HISTORY

Established in 2011.
Originally established in 1998, SJ Plumbing is a family owned and operated company. The current owner is a second generation plumber that has touched all aspects of plumbing at an early age. The company was re-established after the passing of his father in 2011. Since then he has been honoring his memory by servicing the residences, restaurants, schools and other private facilities in Orange County and neighboring cities.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

John was born and raised in Orange County where he picked up his first wrench. Plumbing has been his passion since he was a teenager and can recall the days when his dad would ask him if he wanted to help tighten the bolts or shut off the water valve to start a new home improvemnet project. Which meant it was time to dig or go through the walls. This is where he found his specialty in repiping. John is a second  generation plumber who re-established the business in 2011 after his father got diagnosed with an incurable illness and lost his battle to cancer. There isn't a plumbing service he can't do. He and his team, family are all well trained and more than knowledgeable to get the job done.

We had an issue where the shower faucet was leaking hot water even when turned off. John was extremely fast in responding to my request. I confirmed with John, at 10:30AM to have his guys come, and they arrived extremely quick at ~12PM the SAME DAY. I am extremely grateful they were able to accommodate me as I thought I'd be waiting at least a few days (similar to other companies I requested quotes from) or would have to pay some type of emergency service fee.

Dylan and his colleague (forgot to ask for his name) were sent over for the repair and they were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and clean with their work. They also offered recommendations on possible repairs that may be needed in the future, but were honest in saying that it is something that wouldn't be needed for some time still.

Definitely choosing SJ again in the future if I'm in need of plumbing services.

I called SJ Plumbing for a water heater replacement because there was a leak in the copper pipe. Tim & Dylan came out and changed the old valves to newer ones + replaced the water heater and pan. They were knowledgeable and provided great customer service!

I called SJ Plumbing again for a sink that needed a p trap and Dylan came to provide his exceptional services. He gave me his opinion, and with my approval, he cut the back of the drawer so that the sink drain wouldn't be bothered. Every step of the way, he asked that I come check: the cut of the drawer, the drain, and finally, to confirm that everything was finished. He was so nice and professional- thank you Dylan!

They had Sal come out to find & fix a leak that was causing a headache.
Sal was quick to find the leak and to come up with a solution. Sal was very explanatory to what each step was happening and what was to come next, he answered all and any questions i had. He took the time to make sure I was happy. Thank you SJ & Sal! We'll definitely refer.

Dylan N came over to take care of a leaking shower. Required a drywall cut that he handled carefully so that the drywall pieces could be laid back again. He soldered a water line and connected the T and got a new shower arm and shower head working perfectly. A+

We sometimes have drain issues and called S&J. Their response time was outstanding. We setup a day to have my drains checked but somehow they cleared the next day. I cancelled the appointment until I have an issue again. This review was for their A+ customer service. I'll definitely call them the next time I have a plumbing problem.

John was quick to answer my call and was able to assist my emergency. I accidentally cut a pipe that still have a water source that I thought was no longer there. I freaked out and call SJ Plumbing and John answer immediately and gave me an assessment over the phone with the pictures I sent him. He came within 30 minutes and fixed my mess and made it look even better.  His price is very reasonable and not over priced like other plumbing company. I was quoted 2-3 times more than what John quoted me. John and his business is very honest and professional. I am a businessman myself and  I have never got such great, honest, professional service from anyone and anywhere. Other plumber would have taken advantage of my emergency situation but John did not. John is a person with integrity and honest about the work he provides. We also got to talk a little in general and I can tell he is a really nice and honest guy that lives by the golden rule. John and SJ Plumbing will be my go to for all plumbing needs for life. I will definitely recommend John and his business to all my friends and family because I know he will take good care of them like he did with me. I will never recommend anyone or any business unless I know they are nice, honest and trustworthy. I had an emergency issue where one my pipes had bursts in the attic, so we needed to get help quick before the damage got to bad.  I reached out after hours and they replied right away and was at my house early the next day.  Dylan was extremely helpful, found and fixed the issue right away, and was able to let me know about any of the water damage that had happened and which areas were affected.  I'm glad he was able to come so quickly before any of the damage got to bad.  Definitely a great service!

We initially contacted a different plumber to diagnose our system because the water pressure gauge by our tankless water heater was displaying a PSI higher than safe levels. The plumber attached his water PSI gauge to our hose spigot but received no reading. Apparently, his gauge was broken, and he even admitted it. However, he still recommended we replace our pressure regulator valve at a quote of $930, even without a functioning water PSI gauge! I told him I'd shop around.

I contacted SJ Plumbing and John, the owner, was polite and responded quickly. David came to our home and had a working water PSI gauge which he attached to our hose spigot. The reading was 60 PSI, which is considered normal, so it was actually the water PSI gauge by the water heater that was faulty. The pressure regulator valve was functioning properly, and they recommended no replacement, so we ended up saving hundreds of dollars. We'll be contacting SJ Plumbing in the future because they are honest and professional.

Daniel and Ernesto did a great job in repairing our bathroom leak. They had to fix what previous damage was done by a previous company and also explained in detail everything that was repaired which was greatly appreciated!

I highly recommend SJ Plumbing for all your plumbing needs! My only regret was not finding them sooner. Unfortunately, we had to go through a few plumber consultations to find the right one. Don't waste your time with the free consultations offered by a lot of other highly rated companies, trust me!

I sent a Yelp request and spoke to John who was very honest and knowledgeable. He explained things very well in layman's terms, and offered a very fair price. We got a sewage cleanout installed with a 2 year warranty and hydrojet included. Our technicians were Bruce and Tim, who did a thorough job and updated us throughout the day of their work and progress. They were so quick, I didn't even get a chance to buy them lunch or drinks so I tipped them at the end of the day. It was a 5-6 hour installation. John came by the next day to do quality check and sent us a video with a voice walkthrough to show our plumbing line was clear - it was pretty cool! Please check them out and give them a call.

I first had an encounter with SJ plumbing two years ago. During escrow Tim came over to do a plumbing assessment for me and was able to provide honest feedback on the condition of the plumbing system. Two years later today, the original 15y/o water heater tank finally gave up. I was able to get a hold of John and he sent over Tim and Ernesto. They did an amazing job taking out and installing the new system. They laid out tarp and made sure to clean up after they were done. As much as I like working with them, I do hope I won't need them any time soon. But if Ido, I will definitely give SJ Plumbing a call for all of my plumbing needs.

Ernesto and Tim came out to repair a water leak that was within my slab. They ended up rerouting our water line through the attic. We had several companies come out but we were really impressed with their professionalism, friendliness and knowledge. They got started right away and were able to complete the job within the day.

While repairing the leak they came across many barriers caused by another big name plumbing company. They quickly fixed those issues. They also were respectful of our property. They did not just take a hammer to our dry wall unlike the other company. Instead they used a leveler and special device to cut through the dry wall. When the job was done, they made sure to clean up any debris.

I highly recommend SJ and will be using them in the future.

I had a clogged sewer drain, called John very responsive came quickly even thought we were having bad weather. Actually advised us against a more expensive procedure because it wasn't necessary.  Cleared the pipe! Easy to pay through text or cash. For the record, I only write reviews when I am severely disappointed or extremely satisfied. Thankfully this review is the latter. I needed a gas valve replaced ASAP and SJ PLUMBING was able to send a technician out the same day (Friday afternoon).  Tim Torrez showed up right on schedule and was able to quickly perform the work. Not only was the work done professionally, Tim was polite, efficient and even gave me a solid quote for a water heater replacement. I highly recommend SJ PLUMBING.

My out-of-date shower handle finally broke, so I had to replace the old trim and valve. SJ Plumbing was very communicative from the beginning. I really appreciated the ease of setting up the appointment. Their price for the work was very reasonable. Some of the other plumbers that came over to look at the job made the job sound much more complex than it had to be. Daniel (I believe that was the name of the plumber who did the work) did an excellent job. He managed to maintain the same size hole to do the work, so I wouldn't have to get the huge oval wall kit to cover a potentially large hole. The job took much less time than anticipated. I will definitely use SJ Plumbing again for any future plumbing issues.

Tim and Ernesto far exceeded my expectations when adding a valve and reconfiguring the gas line for our wall oven and cooktop.

It was clear Tim takes pride in doing a job well--not just settling with the minimum.

I had a shower that didn't distribute any hot water whereas the other shower did, along with all sink faucets. Prior to calling SJ Plumbing the cartridge was replaced but that wasn't the issue and there was also a slow leak.

John was very responsive the entire time and Tim fixed both the leak and the hot water issue by replacing the valve and did it in record time.

Bookmarked SJ Plumbing in case I ever run into any plumbing issues in the future!

I called on SJ Plumbing to fix a botched shower renovation where general contractors were not able to resolve the issue where only hot water comes out.

Daniel and Ernesto came on time and finished on time. They did a great job of communicating what was wrong with our shower and I like how the estimate that gave me is the one I had to pay at the end with no extra fees.

Our pipes leaked and John came out to give us an estimate. We decided to go with him to fix our plumbing issue. However, he never came to start the project when it was him who did all the inspections to figure out what the issue was. He sent out his workers to do the job. Grateful that it's fixed but the process was stressful. The guys were messy and I was left cleaning two whole days straight to dust things off and clean white participles from everywhere. We had to ask them when they returned to cover more areas of the floor. Sadly, I just wasn't impressed with the professionalism as we were left with a bunch of dents on our wood floor and a hefty bill to fix the holes they left behind from the work. Anyways, thankful they fixed our leak but the whole process was stressful and the after process left us with more work and money to get the walls and ceilings patched up after. In the end, we didn't feel like we got much of a deal since the cost of the repairs on the walls and ceiling was more than getting the plumbing fixed. Also, if you have an
Older home make sure they do a asbestos tests before they start hacking the ceiling walls. They do not do it and we learned the hard way after the walls were cut!

I am not surprised with the 5 star rating John has on here. He does an OUTSTANDING job. He spots problems before they could get bug and rectifies them. He uses quality material . His crew is quick and efficient.  I had a quote from number of other plumbers before going with john. His price was reasonable and combine that with quality of service and cleanliness , you have an outstanding deal .

In the last year we have gone through 3 different plumbers who either took advantage of our lack of knowledge by recommending unnecessary services or just doing a bad job. I'm glad to say we think we've finally found a reliable plumber!

We had a minor leak under our kitchen sink. Our contractor, who is currently doing some work on our kitchen, wanted us to get this fixed before he would continue. I reached out to SJ Plumbing on Thursday and they were able to schedule us in the next day. Before they came, I asked if they could also help us reconnect our dishwasher. They agreed to help us with that as well. When  the work was finished, we paid. However, a couple hours later they called us letting us know they overcharged us and came back to return our check for one for the correct amount. Like, what?! We were shocked at their honesty and quick response to resolving this. When they arrive, I let them know that the dishwasher was still giving us problems. They said that they would be back on Monday to diagnose the problem without hesitation. While this may seem like the obvious response, we have unfortunately been in similar situations where the plumbers blamed us for creating a new problem.

Overall our experience with SJ plumbing was so positive. We will be reaching out to them for all our plumbing from now on and will be recommending them to our friends!

Daniel and Ernesto came to my house to install new toilet. 04.02.22 Both polite, professional and did a great job. Cleaned up after their work, took my old toilet. As the Home Depot was so close to their shop they even picked it up for me! Wow great customer service. I'm looking for a new plumber for my home for upcoming bath Reno. John and the SJ team provided superb customer service.  Water was leaking out of the side of my house, I thought it was a leaking sewer line. Ryan and Sal were onsite next day for a camera inspection and determined no leak in the sewer line, so John came out personally and determined there was a water line leak somewhere in the house. Tim and Dylan came over the next day and did a very thorough leak inspection and found the leak was in the hot water line under the concrete slab in my family room. I feared we might need to jackhammer the floor, but Tim provided 3 good alternative options, and I chose the least invasive. Tim expertly made the repair without the need for any damage to my floors or foundation. The SJ team was prompt and provided great communication. I would highly recommend.

The apoointment was made very fast and we were only charged for the amount notified over the phone. Our plumber Daniel Lawrence was very professional and friendly. Arrived on time, finished very quickly, cleaned up everything like nothing happened. It was a very tough job but he still left with a smile on his face. More than satisfied with the service. Definitely recommended!

Tim and Ernesto were super helpful and professional. We called them to remove and replace a commercial water heater.
I also wanted to thank the lady who answered the phone. When I called them this morning, she was very responsive and would call me back within 5 min while we arranged someone to come out. We called at 10:30am, they showed up within the hour.  They were both communicative and approachable and finished the job efficiently which was great and we weren't stuck without water for too long. Definitely recommend them, and we will continue to keep them in mind if we have another problem.

John fixed an outdoor faucet for us.  Quote was very reasonable. They were prompt on arrival and completed the job as expected.  Appreciated they cleaned up afterwards.  He also had to do extra work that was not in quote and he didn't add any additional cost. Will definitely use SJ again.

There are so many contractors that specialize in plumbing, but we chose SJ Plumbing. After looking at a handful of other contractors, John and SJ plumbing was the only one who is able to complete the work while leaving the bathroom intact.

They were professional and they wore masks the entire time of the work. They brought tarp and plastic cover for our floor and kitchen counters.

I would recommend John to anyone who needs plumbing service! He is straightforward and honest. Didn't try to upsell us on unnecessary work. He explained the scope of the work throughly and make sure we were happy with it. Thank you John and the crew for all the hard work!!!

Quite disappointed.

In need of service and their website states they are available 365 24 hours, but when I called about 9pm tonight; I got a voicemail that said their mailbox was full.

Update: I'm raising my review, reluctantly, by 1 star because I see the owner posted an apology last night and had asked if he could call me then; however, I didn't see it and had already found another.

The reluctant part? He calls this morning, I say I had already found another and he brings up my review saying it's been a crazy week.

Now, crazy week... ok. I understand... to a point.
But, at the end of the week and your business line voicemail is full to the point of being unable to leave a message as you advertise being available 365 24 hours?

We have availability to meet your requirements.

Um, no you didn't. So, don't test my patience by trying to give me excuses to change or delete my review. Which is when I hung up on him.

I guess he didn't take the hint because he, immediately, called back! So, I blocked him.

What a pleasure meeting John from SJ Plumbing. His response time when I placed my initial call was within 1 hour. We spoke briefly on the phone and I pretty much gave him the details of my Plumbing issues. He immediately placed me on a next day appointment. He was exactly on time! I greeted him,and then my husband stayed for his diagnosis.
I am pleased with his reliability,honesty,and most importantly, his Affordable Prices!!!
I have met my new long term plumber. No more getting the local plumbers,TV commercial plumber,or Angie's Lists plumber.  John is a professional and knows how to fix your issues. No sales pitch, no long term signing up for maintenance agreements, or on the spot decision making.
He diagnosed the issue,gave me a YouTube video and I made the choice to move forward with the project. He is again Beyond Reasonable!! He came highly recommended buy my  City I live in,here in Orange County. In my 22 years in my home,this was my 1st time finally getting feedback with pictures,video,and a true diagnosis of my plumbing issues. My old toilet began leaking between the tank and bowl so I called SJ since they're local.  After finding out that the parts were special order since the toilet was discontinued, I decided to purchase a new toilet and have SJ install it.  John kept me posted with the schedule and Daniel was polite and efficient.  The best part is that he hauled away the old toilet and the box the new one came in.

I called four companies to come out on short notices to fix my drian issue. SJ was the first to come out for consultation. John was extremely responsive and helped me with all my questions. He even got a crew out last minute when they were completely booked..I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is having any plumbing issues. SJ plumbing was highly recommended  and they did not disappoint.  
They did the following:
1. Repipe entire house
2. Replace drain line
3. Installed gas line for stove (previous was eletric)
4. Changed and moved gas line for fireplace
5. Install toilets and shower heads
6. Install tankless water heater
7. Install shower tub

Throughout the process, I worked with John and many of his employees.  Everyone was very professional and polite.  Every time I had a question, someone always took the time to answer and explain everything thoroughly.  Every person I spoke to was very honest about the recommendations. They worked effectively and efficiently. They really went above and beyond.

I was very satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs services done by a plumber. They won't disappoint!

I reached out to John S. at SJ Plumbing via Yelp chat after reading several reviews and conducting some due diligence. We had experienced plumbing problems for some time and had become frustrated with continual leaks from two separate bathrooms causing damage to two ceilings as a result. We spoke by phone and he did his best to assess the problem(s) and a meeting was scheduled.

On the day of the appointment, two representatives arrived at my house in Redondo Beach with both feet covers and Covid masks. Tim T. quickly assessed the situation, drew from his knowledge bank of solution subsets and executed a perfect landing. He determined that new valve stems were needed in the upstairs as water was seeping back behind the wall. He reviewed a half bathroom where we had once filed an insurance claim for a faulty toilet line and recommended a newer model when the time was right.

Next, was the larger issue, the second bathroom which has a tub/shower unit. After turning off the main water supply valve, Tim T. determined that one of the three stems was cracked and essentially irreparable. He suggested a single handle unit - but clearly noted the repair with parts would be about $850 and could not be completed that day. He sealed off the pipes in the bathroom and we made arrangements for his return.

Shortly thereafter, I spoke with John S. by phone. He called to provide an update and to determine how the team did. We reviewed the costs and I understood what the project would entail. The initial quote contained a single handle and shower head, but I wanted to include a matching water spout, overflow drain cover and water stop - in brushed nickel. In the meantime, Tim sent me text photos of prior jobs to gauge my interest and to align my expectations.

Tim T. arrived about a week later with the same garb and required tools. He promptly arrived at the scheduled time and the job was complete in about 2 hours. It looks amazing. He advised that the grout be repaired separately as that may be an ancillary reason for water seepage.

Plumbing can be arduous at times, but you can tell they love their work. It's rare but rewarding to find people these days that have found their true purpose/calling in life. Some people succeed by what they know, some by what they do, and few by what they are. It's clear that both John S. and Tim T. have succeeded as Plumbing Specialists at all three.

I am thankful to have met them. Mainly, their knowledge, service and honesty to see a job through to its conclusion. It's admirable. I now find myself added to a long list of satisfied five-star clientele. So, enough with the accolades - make this your first and last stop. You will not be disappointed.

These guys are legit.  Tim lead the crew with Bruce and Earnesto in tow.  Good guys that do really good and thorough work.  Knew about how old houses were piped.  Got my drain cleared through a vent pipe on the roof since we had no clean out.  They were safe and courteous.  Camera'd the sewer line and found no major issues to make me need to do further work.  Cleared the clog in the drains while providing me some comedy.  I'll hire them again.

I had a bad experience with SJ plumbing. Ismail came to provide free quote for clean out installation but asked me to pay for the camera inspection he did even though I already told him I did that.  I refused because it was supposed to be free quote. He accepted the error. He provided quote for $3500 and I told him that his quote was on the high side so he knocked off to $2500 in few seconds just like that. He left and came back after few mins to tell me that he is willing to do the job for $2000.

Although the quote of $2000 was something I would have gone with, he lost my trust with providing high quote at the beginning.

My recommendation is to do your research before you get a quote with this company..

Great service, quick, wore a uniform, polite and very professional. A little confusion with different times stated for their arrival but timing was resolved fairly easy. Most important was the efficiency and both jobs done well, and they could be here in a few days. We got a new spigot for leaky outdoor hose, and fixed a leak when we had turned the water off outside and it cracked. We'd use their service again.

You will not find a better Plumbing contractor than SJ Plumbing. I was looking for a contractor to repipe our entire house and received bids from multiple contractors. We are extremely particular about who we invite to our house and let alone do work on our house.

John from SJ Plumbing is HONEST, RESPECTFUL, RESPONSIBLE and does amazing. He has great integrity and is overall just a stand up guy. He repiped our entire house and I am very happy with the work. I called SJ plumbing on Thursday around noon. I explained everything that was going on in less than a minute and a half. I asked is this something he can help me with? The person that answered the phone said you know I am holding something really heavy can I call you back in 10 minutes? I said sure. Do you have my number? he said yes of course. I never heard from him again. First off you shouldn't answer the phone if you're holding something heavy and can't help (even though you did long enough to hear my entire problem), second if you can't help with a job after I explain it to you just say no I can't help so I can move onto the next plumber, I waited a little over an hour for a return call. Then I called another company who came out same day. Not a great sign if you can't even return a call.

Tim and Ernesto did a bang-up job fixing a pipe leak in our wall.  They were already in the area, so were able to service our property same day.

Tim very quickly identified where the pinhole leak was located, opened the wall, and had a new section of copper installed within 30 minutes.  Very pro solder job (unlike the original installation, which is a mess).

Good communication, clean, and worked quickly.  Very reasonable fee.  Definitely recommend and will use them again!

SJ Plumbing was a godsend. John repaired a botched job I had done by a handyman. The kludge of a job done by the handyman resulted in a leak that rendered our shower unusable while I tried to get the handyman to come back to do it right. He dodged me for days, so I ended up using the Yelp system to request quotes from a few plumbers. John responded quickly and after looking at the photos gave me a verbal quote to replace the whole botched mess. He was there the next day, and despite needing over two hours to fix it, held true to his phone quote.

Take a look at the before and after photos to see the dramatic quality difference in work done. You don't always get to see the work professionals do, but in this case, the pipes behind the wall had to be exposed. Even a layman can see the difference in quality.

Save yourself from having to call the right plumber the second time, and simply call John to do the job right. He appreciates the business and I'm a happy customer to be able to rate his service an enthusiastic five stars.

I needed a leak fixed ASAP. After calling 5 or 6 plumbers, this company was the only one that had the availability to come out to me right away. Bruce and Ernesto were sent out and they found the leak fairly quickly, demoed the area, fixed the pipe, and put everything back together in under 3 hours. This is my short sweet and happy review: I called at 12:30 and spoke with John. He sent out Tim and Ernesto by 3 p.m. (2 guys for a service call is much faster and more efficient for me) Everything was done and fixed by 4 pm.

I guess it was a good thing that my usual handyman/plumber didnt respond, so I randomly found this company, SJ Plumbing, and gave them a try.

I will likely be calling this company again for my other needs as well because I manage a few commercial properties. The price was reasonable, but the service was great. And perhaps the best part is the response time from start to finish. If it was an emergency, (which it was NOT) I could not expect anyone to be faster.

Had SJ Plumbing come out for a consultation to fix a shower leak.  I was advised that I would need to change my 3 shower handle valve water system into a single lever shower valve to be estimated to be around an $800 job.  This would entail removing drywall and repiping.  Seemed a little much to fix a shower leak, so I consulted with another plumber. They only needed to replace the 3 existing shower valves because they were worn and the leak was fixed, which was way less costly.

I had initially reached out to SJ Plumbing due to all the good reviews.  I tried emailing SJ Plumbing about the consultation but never received a response, which is why I had another plumber come out.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience and out my consultation fee.

Long over due review.

My husband and I bought our house in 2017 and we needed to repipe the entire house. We shopped around and found SJ Plumbing who quoted us a reasonable price and time frame when others quoted us triple the price and double the time frame. We were so happy with our results that we even used him to install our shower and faucets.

Fast forward to a couple of months later we noticed our ceiling leaking and contacted John thinking it had to do something with the new pipes. He came out and inspected the area, and as it turned out, it had nothing to do with the new pipes but just an ongoing issue from the previous owners. He fixed the issue free of charge! I mean who does that? Talk about great customer service.

I highly recommend SJ plumbing, we will be using them again.

Wow, is the only word I could think if after the job was complete. I moved into a new, 2,400sqft 2 story house built in 1982. All the copper pipes were in my foundation. After multiple estimates and assessments, i was told these pipes would eventually burst.

John from SJ Plumbing told me exactly how he would repipe my entire house while killing all the pipes in my foundation that could cause my new home catastrophic damage in the near future. I had a very good understanding of what was going to be done and how long it would take.

When the day came to begin work, wow... when others quoted me 3-7 days to complete the work, SJ Plumbing brought what seemed to be around 20 workers who got the repiping done in 6 hours! There was even an extra person who covered all our valuables before the work began and cleaned up like they were never there after.

Now I can rest easy that I will never have any major plumbing issues. On top of the repiping, SJ Plumbing also installed all new shower heads, handles, and also changed the faucets in the bathrooms and kitchen. I highly recommend them. I guarantee there will not be anyone else who can do this kind of job in 1 day.

Finally, the price for the total job was much lower than the 3 other quotes I received and no one else was able to complete the entire job in 1 day. I highly recommend them if you want high quality work done at a very fair price. I will use them again if I need any plumbing completed in my house. A couple of my neighbors saw the work being done and will be using SJ Plumbing in the near future since all the homes in my tract have the same plumbing issues.

I had another plumber come by to fix the plumbing problem at my house, he worked on it and eventually recommended I have a clean out installed and quoted me somewhere around $4500. I called John to get an estimate for a clean out and discussed what the prior plumber recommended. John recommended he try to unclog it first before installing a clean out. So they did and clog gone!! Apparently the previous plumber didnt do a good enough job at removing the clog (wet wipes). Needless to say I saved a bunch of $$! Thank you for your honesty John!

Our water heater feeding the garage stopped working. SJ Plumbing was the 8th plumber I had come to diagnose the problem. Each time I was told I there was something catastrophically wrong and would need complete re-piping of the house, new water heater, etc. I knew those couldn't be the problem because the piping is fairly new and the water heater was under 6 years old.  They took one look at it and said the pilot was out and had to be relit. In 15 minutes my problem was fixed and the hot water was back on. I think I found my new go-to plumbers!

Hired SJ Plumbing to perform a re-pipe with PEX on our house after a slab leak. They provided an estimate in line with other estimates I received but added some extra items that they replaced included in the estimate. Our kitchen sink was totally clogged, we couldn't find anything in the drain or garbage disposal. Plunging didn't work, snaking didn't work. Even though we are in the middle of a covid-19 stay-at-home order, I needed a kitchen sink so had to call in a plumber. I messaged them through Yelp in the evening, they messaged right back and were at our house the next morning to fix our drain.  They fixed it ASAP.  $95 done...same price as the quote. Thank you!

John and his crew are awesome professionals!

We had him come in to do a repipe and installation of a water softener and he gave us a very good and fair price. They came in at 9am and was done at 2pm for the repipe and softener install. They were very respectful of our property, making sure they covered everything with plastic and left the place clean.

We are amazed at how good our water pressure is now inside the house! We hope to never have to need him again, but if we have plumbing needs, we will be sure to give him a call!

TLDR: John is awesome, would highly recommend. Have dealt with a lot of plumbers in my life as a former Motel owner. Cant say enough how impressed i was with John's knowledge, customer service, and price.

Recently moved into my new home. My main line was blocked a week ago and had called a plumber to unblock it. They ran a snake and everything seemed to be working fine only to have it block again on a Friday evening. Needed someone urgently and called John on a Saturday morning. He came through within a couple of hours. I was initially very worried about a significant problem that might result in large costs since this shouldn't happen so frequently.  John was awesome, he informed me what he thought might be the issue and also made a point to involve me so that i could better under stand my new homes plumbing. He ran a camera to find the problem, then unblocked, and ran a camera again to look for any long term issues.  We have a  couple of trees around our main line and we were concerned that we might have significant root intrusion. After closer inspection John found that our lines were fine, and really eased my anxiety. Ultimately the previous plumbers must not have done a great job. Wish i had saved some money and called John first.

I can say with certainty that i would use John again. Have dealt with a lot of contractors trying to be secretive about the cause of problems and trying to sell me things i didnt need. On the contrary - John was extremely transparent. Wanted me to see everything, and extremely knowledable as a second generation plumber.

10/10 Would highly recommend his company  to anyone.

There's always been plumbing problems since I've lived at my house. Problems with the toilet backing up, the sinks clogging and the laundry room washer leaking. I've called 2 other plumbing services these last few months and spent quite a bit of money and the issues never were resolved. Very frustrating! Finally, I was referred to by a friend to these guys and they came and they were able to find the source of all the clogging. They charged me a very reasonable amount. It's been over a month now and everything is great with no issues. They even had the courtesy to call me and check in to make sure everything was still working with no issues. This is the second time I use them since last time I had a leaking, Tim came the next day and found the problem and fixed it in a very short time.  He is very knowledgeable and nice to work with!  Now I have another leak in another property and Tim came the next day.  He spent an hour and came back again today with the owner John.  They tried and finally told us to call restoration since we have a bigger problem that they could not handle.  They are nice, honest and good plumbers to work with!

SJ Plumbing is legit! If you want an honest plumber that is straight up, reasonable and does amazing work... look no further. I had a few plumbing issues typical leaks or garbage disposal problems, but most importantly a sewage ejector problem. Not many know what a sewage or waste ejector is, since it's not common for most households. It's usually homes lower than the streets main sewage line.
I had called a few plumbers and they were NOT too familiar with it. And some even tried to charge me to replace my pumps but SJ plumbing figured out it was my valves and not pumps. That only alone saved me a thousand dollars, and he was even able figure out specifically which valve was bad.
I could write an entire page of the other things SJ has fixed like my drainage problems, main line, water lines inside the house. If you a stand up and honest plumber call SJ, you won't regret it.

I can't say enough about John and his work ethic.  I'm a realtor and I have been using him for the last 5 years.  He's dependable and reliable.  Once, I was at a friend's home and ran into John working on my friend's place and I was surprised, because I wasn't the one who referred him.  He has a great reputation in OC as the plumber to go to.  Only thing is, he's so in demand and so busy, I wish there was 5 of him. I had a slab leak from a hot water pipe so I immediately went on Yelp to find local plumbers.  After receiving several quotes, I went with SJ Plumbing because the owner, John, was very knowledgeable and his prices can't be beat by the competitors!  He came the very next day, found the leaking pipe with a high tech electronic leak detector and re-routed the line within a few hours.  Great service and quality of work!  I highly recommend SJ Plumbing.

SJ Plumbing did a ton of work at my house. Repiped my old galvanized to Pex, installed a tankless water heater with recirculating pump, hooked up water softening system, and lastly 6 stage drinking water system. It is so amazing! SJ Plumbing came and replaced out water heater (five days before Christmas, no less) in what I believe to be an hour or less. Tim and Ernesto even texted ahead on the appointed morning to let us know they were on their way, just as they had alerted us on the date of the initial assessment. While I was impressed with their courtesy and professionalism at that time, they really went beyond that, taking pains to clean up as they worked and explain everything to me afterwards. Other than the new unit and, of course, the glorious hot water (happy, happy, happy!), it doesn't even look like they were ever here. It was all so quick. And, speaking of going beyond, I want to also mention that, at the time of the assessment, Tim somehow had managed to coax the pilot of our elderly unit out of its coma. No more rude awakenings for us in the shower until SJ Plumbing could come back out for the install! Would highly recommend!

I encountered some plumbing issues as I was trying to fix some other issues in my guest bathroom. There was a leak and because the stem was broken I was unable to turn off the water. Drains at my restaurant started to back up so I called my regular plumber but he couldn't get then unclogged. I randomly searched for another plumber and so glad that I stumbled upopn John from SJ Plumbing. Turns out that the main sewer pipe of my restaurant was broken and needed to be replaced. This required digging 9 feet down outside the parking lot to expose the pipe in order to replace it. John and his team worked tirelessly over the weekend to get my business back to normal operations.
During the entire process he kept me updated and ensured that there was minumal interruption or disturbance to my business.

He moved the dishwasher air gap for us (we just renovated our kitchen and the GC had insisted it couldn't be installed where I needed it), fixed up the filtered water line to the fridge, and replaced our old water heater all in amazing time!

I highly recommend sj plumbing for all your plumbing needs. I had a wierd pipe hissing sound coming from bathroom and downstairs so I called SJ plumbing and i got a response immediately! They came out the same day and Tim right away spotted a pinhole leak from downstairs pipe and fixed it on the spot. He was in and out within less than 2 hours. I like how Tim was straight forward and not try to escalate the problem. Will be calling again next time for future needs.

His pricing was better than anyone else I found and he didn't try any questionable up-sell tactics for unneeded work. Had a slab leak and went looking on Yelp for a local plumber and found SJ Plumbing.

WOW!!! Fastest response, most reasonable quote I got and just exceptional professionalism! Look no further,SJ plumbing does not disappoint. We live in an older home that could not accommodate our new stove. We needed our gas line pushed back so it could fit in our kitchen. He thought of every possible option to get the job done the best way possible and we couldn't be more grateful! Wow, this guy is good.  

I had a clogged kitchen sink drain.  I tried Drano and a sink plunger which didn't work so I looked up some videos and took apart the pipes to try to clear it myself, but it turned out the clog was deeper into the walls and couldn't be reached without better tools.  I was panicking.  I came to Yelp and requested a quote from several businesses, to which I received about six replies, each of them saying something to the effect of let's set up an appointment since we can't give an estimate until we come see the problem or you probably want a hydro-jet to really clear the debris.  I hate it when I get these types of replies.  I understand a problem may have larger underlying issues that may complicate things, but at this point all I'm looking for is a very rough estimate.  So I was going through the list of all the local plumbers, and found SJ Plumbing.  In addition to the glowing reviews from others, reading the About the Business section compelled me to give them a call.  

John quoted a rough estimate, just like I wanted, without trying to sell me services I may not even need, and said he can probably squeeze me in the same day.  He showed up about an hour later, checked out the clog, and cleared it in no more than 15 mins, and even took the time to educate me on how to prevent and clear future clogs.  When I tried to pay him his quoted amount, he refused and lowered the bill, saying the job was relatively simple and it wouldn't be right to accept the full quoted amount.  That is mind-blowing to me.  This guy is so honest and thoughtful of his customers, it felt like it was a family member or an old friend helping out.

John is a great person and a great plumber.

We remodeled our Kitchen and need to have new plumbing lines installed under our concrete slab.  John's work was remarkable. The concrete was cut clean and the trench done precisely as needed. A new vent pipe was required as well, and John was able to run it up thru our second floor with minimal drywall repair.

He also rerouted our gas line and professionally installed our new kitchen appliances.  

We could not be happier with John and crew.  He has my highest recommendation.

I love working with this company they are 100% professional, the communication was wonderful they text me to let me know when they were coming out and how far they were from my home and when they arrived at the house.  Once I answered the door the Gentleman name Bruce identified himself with the company and handed me a business card to show who he worked for SJ Plumbing.  Bruce, ask where the problem was I took him to my kitchen he payed out plastic under the sink and on the floor to make sure there was no mess.  Bruce, asked where the main was located which I showed him and he cleaned that out also SJ Plumbing was not at my home longer he was in and out and he cleaned up what ever mess there was and then he was on his way to another job.  The fee was very reasonable comparing it to my other plumbers that I have asked to fix the same thing.  I will always use SJ Plumbing for my house hold plumbing.

We had a slab leak. And I actually got several quote. Big company and small companies. And everybody was telling me different ways to repair with saying that there MIGHT be more change order they have to see. Which makes sense. But when John came he didn't say anything what others was telling me since he know what is going on under the slab. So he brought 3 extra guys and he knocked down before 2pm. I was extremely surprised and that one day of repair made our family back to normal life :) I EXTREMELY RECOMMEND S.J PLUMBING!! And the price was very little bit more than lowest quote but way less than middle range from the other quote I've got.

Originally, I selected SJ Plumbing for a re-pipe of a newly-purchased house that had a history of leaks. After many interviews and quotes, we selected SJ Plumbing because of their quick response time, knowledge of repairs of this type (including providing detailed explanation of the job) and fair price.

The team came in for a complex project and finished quickly and efficiently and did a great job at maintaining a clean work area after the project was complete. They even worked around my schedule to return to the worksite to walk me through the repairs performed, which was a nice touch.

Recently, I've also called them back to another house to perform some more routine plumbing jobs, which were quickly and professionally finished. Again, quick response time, attention to detail, professional job and clean work area after the project was complete.

When you need a trustworthy plumber in an emergency or for your every day Plum he needs, SJ plumbing is it. Last night I had a plumbing emergency. The Spicket on my shower broke and water would not stop. I called SJ plumbing and Jon was at my condo within 15 minutes working on the issue. He was thorough, kind, respectful, and very skilled. It was a complex issue and he had to come back today to finish it. Everything went well. He explaine options. He explained to me how this happened and what could be done to fix it. Well we got a leak. After asking around the neighborhood and asking for the best experience with plumbers, we ended up calling SJ plumbing based on two good reviews. I called them on Wednesday, and John Shim came out to take a look at the house on Thursday at noon the next day. He ran a quick leak detection and determined where the source was and gave us two options. One fixed the problem and was reasonable, the second was to repipe everything, which was more expensive, but not unreasonable. We opted to repipe and was able to send out a team on Saturday morning. (Both times the company showed up, they were 30 minutes early). The company sent out about 6 guys to do the work and completed about the estimated time they said it would take (8:30 to 2 estimated was closer to 8:30 to 2:30 pm). I was impressed with everything except one baseboard that wasn't germane to the scope of the repipe in the kitchen was damaged (minor), probably by a ladder. however with the painters coming.  I'm not too concerned.
All-in-all, a great experience.

My water heater broke down so I  called several plumbers, left msg, but no one returned my calls and if someone did pick up they said they cannot replace the water heater right away. SJ Plumbing pick up the call right away and came promptly after call was made. They were able to replace the water heater the same day! Fantastic​ and Professional service.

I originally called SJ but had to hang up the phone due to the cat knocking something over. He called me back and was super friendly.

We had a plumber over that we have used in the past, nice guy, but was stumped as to why our pipes were​ making such a noise.

Not only did John know what the issue was within seconds over the phone, but he told me I could pre-book​ a date over the weekend that really helped out my schedule.

The solution we found together that day was laughably simple. It was something that a plumber with less integrity​ could have taken advantage of. SJ Plumbing has integrity though. Lots of it.

Albert (the plumber that help us from John's team) was honest. Made the quick fix and was out the door and onto the next job in just a few minutes. They were great with my 96-year-old​ grandfather​ and explained everything to him. (You know​ because he likes to know what's happening to the house).

SJ Plumbing is the new plumbing choice for our house. Hopefully,​ we don'​t have to use him -that often- but if we do. We know they will do us right and fix anything and all our plumbing issues.

John is amazing! We called him today after reading all the five star Yelp reviews and he did not disappoint at all. He came within half hour and quickly examined the issue and gave his honest opinion. Many other plumbers have provided us with quotes for the work to be done while exaggerating the issue at hand. John was honest and made us fully understand the problem and made recommendations that were impartial. Really appreciate it John!

We had a slab leak in our house, found SJ plumbing on yelp and talked to John, the owner. I talked to him on the phone,  he took his time answer all my questions. He came to our house and inspect the leak and gave options on how to repair. I also had other plumbing companies come and check. But SJ plumbing gave me the best price and John was very nice and took his time to answer my questions. He also doesn't charge for leak detection as other companies charge for leak detection. I would recommend him to anyone who has a plumbing problem.

I was looking for a plumber that can relocate our water heater from the second floor to our patio and move our washer and dryer from the kitchen to the storage area in the back. We contacted a few plumbers but their asking price is just too much for us. All of them was asking about $4k to $5k. John was the last plumber that we contacted and he gives us a quote that is just a bit over our price range. However he is also the only one that was asking us how much is our budget. So we told him that our budget is $2500 and he was willing to work with our price range and we agreed for $2600. He did the job in one day and had to come on the next day to make room for a mop sink. He also installed our mop sink for cheap. If you're looking for quality work with great price, look no further and hit John up. He provides great quality work and also willing to work with our budget.

Wow! This is how a business should be ran. John is extremely honest and transparent. We recently moved into our new home. My drain pipe (1960s home) which my brand new washing machine connects to kept spitting back water. I called a few plumbers and actually had one plumber come out. He looked at the drain and said we gotta open up the dry wall and replace it. It'll be $785!! He wasn't even at my home for 2 mins when I told him no thanks. Apparently our drain pipe is 1.5in instead of the standard 2in that more modern homes have. After calling several plumbers and quoted around the same price of $700+, I called John and after explaining what I needed done, he said the drain is clogged, rooter it. Lol! After stressing out all day thinking I was going to spend a ton of money, John really saved me. He's honest, down to earth, understandable, compassionate, and isn't here to screw anyone over. I appreciate his craft and is definitely my go to plumber if I need service done in the future. Highly recommend John!

Best repair service of any kind! They agreed to come at 5pm on a Friday to accommodate my schedule, arrived 2 minutes early, and fixed my running toilet in 15 minutes, replacing some of the parts! Total cost, only $120.

I used John about a year ago at my house and had a great experience. When I had a problem at my rental property in Azusa I called him again. His prices are extremely fair and he is trustworthy. From before I knew he was honest and was not trying to sell me something I didn't need. If you are getting quotes you need to include this company.

The best plumbing contractor experience I've ever had. Jon with SJ did everything we wanted and more and didnt try to add costs at every turn for our repipe. Made great suggestions and reengineered our plumbing to code. Jon quoted a price and stuck with it. Too bad he doesn't work in Temecula! I have had one nightmare after another and everytime the plumber turned a big job out of a small problem. My most recent was a leak caused by a bad valve that the plumber managed to talk me into a repipe on the cold lines to fix it. After he left and took my $1,200 I still had the leak. I almost lost faith in finding honest plumbers, but Jon at SJ Plumbing is the real deal. Thank you Jon for doing a great and honest job. Faith in humanity regained!

SJ plumbing is a life saver.  They came out on a Sunday less than 2 hrs after we called them for our backed up kitchen sink.  They found the drain lines as we had no idea where they were since we just moved in  less than 3 months prior to the service call.  At first the rooter he brought wasn't long enough but he came back less than 30 minutes later with a much longer rooter and fixed our clogging kitchen sink.  Thank you very much SJ Plumbing we will definitely use you again.

Writing reviews is so easy, but it has to be worth it to vouch for someone/ something. With that being said, I figured this is the least I can do for a company that saved my home. John is very honest, fast and very reasonably priced. SJ Plumbing came out to fix my house. Apparently we had a slab leak! What the heck does that mean? It meant I had a waterline leakage. I did my research and started shopping around for a plumber. I asked everyone in my network for a solid referral. Two people came back with the same name. John from SJ Plumbing. I said, okay. Let's see what his quotes are. At first I decided to call a few other plumbers to better understand what to expect. Truth is, John gave it to me straight. The price quote for a possible repipe was anywhere from $7000 to $5000. He came out and repiped my whole home for $4500.
Long story short, he saved my home from going down the drain. I definitely recommend him to anyone who is in need of plumbing services!!

This was a great experience! We had a leak from an upstairs bathroom, and stopped up sink, and after putting off another leaky tub we needed a fix pretty quick. Since our HOA was not willing to cover the repairs we were left to risk our cleanliness on Yelp. This company seemed close and had good reviews so we went for it. John responded quickly and came to give us an estimate the next day. He was also willing to try to fit me into the schedule the following day after I explained I was having company very soon. He came out and had my bathrooms running as good as new for a great price in around an hour! I don't think I've ever had service this quick and we will definitely be calling back for all of our upcoming plumbing issues.

I really owe this business an apology. We had a pipe burst at the house. While it was gushing I went to yelp to find the closest plumbers. The first number I called was an answering machine and I hung up.
The second number was SJ plumbing. They picked up the phone right away. They moved heaven and earth to try and get me some timely help.  
About a half hour after my initial call, a plumber called to tell me that they could not get to me until tomorrow.

( a Later check of my call log told me that this was the answering machine number of the other plumber)

Since I had not TALKED to any other plumbers, I assumed it was SJ cancelling the job.
Within the time promised, SJ showed up ready to work. I ASSumed  that the SJ Plumber  had not yet gotten the word about the cancelation so I sent him on his way. We all know what happens when we ASSume.   ASSuming I was back to square 1,  I called a nationally advertised plumber, and no doubt paid through the nose for this particular job.
In spite of how flaky I must've appeared to them , SJ could not have handled my cancellation more graciously or more professionally.  20/20 hindsight tells me that these folks are the real deal, who promise to deliver and deliver what they promise.
I wouldn't blame them if they never take a call from me again. On the other hand I'm sure they'll gladly take your call and make you very happy.

I called John from SJ plumbing who was kind to tell me how to shut my water off since it was all over the floor. He was also the one to arrive an hour later after I called. After a fairly negative experience with a different plumber, I called S J Plumbing after reading very positive reviews here.  Those reviews were absolutely right.  John came down to check a break in my main sewer pipe, gave me a great quote and agreed to do two more smaller jobs as well, all very reasonably.  He and his technicians had the whole job, which included cutting into concrete, done in less than a day and went above and beyond, taking time out, free of charge, to check the condition of the pipe and ensure that everything was working properly. These guys are the real deal.

I called SJ Pluming and they answered the phone right away! He gave me a few different options to choose from because I'm on a budget. I feel any pressure but more informed. He came out first thing in the morning. He replaced the pipes at a lower price than the other plumbers I spoke to. He completed the job in two days. The re-piping some extra kitchen work along with bathrooms all turned out great. At first I was a little scared, but after seeing it all when it was done you can't even see the patching or any visible marks. I was super happy with his work and would definitely recommend him to everyone!!

We had water coming out from under our downstairs toilet. This made no sense to me. I found SJ Plumbing on line and saw good reviews. When John showed up and immediately knew it was a slab leak, I was impressed. He has state of the art equipment to verify where the leak was. One morning after discovering moisture on my kitchen floor and outside

I had used SJ Plumbing for previous plumbing issues varying in seriousness and difficulty. I came back to them once again when my water heater needed a diagnosis on repair.  They were fair and honest with their assessment which resulted in needing a new one.   I wasn't happy with that bit of news but I was given a fair price for quality work and when there was an issue with how to pay, I was treated as a loyal returning customer should be. Found out that I needed to install a sediment trap on my water heater and furnace. What the heck is a sediment trap? Anyhow, I found SJ Plumbing on Yelp and gave them a call to schedule an appointment. John was able to successfully make the fixes. Ran into a challenge as I have a horizontal furnace in my attic which required John to reconfigure the gas line and he handled that with ease. Definitely a professional and I would use him again for future needs.

Called SJ Plumbing after a last minute issue with my water heater leaking. John was quick to respond to my voicemail and even called when he was running a little behind due to another job taking longer. He was honest and completed the job quickly. During this visit I had him quote me on another plumbing job I was planning on doing and he was able to meet another quote I got and he scheduled it within a week. I was shocked,  cause the other place was dodging me for weeks. I had such a good feeling about John that I had him do the other job and his work was amazing. He even let me know about other issues without trying to force me into anything I couldn't afford. Thank you John for being so professional and although I hope I don't have any other plumbing problems in the future, if I do, you will be the first person I call. Five Stars is not enough... I'd give SJ Plumbing 10 Stars if possible. Had a Slab leak in a newly remodeled Home... Went to Yelp, did some research and Found John Shim Owner of SJ Plumbing... This Kid is a super Ninja... He had to break one wall, locate the leak, caped it and got us back in hot water in under 4 hours, he showed up at 8:30 was done at 10:30...More than far prices, fast, very knowledgeable.. A few months back when we were leaving for work one morning, we saw a river of water coming from the back of our garage to the front where the garage door is. SJ Plumbing is honest and provides the best service in town. We had a leak in our restroom that turned out to be a nightmare. SJ came out and quickly identified the problem and said they can fix it but they will have to demo the tub to get to the slab underneath. We hired them and was scheduled right away for the repair. After the repair was completed, SJ pointed out that our piping/plumbling was very old and that we had galvanized pipes. Galvanized pipe is what was used in older home which my house was built in 1958. After decades of use, corrosion and rust build up on the inside of these pipes, which can cause problems ( hence: lead). Anyhow, we took his recommendation into account and ended up repiping our whole house. Our water is now lead free and a new restroom that works. Thanks to SJ Plumbing for their excellent service and care! SJ is forever our plumber! We will never call another plumber again!

John is absolutely exceptional, just like the reviews! Had a leak on the copper pipes leading to the yard sprinkler system and the setup needed to be replaced. Researched on yelp and a competing search service. After receiving calls back from a half-dozen companies, I decided to go with SJ Plumbing. Not the cheapest, but as this was dealing with plumbing, I needed someone to (1) do the job right and (2) not tack on charges mid-way AFTER pipes are cut!! I was confident that John would be the best choice and I was not disappointed! He was efficient and meticulous all the while without cutting any corners (either on supplies or on work) and cleaned / patched up after. His work was amazing! I am thankful! My 95 year old Mom had water coming out from behind her toilet. I called the plumber I usually use and was told there was a $39.00 charge just to come and diagnose the problem and it would not be applied towards the cost of the service.  I then called another company that I like but they only do sewer clean outs.  I then called John and he was just so kind sounding and so responsive.  He came over and fixed the problem and did not even charge for his travel or professional time.  He said he takes care of his 100 year old Grandma and knew on the way over he was not going to charge my Mom.  He was so kind, sincere and professional that I knew he would now be the plumber for both my Mom and me; and, I felt 100% safe with him.  I would recommend John in a heartbeat.  You will not be disappointed.

Just had to repipe my whole house! Had a hot water leak under my tile and concrete in the middle of the house! It was in the downstairs bathroom and hall closet! Naturally I did not want to break up all of the tile to dig into the soil for a pipe repair! We checked on Yelp and found several companies that do want to do the job. John Shim's company came right out and quoated me a price for doing the repairs. He followed thru with everything that he told me he was going to do and his crew finished in the one day. His price was great! We checked with other companies and their quotes were higher and there were some issues with the way we wanted it taken care of. John did all that he said he would and even some more. Can't complain. So if you do need some plumbing just give him a call and check his company out. He has great ratings and I do have to agree that he does do the job right!

We had John repair our Water Heater at my home and he really was nice, quick and really did a good job.  He went out of his way to take our old water heater and brought in a new one.   John gave us an honest estimate and had a smile the whole time while he worked.  He was respectful and had a great sense of humor.  We highly recommend their services!

SJ plumbing is a very professional company. When I needed replacement of the main water pipe in my house, they responsed in a very timely manner and the pipe was replaced right a way. Also, the charge is very reasonable. Strong recommendation to those who need plumbing service

We had a slab leak and had John do the repipe of our house  in Aliso Viejo . John is very professional and responsible. He did a very good job and work was done on time .  Thank you John !!
