Chris resolved a dangerous electrical problem on my house by replacing the service conductors that were failing, along with running a new ground conductor.  The original conductors had degraded so badly that lights in the house were flickering, and when it was raining, the wires were generating sparks where they entered the house!  

He provided a fast quote after evaluating the problem, got a permit in place with the city (negotiated a reduced permit fee due to the nature of the work), and stayed on top of SDG&E to coordinate with their technicians to get the job done.  Final invoice was just as quoted.

I'll definitely call him first next time I have a problem.

It's Saturday, and it's Memorial Day weekend. A guest accidentally zaps my electricity while running a hair dryer. Circuit breakers look fine, but flipping them on and off doesn't solve the problem.  

Who do you call? Actually, anybody that'll answer. I called other highly rated Yelp-recommended companies, but they all bailed and weren't around for the weekend. I called up Kevin, it was already almost 5pm, and he answered and said he can come right over.

He diagnosed the problem methodically and within a half hour had everything back up and running again. He was courteous, pleasant, and very knowledgable (I think he's been doing this since 1976). Highly recommended when you need someone who knows his stuff in a pinch.

Update to my previous review; Hank and I did connect and I highly recommend him!  He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, works fast and his charges are reasonable.  He replaced the kitchen faucet, toilet seat, anchored large furniture in case of a major earthquake, and completed other tasks as requested.  He is also prompt, honest, and keeps to his estimated quote.  Pertaining to my previous review, he does his best to return all calls/texts in a timely manner.  He also does excellent quality work!

Always on time and always the best price , I've been using AJS for 10 years both commercial and residential and I'll refer him any day .

Dejan is an extremely professional, reasonably priced, and a diligent worker.  He installed landscape lighting in her backyard, as well as fixed some electrical issues caused by our pool construction.  I would highly recommend Dejan for any of your electrical needs.  He is the best!

Didn't hear anything back for two days. Called and left message.
Again, no response.
Now the DE FACTO coronavirus lock down has taken effect, and so I won't get anyone to take care our rather routine projects.

One star cause nothing is less than it. Stupid ignorant people to work with. Not reliable at all. Once get paid they just disappear. Would not any any calls.

I needed to install an 3 prong outlet by my toilet for an electric bidet; Carlos was able to provide me an estimate with just pictures. From there, we were able to schedule an appointment. He came with another person and they found the most efficient way to install the outlet. They were complete with the job in roughly a hour; definitely would use them again for any electric needs.

I do not have enough good things to say about Le and his company. I've used other electricians in the past and, much like anything else, it is hard to find a good balance between paying outrageous prices provided by the bigger local companies and using the guy willing to do it on the low, but likewise does sloppy work.

Le certainly does not fit into either of these categories. He does high-quality work for an honest price. At this point Le has done several electrical jobs for me at my house, including: recessed lighting in my office, rerouting our microwave breaker (which was hooked up to several other outlets and lighting for some reason), grounding and replacing a bad external GCFI, among other things.

In one case, Le underestimated the cost and time for a project, but honored his quote none the less. If nothing else, I appreciate honesty and quality work, which I know I will get both from him - which I is why I am and will continue to be a return customer.

As a word of caution, he is a one-man shop, so be patient as he gets very busy sometimes. If you hire him to do your work, rest-assured it will be done right.

I was struggling to find an electrician.  Started my search in September of 2022 with some of my go-to companies, and just got frustrated with the quotes for what I thought was a fairly easy job.  I wanted to get outlets installed in two bathrooms for bidet installations.  The installation just required a tie into existing outlets on the opposite sides of the wall.  I tried sending pictures and tried to explain the job request, but the quotes were just too high to move forward.

I started back on my search in February of 2023 for an electrician and saw that there was a quote sent during my earlier search in September that I overlooked.  It was a fair quote and in my frustration to get through the other highly-priced quotes, I  overlooked and never responded.

I contacted Tommy from Stay Grounded Electric and received an immediate response.  During the original quote, Tommy mentioned that he would be coming into Menifee from Riverside and that scheduling might be hit-and-miss. Nevertheless, Tommy took the time to hear me out and understand my request.  He went through the photos, and advised that the job was not going to be difficult, but laid out several possibilities in case there were any issues.

Tommy's crew arrived as scheduled.  Looked over the project areas, smiled, and got to work without hesitation.  In a very reasonable and quick amount of time, they completed the installation of the two electrical plugs.  The work was seamless and appeared to have been there since the house was constructed in 2006.  The job went exactly as discussed, if not better. 

While at the residence, the crew looked around the house at some extra ideas and projects, which we are going to be excited to get started in the future.
