Our Price Guarantee, meaning when we quote you for a project the price will always be the same at the end. Our Quality Guarantee- When you hire us for a service / project , if you are not happy with the outcome, we ask you give us an opportunity to make it right, If we are unable to accommodate you. We ask you hire another contractor to fix it and then we will pay them.

I set up an appointment for an onsite assessment to discuss remodeling two bathrooms in our home. I even received a reminder from the company. I left work early to attend the meeting, and NO ONE SHOWED UP! They did not bother to contact me in any way; rather, they completely wasted my and my husband's time. At least I learned this contractor is unreliable prior to getting started on my project.

They say they will come and fix your stuff then don't show up. No phone call either. Poor communication.

I've used Practical for multiple small jobs on my home and rental units in the last few months and I have recommended them to multiple clients and we have all been very satisfied with their quality and pricing. I really appreciate that they want to make their clients happy. It's hard to find contractors that are available, have realistic rates AND do high quality work like Practical Remodeling does. I highly recommend these guys.
