Best Plumbing Services in Chandler, AZ

These guys have been around forever, they care about the long-term relationship.  My first experience with Qualtire was almost 30 years ago (They have been at the same location since the 1960's)  when my father needed some sewer line work.  It was going to be expensive, but they worked with him to make it affordable by showing him exactly where to dig so he could to the digging himself.  Once the digging was done they came back and did the plumbing part. That saved my Dad a lot of money.

Whenever I need plumbing thy are the only people I call.

Completely agree with Scott P's review. Unlike other plumbing companies that provide ranges that seem extremely high, I sent a picture of my current setup and was clear about the work that I wanted done, and the quote I received was very reasonable and exactly what was charged.  They were professional, placed a tarp down which kept the work area clean when they left, and the end result was exactly what I needed.  Now I have a go-to plumbing company that I have confidence in.

We wanted to save $ on bottled water and called for an estimate for a water softener. While talking about what we wanted Jason suggested an RO system. Being from the east coast, RO systems are not as well known as here, because Phoenix water is awful. He have us a great price, he did have to delay installing for us twice because other clients had emergencies, but we were not in a rush and are glad we were able to wait. In the end Jason was very easy to work with, the job was done well and at a fair price and he explained the system and options for us. We already have a couple of other plumbing installations we need to do eventually and we will definitely be calling Green advantage.

Jesus was recommended by our neighbor. I'm sure glad we contacted him! We are completely remodeling our condo and had not had any luck with getting a plumber out to finish installing our shower and redoing our laundry room Plumbing. The space for our stackable washer and dryer was tight and it was a Challenge for him to get it hooked up. It ended up being much more of a project than anyone anticipated!  He got the job done, and even though it took 2 more hours, he didn't charge more than his initial estimate. He was on time, returned our calls, and cleaned up as he went along. it was a good experience and will use him next time we need a plumber!

Have called ProSkill for both a plumbing and an AC issue and have been happy with the service each time.  Great customer service, outstanding technicians and fair prices.  Highly recommend!!!!

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

I messaged this business on Yelp to find out how much it would be to install a door knob...a standard door knob installed on a standard door...and he said to call a number to schedule an appointment. I thought ok.... So I called the number this morning during their business hours and it just rang and rang. I messaged Doug back about the unsuccessful phone call and he just responded must've dialed the wrong number thanks. This is the service I got. Don't believe me? Look at the picture of the message thread I posted on here. His reviews on here are really good, so I'm really confused as to why I got this half-ass response. I must've caught him on a bad day I guess?

The 2 man crew showed up on time, and went right to work. Both wore masks respecting the COVID safety measures.

The price was fair and the men were very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in their services for us   They installed a new Faucet outside and cleaned out a slow drain in a master bath. They deserve 5 stars !!

Clean, fast, and professional. When it comes to plumbing companies that is something that is never at the forefront. Its usually late, unprofessional, and messy so I can appreciate the customer service from Jay and his team. I had some quotes on work from a few other companies but was not happy with the price I was receiving. I researched around a bit more and came across this outfit right here on Yelp. By using The Cooling and Plumbing Co I saved almost $400 from the next least expensive quote I entertained. Jimbo and team arrived onsite at the time I was promised and were out the door within 2 hours. I had a few other items that were not included in the quote that were repaired free of charge. That is some serious A+ BBB status right there.

The Moen Posi-temp cartridge went bad in the bathtub faucet that I never used and it was only found during the house inspection when I sold the home.  The house is 16 years old.

My realtor picked a plumber and if he had told me who he'd chosen, I would have found someone else myself despite being halfway across the country at that point.  I used to work for a place in Casa Grande who hired Brutinel for a lot of facility work and they never did the work on time or without some sort of issue.

That extends to their residential work as well, too.  The plumber came out, turned on the faucet, said (according to the realtor's assistant) You got water, and left.  Of course, it failed the reinspection and the plumber was called out a second time.

BRUTINEL CHARGED FOR BOTH TRIPS!  Then, when the realtor and I both tried to get them straightened out, the plumber lied and claimed that the cartridge was 'corroded into place' so it took an extra hour to get it out.

The cartridges are plastic.

So I'm stuck paying 2 hours, plus the cartridge he did eventually replace, because the plumber couldn't identify a super-common issue...AAAAAAND an issue that I'd already fixed myself on two other faucets in the house.

Avoid if you don't want them to waste your time and overcharge you for the privilege.

ETA:  After this review was posted, Brutinel offered to knock the extra hour off my bill in exchange for taking it down.  So, ya' know, they try to manipulate their ratings, too.
