We were out of town when the dog sitter called to say our hot water heater was spewing water all over our garage. She was able to get the water turned off, tank drained and electricity turned off to the unit.  Through our home warranty company we were put in contact with water heaters only. They had Don come out at 8 AM the morning after we arrived home.  We clearly needed a new water heater, but previous owners had built cabinets in such a way the tank could not be removed. Don gave us explicit instructions on how the cabinets should be moved. We contacted our handyman and he came out and moved the shelves.  Don came within an hour after he left and removed the old tank and hooked up the new one.  He insured there was no damage to the drywall - treated the area to prevent any mold growing - installed a drip pan under the new water heater and attached a drain so that any overflow would go away from the cabinets to the garage floor.  In addition to being an expert in this field, Don was an absolute professional.  In addition, the gentleman at the main office was courteous, helpful and insured everything was in place to get our water heater replaced. Thank you Don.  We will always refer our friends and associates to this company.

Roger showed up at the prearranged time and completed the job efficiently.  He was supervised constantly by two dogs and a cat, and this did not distract him from his task . When he left there was no trace that he had been other than the newly installed bathroom faucet.

Barrett Plumbing & Drain were at our house today in Waddell. AZ they installed a gas line for our new dryer and did a fantastic job! We are very pleased to have called them, they were very professional, friendly, on time, cleaned up after themselves. Well prepared to do the job and it was done right!! Austin the owner and Chris we would definitely call them for anything plumbing issue!  We also found out they do water softeners too and we will call them next month to have one put in. Elias is a nice young man trained as a plumber in Greece 13 years ago. Responded quickly, did excellent work installing a garbage disposer. All on a Saturday afternoon.

We had kind of an emergency situation with a shower faucet that would shut off. I spoke with the owner and he fully explained what they may need to do including cutting into drywall to get at the plumbing and how much everything could possibly cost. I appreciated the heads up so we could be prepared. They were able to come out same day within a couple hours. Kevin the tech that came was very professional and took care of everything. Now to find a drywall repair.

Jerry has been my go to plumber for years and still look to him for help when he's in the Bay Area.  He has cleared my clogged drains, helped me with a whole kitchen remodel, guest and master bathroom remodel. We just sold our home in Glendale and the inspector for our buyers found a moist spot in the dining room ceiling, directly below our master shower. Our realtor recommended Trident Plumbing for the fix and I could not be more grateful. I called around 7pm, left a message and assumed Id hear back the next day. Nope! Shelby called me less than an hour later and we had a plumber, Jimmy, out here by 2pm the very next day. When it was clear our fix would require some hefty drywall cutting, Jimmy arranged for Rocky Mountain Restoration to come out and assist the job. Long story short, this amazingly responsive team - including the owner! - tag teamed the project and a mere couple days later theyd found and fixed the leak, all while being fun, friendly, responsive and highly professional. Though I dont hope to have to, I would use them again in a heartbeat!!!

They were quick to respond to my request and provided a reasonable quote. Like many yelpers, I'm always apprehensive when hiring a company with not many reviews, but I took a chance and I'm glad I did. The technician arrived on time and after a quick discussion of what I needed he got right to work. It was an easy job and he finished quickly (unlike some who try to take their time and milk it). Tech was friendly throughout the process.  I definitely recommend and will be hiring them again for my next project.

Sent Yelp requests on Sunday. Promptly replied and communicated his availability and pricing based on my details and photos. Contacted me when running a little bit late. We added to the job once he came out to replace the bathtub. We ordered online then he went and picked it up. Then came back and installed tub and new valves. No surprises. We paid per his quote and the additional work which was done at the same time at an additional cost. Very satisfied with the job done in such a timely manner.

Brian helped us sort out our water softener issues quickly and professionally. From the time of our first call, to him showing up to diagnose the problem, was under an hour. He came highly recommended by the homebuilder who we bought our house from, and now I know why. He's a super honest and above-board individual, and didn't upsell us on anything. We have used this plumbing company for repairs in the past- a hot water heater replacement and also a broken pipe. They were very timely with their service, and did a nice clean repair. We felt our price paid was reasonable for the services performed and I would and have, recommended them to friends.

I have used roto rooter three times now (sink, toilet, mainline drain issue).  All three times they have been quick, inexpensive (in one case did not even charge me even though two plumbers spent over an hour on my leaking sink) and professional.  The prices have always been clear and up front.  I have used much more expensive plumbers in the past and will not do so again.  Great group.  Highly recommend.
