

My kitchen faucet completely broke on a Saturday and Tina who answered my call was very friendly and accommodating and sent Roman over within a few hours to install a new one that I purchased on my own. The price to install was about average based on my research. All in all a very nice and professional job done by all. I will definitely be using them again.

Pacifica HVAC plumbing and sewer is the worst. This guy Manny (the owner) showed up and Could not diagnose my HVAC at all. He just didn't know what was wrong with it and wanted to overcharge me to replace it.  So I called another company to confirm and they diagnosed The problem in a minute and fixed it the next day.  Pacifica just wants to replace units. He doesn't know how to fix them or want to.. The circus is missing a clown... just Avoid unless you like being overcharged. If you don't believe me .. ask him a couple of technical questions. See and hear for yourself! Unknowledgeable and unprofessional. 0 stars
