Precision General Contractors remodeled my home inside and out. My house could not be seen from the road but now it is all open. So excited to plant grass! I am amazed at their quality and efficiency. They saved me lots of money! Would highly recommend using them for all of your home and property needs.

Our trailer house is old, but it's all we have. Kevin dropped what he was doing for the weekend, came over late in the evening and fixed our shower in no time. We had water shooting out of the back of the tub. He is professional and very fair in his price. We called him again for a problem under the sink, he and his staff truly know their work, they had it fixed in less than an hour and our home is comfortable again. I will forever keep his number in my phone, I hope that we will not need them anytime soon - but it a great piece of mind knowing they are there for us.

Over the years I have tried the big name plumbing services in Anchorage, only to find that they soak a person for every possible penny. One outfit even bills you at $170/hour for the time it takes for their serviceman to drive to your home from his prior stop. Huh?
One Stop Services: on time, nice people; guaranteed they could do a complete toilet rebuild in an hour (were that to be needed), others quoted me 1.5-2 hours. Finally an honest plumbing service.
Spenser looked it over, determined that problem was minor, fixed it and charged me nothing for the 15 minutes he invested in making certain that everything was right. He clearly knew his stuff. With any other outfit I would have been faced with a $160-170 minimum one hour charge. Great customer service!

Roy at BRS Services did a wonderful job. We had two faucets that needed to be replaced. He worked quickly and proffessionally. We had purchased the faucets ourself. He removed the old ones and replaced with the new in only an hour and a half. Reasonable rates. We're glad we supported a small business owner. I will be recommending him to our friends.

I previously posted about nearly witnessing an accident caused by their driver running a stop sign, nearly hitting another vehicle, and not even caring. The company posted on my review with a bunch of lies such as saying I threatened harm on their driver and saying they had already reassured me they've taken appropriate actions even though when I called them about the incident they said the driver disagreed with my report so they saw no reason to take any actions and they hung up on me.
It says a lot about this company to not only call a potential customer a liar when trying to report an issue but to then turn around and create lies about the potential customer to discredit them. Take your business elsewhere. Who knows what else they're lying about.

Absolutely unprofessional. Sound mechanical called and told me (while laughing) that they launched my hot water heater off my deck. I live on the third floor of a strict condo association. I was incredibly embarrassed and concerned about damage to the railing. The owner said his employees repaired the broken railing, but didn't offer apologies. Just laughter, like it was a joke to them.

I set up an appointment for an onsite assessment to discuss remodeling two bathrooms in our home. I even received a reminder from the company. I left work early to attend the meeting, and NO ONE SHOWED UP! They did not bother to contact me in any way; rather, they completely wasted my and my husband's time. At least I learned this contractor is unreliable prior to getting started on my project.

A year and a half ago during our kitchen remodel, our contractor brought in Jeff from Cassidy's. Jeff was awesome! He went above and beyond, and he called to let us know when he was running late. Based on that experience, my husband contacted Cassidy's for a bathroom plumbing issue last week.
Unfortunately, Jeff was not available so Justin was sent. He spent a couple hours and did part of the job and left at 5:00 saying he would be back the next day. At this point, we had two bathrooms torn apart for the project. Justin didn't show on Tuesday, so my husband called him. Justin said he got tied up and that he would come Wednesday morning. On Wed. afternoon my husband called the office and was told that Justin was loading our materials and would be right over. No show. Thursday, again no show. On Friday my husband called and also texted Justin -- no response, no show. Today, Monday (a week later), my husband called the office to notify the office manager that we would find another contractor. She asked for patience and said Justin would arrive between 2 and 4 today. No show (no surprise by now).
Do yourself a favor and find a plumbing company that keeps their promises and follows through.

Stay away! Sorry so verbous, but I want to tell the whole situation. I had an emergency flood from frozen pipes. The initial service man came quickly and made sure the water system was secured, bypassed a split water conditioner. He couldn't restore/fix as a cabinet had to be removed to get to the pipe. He couldn't wait :20min for me to remove cabinet. The next day a plumber came to fix the pipe and he found so many leaks that they recommended replumbing the whole house (only 650sq ft), which he doesn't do. This is When Patrick the owner got involved as part of the system has a $2000 water conditioner. He gave me pricing on a comparable unit. I asked for info (brand, model, specs) on the unit before I buy it.
Over a week later Patrick hadn't called, so I called to get specs. He said the unit was installed and operating! When I asked who gave authorization to install Patrick got mad and YELLED at me! I asked him for the make & model so I could research it. He gave me the info and was very angry. He demanded that I make a decision to keep his unit (or not) within two days! I asked him for the water test results from his unit install. He said he'd get that for me.
Within two days, even though Patrick hadn't given me the test results, I called and accepted their water conditioner. I mostly choose theirs because I was told it was already operating and I didn't want to deal with Knick Heating & Plumbing anymore.
I found out that Knik H & P had already charged my credit card for the unit, before I had accepted it! They billed the total reinstall off my house as one day plumbing. They took all the copper pipe and didn't issue any copper credit for the value.
When I got back into the house after being gone for almost a month, I found the conditioner was NOT installed or operational! It had never been tested or even plugged in! And it was placed in the wrong area! I called Patrick. Once again Patrick YELLED at me and fought with me! I told him to install it correctly to my satisfaction or remove it. He said he would get to it within 10 days!
The corrected install happened on the LAST day I was home and when they left my husband had found that the plumbing valves had been turned so only half of our water was going to the conditioner!
I found that Patrick is not a certified plumber or HVAC, he is only certified to do ductwork.
