I can't say how his business is but he drives wreck less is a neighborhood full of kids. When asked to slow down that's there's kids in the neighborhood he replied they better stay on the sidewalks, that's what they're for! Ok well douche canoe kids make mistakes, run for balls or animals , and as your coming up to a stop sign so fast you can barely stop ask yourself this. Would it be ok that you hit a child cause they weren't on the sidewalk? Guaranteed a parent won't look at it like that so please be mindful of our kids in the neighborhood

After getting ripped off by a few high priced big name companies, I found Paul Henderson. Since that time, Paul has always done my plumbing repairs. He has done them right the first time and his prices are very reasonable. He's a personable guy who's easy to talk to. I highly recommend him!

The service and service personnel were top notch, experienced, and gave us a great price, very satisfied, and don't have to worry about my basement for a long time!

We had to have our water shut off valves under our kitchen sink replaced. They were able to come out the next day and took about an hour to fix the issue. Avery was very nice and explained everything well to us. It looks brand new where they replaced everything. He was even kind to our dog that wanted to get up close and personal. I would definitely use them again if we need plumbing issues fixed!

We discovered a sudden leak, within the basement, during late evening hours ... we'll just say we were lucky to have found it before total destruction of the basement occurred. As we had no idea who to call, we called one of our best friends, in Arcadia, and he immediately said, Call Brian Hunter! Then, he gave us Brian's phone number. Within 15 minutes, Brian and an assistant arrived. They traced where the leak was coming from. After removal of toilet in laundry room, just above the basement pipe/leak, cleaning out, then fully repairing all of the pipes connected to this, the leak stopped.
A week later, we suddenly discovered another leak. This time, it was down a bit from the earlier leak. Brian once again arrived in about 15 minutes, and quickly discovered this particular leak was due to a broken sewer pipe, outdoors. As he does not do outdoor sewer repair, he referred us to a phenomenal person/company, who did all the repair for that issue.
In the Spring, we will be doing some updates within our home for the plumbing. Hunter Plumbing will be the company called/hired to do the work. We HIGHLY recommend Hunter Plumbing!!!

Outstanding Plumber! We are new to Brownsburg and a coworker recommended Cornwell's. Their pricing is very fair, scheduling was easy, and the work was top notch!
We needed an expansion tank installed on our hot water heater and the first plumber we called, quoted us an absurd amount. We called Cornwell's; the price was good and what we expected. The technician that came out was helpful and knowledgeable. He told us some things we should consider doing in the future but did not try to oversell us on anything.
I wish I found Cornwell's the first day we moved to Brownsburg. They will be the only plumber we call from now on.

Always very helpful and responsive. They've helped us many times over the past seven years, and the service has always been great.

Indy Water Heater Softener has been to my house to repair once and to add a shut off valve the second to add a outside water source. Both times Danny was one time and POLITE. He knew his job well and did exactly what he said he would do. I would recommend him to any one and if I need more I will call him in a heartbeat.

My 1940s So. Bro rental that I'd purchased a few years ago had experienced root growth in the main drain and after years being dormant, it began backing up with use. I'd already paid Just Drains to clear my main drain (rude, never again), and they went in from the line in the yard. Now I had yet another issue that needed attention. On Valentine's Day, a Sunday, in the snow.
The renters had neglected to keep me informed of the bad situation that had progressed into an emergency, simply shutting the basement door, and we were now in deep sh*t (literally, ankle deep). I was absolutely mortified and in tears after contacting someone to help me out earlier to no avail.
After calling a few places, I finally spoke to someone at Powerhouse and got a quote for $175 - same day. The owner arrived to my mess and was very friendly and considerate of the situation. He went above and beyond, ensuring that he ran the snake out to the street more than the average job to be sure it wouldn't soon happen again.
As everything began to drain, he then cleaned up the mess and hosed down the basement so I wouldn't have to. Of course once it dried I had additional sanitizing to do, but I was so happy with the experience that I told everyone about it. Best worst Valentine's Day ever!
Now that I'm looking through my reviews, I realized that this MUST be added, despite the time that's passed, because I still recommend them to my friends.
If only I could find an equally good electrician. Anyone?

These guys are wonderful. I do my homework before hiring any contractors, and Indy Renovation came highly recommended at the place where I bought my tile. They tiled a master bath, guest bath, built a master shower, and did tile backsplash in the kitchen and bar area. I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work. Junior and his helpers were meticulous with the details -- used a laser for straight lines, maintained consistent grout width, no cracked or broken tiles, etc.

....Richard the owner contacted me and I attempted to explain the situation and he started yelling at me stating I was the one that called them, they did not call me. I said that nothing they did helped in resolving the problem and he started yelling at me again. I finally just hung up. Do not make the same mistake I made.....DON'T CALL THEM.

Great experience. Very easy to schedule appointment. The phone people were polite, helpful, & took their time helping me. You almost NEVER get this anymore. The plumber was professional, explained exactly what was going on & was able to fix our problem in a short time.

My mothers water heater stopped working and she called Earl Gray. The sent a tech out and they told her she needed a new water heater. The told her it would be $2716 to replace it. Once I found out I called another company out since the water heater was only 3 years old. That tech found the element was bad and fixed it for $329.
Earl Gray tried to scam an 81 year old widowed female. I called to cancel the new water heater and they tried to act like it was too late to cancel. I then got a call from Mark Gray telling me they had a contract singed and I could not cancel it. When I told him they were scamming an old lady he become belligerent and you could tell he had been drinking any started to swear at me.
Stay very far away from Earl Gray & Sons!

We needed to have our (very old) sewer line replaced. We'd received a quote from another company but wanted to bid out such a large project. Carlisle was less expensive and did a very good job. They gave us multiple options and quotes as well as their recommendations on how to proceed. The sewer was a tight squeeze between houses, trees, and our gas line. They dug it up and replaced it, as well as some additional plumbing inside to reroute a pipe without any incidents. They were very good at explaining to me what they were doing and were courteous and professional when asking me to run water to test the line. I would recommend them for future plumbing projects.

I've used these guys several times for various home remodel and repair work. They arrive on time and work all day getting your job done. They are sometimes a bit expensive in how they price things, but if you talk to the owner, Chad Christian, he will work with you for the best deal that fair for all and affordable for you. Estimates are normally not fee, trip charge is about $85 and will count towards any repair work you may have done. They have done AC, plumbing, wiring / electrical, rood, gutter, and construction work for me. The crew does good work and tries their best to not make messes and cleans up as much as they can at the end of each day, but messes are expected in any type remodel. So they do a good job. I will use them again as needed. I recommend them for your home repair needs.

If I had a choice for no stars, that is what I would choose.
In 2006 I asked them to install two new freeze/resistant spigots on the outside of my house (off of the room that's on a crawl space). The first visit, they didn't act like they knew what they were doing and when finished, one spigot was sticking out of the outside wall by 3 inches. I had them back and all they did was add caulk (the spigot still stuck out of the wall 3 inches). Had them back again at which time they went back into my crawl space and voila, the spigot was installed flush with the house.
Then I just found out in October of this year that the spigot had been leaking for who knows how long because it had frozen and cracked, leaking water all over my crawl space, in the HVAC ducts, etc. I don't make it a point to crawl under my house and had no idea that the spigot had broken where the water pipe screws into the spigot. My hardwood floor above the leak started to buckle so I had another plumber (Grey's is awesome) attack the issue. He found out that both spigots had been installed wrong ... instead of the pipes aiming down for draining, they were installed aiming up and thus stagnant water in the pipe froze and broke. So an $8,000 repair job later ... floor in the 1000 square foot room had to be taken up, new joists (water rot) replaced, new subfloor and hardwoods put in.
These are three months of my life I will never get back (furniture from the demo room all over the house, contractors coming and going, huge dumpster in my driveway, complete mess during the holidays). My insurance company is attempting to subrogate for the expense.
Bottom line ... Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is a franchise. It appears their employees don't have a vested interest in the business (as a small business plumber does) - you can tell by their lack of knowledge and customer service. Stay away and use a smaller locally owned plumbing company that's hungry and values quality workmanship at a reasonable cost.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business, DO NOT use this company!!!! We called All About Water this past weekend on Saturday at 2pm because we accidentally hit our well and busted the casing. This was devastating because we just had our well fixed by another company about a month earlier, including a new top of the line well pump. Kim said they would be there in a few hours to help, I was relieved to hear that help was on the way. They showed up around 10pm (several hours later than expected) and started working on it. The husband and wife (the owners) were arguing and yelling at each other the whole time they were here - I could hear them from inside my house. Their grown son apologized several times for their behavior. After a few hours they stated that they didn't have the parts to fix the well that night and they would have to come back Sunday (not a big deal we understood that). They stated that they fixed it enough that we would have water but the casing would have to be fixed the next day, before leaving they turned on the water back on. Take in mind they did not cover our well and it was supposed to rain all night. Before leaving they said they needed half of the money for the repair/service, take in mind it was almost 1am in the morning. They said they only accepted cash or check, then asked me to make out the check to James not the company name which I thought was weird but did it because we wanted our water/well repaired the next day. They said that they would be at our house by 3pm on Sunday, they didn't show up until 9pm again which my kids were getting ready for bed. Seemed strange but I let it go because they were there to fix our well. So this time Kim shows up with some different guy that was not there the day before, her husband the licensed contractor was not there. This time they still did not have the right parts, thank goodness we had some of these parts on hand - we had to use our own parts and tools to help them. After getting the well back together they turned the water back on - however, we had no water still. They stated that the well pump was working but the lines must have been clogged with mudd since they didn't cover the hole the night before so they would have to come back out today to blow the lines clear. I was frustrated but willing to work with them since they admitted it was their fault and they were going to fix it. So today they show up clear the lines and get the well back together. They turn the water back on and still no water!! They then proceeded to tell us that our well pump is bad ( the new top of the line well pump that was just put in about a month ago) and they were not going to replace it even though the reason this pump went bad was due to the mudd (which they caused by leaving our well open the night before). They demanded that I pay them the rest of what I owed them even though they were leaving a huge hole in my yard and my well pump laying in the grass and No Water still!!!!! Please do not use this company, they were so unprofessional and incompetent. Please see the photos below of how they left my yard demanding their full payment

Larry Plumbing did some work in my house about a year ago, He was found by the contractor I hired back then and never had to deal with him personaly. Recently, I had a situation where my basement flooded due to a clogged outside drainage, although it took us some time to find, my first person to reach was Larry... here's where it gets fun, he picks up the phone and tells me that he has no interest to help out due to a bad past experience with the contractor I had when I was remodeling the house .. he then tells me to find someone else to fix my problems! This level of unprofessional customer dealing leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth and thought I would share so no one has to deal with this kind of issues in the future. I don't have anything negative to say about his job which has held fine, but definitely on his customer treatment and more on emergencies such as the one I just went through.
