We have been providing plumbing and heating services in Anchorage and the outlying areas, including Girdwood, Eagle River, and Chugiak since 1998.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

I began working in the plumbing industry at the age of 20 with the intention of owning my own business. In the summer of 1998, my wife, September and I decided it was time to take the leap of faith. Nineteen years later we have built a business we are very proud of and look forward to many more years of serving our customers.

Meet our Lead Service Technician and Office Manager:

Jeff Komisar - I have been with Cassidy's Plumbing & Heating for 16 years and have over 20 years experience in the plumbing and heating trade.

Loogpla Cowden - I started working with Cassidy's Plumbing & Heating in September 2016. Prior to being here, I have a back ground in personal and professional development, and educational trade. I also have 25 years experience in Customer Service.

A year and a half ago during our kitchen remodel, our contractor brought in Jeff from Cassidy's. Jeff was awesome! He went above and beyond, and he called to let us know when he was running late. Based on that experience, my husband contacted Cassidy's for a bathroom plumbing issue last week.

Unfortunately, Jeff was not available so Justin was sent. He spent a couple hours and did part of the job and left at 5:00 saying he would be back the next day. At this point, we had two bathrooms torn apart for the project. Justin didn't show on Tuesday, so my husband called him. Justin said he got tied up and that he would come Wednesday morning. On Wed. afternoon my husband called the office and was told that Justin was loading our materials and would be right over. No show. Thursday, again no show. On Friday my husband called and also texted Justin -- no response, no show. Today, Monday (a week later), my husband called the office to notify the office manager that we would find another contractor. She asked for patience and said Justin would arrive between 2 and 4 today. No show (no surprise by now).
Do yourself a favor and find a plumbing company that keeps their promises and follows through.
