These folks are great. The lady at the office was very friendly on the phone. The plumber, Steve, was also super friendly. He did great work on my bathroom remodel for a good price. He was available for questions and concerns and made sure the job was done right and the way I wanted it. Thanks guys!!

Tom came over to fix our baseboard boiler and narrowed the problem down to a few components very quickly. I felt like the work is solid and will last years to come. Will call him again if something down the line breaks.

Was not very impressed. We told him what we thought was wrong the first time he came out and he didn't listen to us and told us we were wrong. Turns out we weren't wrong and he came back and charged us an insane amount on his second visit to fix what we originally told him was wrong. It took him 15 minutes and it cost $120. Cost $300 total to fix something that should have been fixed on his first visit. Will NOT be using again or recommending to neighbors or friends.

I had a warranty for my furnace ( parts and labor), but had to pay up front and wait for my refund. Now, the warranty is actually through a different company. Who I spoke with numerous times. They were very concerned that I had to pay, because that's not how a warranty works. So I spoke with Rob Nelson, the gm, who said this is how it's always been because they are not a bank . He told me to get ahold of him December 3 ( work was done October 3) . Called December 3rd , still hasn't gotten my refund. The people at Johnstone Supply went above and beyond to fix this to get my refund, Klebs did NOTHING. In fact, they pointed the finger at Johnstone. Finally, in January , Johnstone got a reply from the parts/warrant company . Check was on its way. When I found this out, I called Klebs. Was told Rob was not in the office, when I asked to speak to someone els that could help me, the receptionist very rudely told me No one is in and I was told to tell you your check is in the mail Now, I get the warranty and that certain paperwork needs to be done, but when I originally bought my furnace, and my warranty this should have been explained. The fact that nobody at the company wanted to speak to me, or apologize for the wait or that they did nothing to help speed the process up is just unbelievable. I will defiantly find another plumber/heating person in the future. I wouldn't have even given them 1 star

Have been trying to get a quote from them for over a week now, I have made multiple phone calls during the week and I have yet received the quote.
Their answer is we'll email it out at the end of the day, I can't do anything right now
They must be doing good enough to turn business down.

I make a habit of staying away from unreliable jerks in my life, and like some Sex in the City plot, I kept taking the abuse from this outfit.
Moved into our new house September 1st, and before even moving in we contacted Partusch per realtor and seller's recommendations (as supposedly they were involved with the original plumbing). One guy showed up to give an estimate, he was rude, ran through house, wrote some stuff on a piece of paper and told me to call the office to schedule the necessary things done. I called to set up appointment...4 times actually. Each time I was told they would get back to me. Why the 'scheduler' coudn't schedule the appointment is beyond me. I cannot overstate just how unreliable and condescending everyone at this company is.
Anyway, it's December and my spouse tried calling this morning (because they supposedly knew about our home's plumbing) and the lady was rude, condescending, and so my spouse hung up. I just called them back this morning and told them they were a complete fail. The company came recommended by our realtor and the seller.
As homeowners who have plumbing needs, we want to spend money at a company (even when they treat us poorly) but they won't even take our money. Anyway, based on our experience, don't waste your time with these folks. Talk about needing more competition.
Update: We just called Anchorage Plumbing & Heating and they said they could come out today and were polite. They asked what was wrong and were not condescending. What a concept. Don't believe me? Call them both and hear for yourself.

Update BEWARE this company is SHADY that's why he can't come up with an invoice with his license on it. BEWARE this crook will also use your credit for fraudulent transactions if you give your credit card number. And yah he has a business permit, but ask first if he has a license or if bonded and insured, if you plan to hire this SHADY person. You used my credit card for fraudulent charges I have reported all fraudulent charges on credit card to all proper agencies....

I kept hearing the commercial on the Radio that says Remember the name, Living Waters, Living Waters.... So I called them. I had a plumbing quote to re-replumb our 4 plex in south anchorage for $7,200 which seemed high given it was a 3-4 day job for 2 people. Jeffrey answered the phone. I asked for an estimate and the first thing that struck me as Odd is he says I'm not sure if we'll CHARGE for the estimate, but someone can check it out soon. I've never been charged for an ESTIMATE in my life. 12 minutes later, he calls back. He said he spoke to the boss and had a ballpark figure for me. He asked how many fixtures I had in the unit. 17 I told him. He says Ok, he was Right on then- It will be right at $80,000. I was stunned but I thought he said $8,000. Finally I asked Did you say $8,000? No. The estimate was EIGHTY THOUSAND dollars- for a 4 day job!!!!
My biggest issue is that they are running around using the name of God to their advantage Living Waters is a reference to Jesus Christ. An $80,000 estimate is about $73,000 higher than it should be. There is nothing charitable, kind or neighborly about that. No christian values emanate from this. I was shocked and expressed that to Jeffrey. He didn't offer to come look or allow me to speak with the boss that gave this un-Godly estimate. He didn't budge- $80,000- take it or leave it.
Since then, I have spoke with 3 professional plumbers. They have all said the same thing Living Waters is a rip-off! They price gouge and do poor quality work.
In their commercial they say Remember our name. You bet I will! They forever will remind me of the time they tried to rip me off.
Don't waste your time calling them. They might even charge you for it.
