McCann responded quickly to an emergency for a leaky pipe that was draining through floor and around electrical lines. He fit me in on the day of call, when six other companies told me they could not see me for 3-4 weeks. He explained the process, went above and beyond fixing the leak to take care of things until I can get an appliance replaced. He was courteous, cleaned up after himself and offered some suggestions for appliances during this time when it is hard to find items. I will use McCann in the future and definitely recommend their services.

So no one was available to work on my boiler after hours and when I got in touch with someone they didn't have experience with my setup. However they recommended Bill and they were right. Not only did he fix the issue with my boiler, he explained why it was malfunctioning on a timely basis for my tenants. He is upfront, kind, and very personable when making small talk.
Definitely someone to call for repairs

Our family is a boating family and we like to be dry. Sheet Metal Inc. helped us with a 'Bubbah Hut' that covers the back of our 25' CDory Tomcat. We are thrilled with the craftsmanship and would go back again. They do clean, professional, skookum metal work.

AP&H regularly serviced my mother's residence for well over a decade. Unfortunately, the last two service calls have been abysmal. First time late and wires crossed between their scheduler and service technician. He showed up hours late and unsure of the work requested be done (cleaning and inspection). Tech calls me and states he can't do anything until a number of parts he outlined were changed. (None of the items would red tag the system). Keep in mind they have our exclusive provider and had inspected the system last season. We asked to scheduled the necessary work at earliest opportunity....which was three weeks later.
Here we are three weeks later. Drove in from the Valley to meet the technician for the scheduled 9 a.m. appointment. Given their history of miscommunication, my wife called on day prior to speak with them and confirm appointment. Additionally, I received a voicemail confirmation a short time later. Here we are, waiting for the tech to show up for over an hour when phone rings. You guessed it, tech went to another address and started a job...and he'd be over when he gets there. Unbelievable!
Only hope this type of confusion doesn't carry over to the work they're performing. In the past years they'd been so reliable. Unsure what's changed...but it doesn't appear to be for the better. Needless to say, we're most likely done with AP&H after this.

My client has called has tried calling Roto-Rooter on 2 different occasions to snake his toilet and every time we call (just happens to be a Friday both times - and he calls at 9am when they open) and they said they only have 1 tech and they can do it Monday or pay $281.25 for after hours snake service. My client calls me to tell me what they said. Knowing he cannot be without a toilet all weekend and cannot afford after hours (let alone the regular price) so I call Roto-Rooter back and explain that my client is in an electric wheelchair, homebound and it is his only bathroom and could please get him in asap. She said, Oop, we just had a cancellation. So he did get a visit later that day, and/but paid $179. SO Fast forward a few months to today... my client called - they said the same thing as last time, They only have 1 tech and they can do it Monday or pay $281.25 for after hours snake service. My client calls me again to tell me they can't do it until Monday. So I call them again to explain the situation to see if there is anyway they can get him in today. No luck this time. She said he could pay for after hours or wait until Monday. I told her that he called at 9am and that Roto-Rooter advertises same day service. She said that we could get it but we would have to pay after hours prices. I asked who else in town performs the service since I am not exactly the handyman type person - Now feeling desperate to help my client, I asked to speak to the Manager. She said she is the manager. I asked for her name. She said Tasha Odom. I asked if she was the owner and she said yes. I asked if she was the sole owner and she said no. I asked who the other owner was, and she said that I had to ask in writing. And then hung up.
I don't know who else in town will snake toilets but really disappointed in the ownership at this franchise and feel like their customer service is MUD to the Roto-Rooter name.

It was -10 degrees this morning and my homes 3rd day without the boiler fixed. This company has done a terrible job in both service and accepting responsibility for negligence. After getting the boiler temporarily working 2 nights ago while parts were ordered to install the the following day, the plumber Bruce left the cover off the boiler after starting the boiler up.
When I went out to check on the space heater in that area, I noticed the cover off and thought, huh he left the cover off? Well he's the professional so I guess it's fine. I should have followed my instinct but thought that him being the professional must have known it was fine. Now that I reflect, he should have known better to leave the safety cover off operating machine. About 30 minutes after he left a pipe burst in the boiler room completely soaking the unprotected boiler.
I talked to the receptionist and asked her to consider crediting the parts that need replaced due to water damage and that time while I paid the pipe repairs and original boiler repairs. She said she thought that was reasonable and would talk to the owner and Bruce in the morning.
In the morning I got a call from the Receptionist, Cindy, stating that the owner said that everything must be paid in full and that Bruce was not responsible for the water damage to the uncovered boiler. She insitsted on payment right away for services. I requested the invoice first before I give my card over the phone. I didn't feel comfortable paying the bill without considering legal council.
A few hours ago, I received another call from Cindy saying that the owner said that until the bill was paid in full, they were not going to come out today and fix it. I asked why they would hold my heat hostage and pay for services that haven't even happened yet? She said they had the part I needed and wouldn't install it until I paid.
Again it is below zero, we have been relying on wood stove and electric space heaters. We haven't slept more than 2.5 hours at a time at night to ensure that house was heated.
This is a moral issue that this business wouldn't accept accountability for an issue that could have easily been resolved.
I have a new company coming out today and should have heat tonight. Wish I would have went with them to start with. And it turns out the part that K&L said cost $640.00, actually costs $380.00

WARNING!!!!!
When I moved to Lititz I hired Wagner. The worst HVAC company I have ever hired. He installed an inadequate mickey mouse humidifier. Then couldn't or wouldn't service it. Then he stopped answering my calls for any service. Why risk business with a non-professional. He's someone with no guts. No guts to confront his problems with the customer. WARNING!!!
