I'm a real estate agent and I reccomend them to all my customers, and I have used them on 4 occasions at my own home. They are fair, responsive and trustworthy. In my business those are important qualities.

We had a MONSTER clog in our kitchen sink, and I tried four different plumbers to clear it. Only the fourth plumber got it cleared out by using their hydro-jet. We have old cast iron pipes, and they were very cautious using the jetter. It took them several hours, but they were able to clear out tons of old grease that had accumulated over decades. Their price for this service was reasonable, and they were able to come out the same day I called them! Amazing! I wish I had started with them from the beginning.

We have used Bluebonnet Plumbing for a few years now and have been very happy!  We love that they are a family business, their mom who takes the calls and schedules appointments is so sweet and responsive!  Skylar and Logan are her sons who have come out to service our home many times and they are so courteous!  They do a great job!!!  They have done things like replaced all our toilets, fixed leaks, installed a water heater and water softener, installed a kitchen sink, fixed slow drains, and fixed a major toilet paper clog from our little boy's shenanigans.  They do not overcharge.  When we were trying to find a plumber for a job I called around to a lot of places and compared prices.  Their prices were very reasonable, and when they came their service was great!  We feel they are honest and helpful.  We definitely recommend them and are grateful for their services!

2 weeks after the big freeze of February, a flood stop alarm for my water heater went off and alerted me to a leak. The leak wasn't coming from the water heater actually, but from a pipe behind it in the wall and the water, fortunately, leaked into the containment pan that the water heater sits in and where the flood stop sensor is. It was a  Saturday morning, never the best time to get a plumber, and since I already knew that every decent plumber in the city was booked up for days or weeks in advance (due to the ice & snow storms), I searched on line for an emergency plumber. Bluefrog had the best ratings of any service I could find and I was able to book an appointment for 2 days later, on the following Monday, which I considered very good fortune. Monday morning Clinton promptly arrived in very good, friendly spirits, and proceeded to look at the issue. He did an excellent job, maintained the best, most respective and friendly disposition, and was very forthcoming in explaining everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I like to learn so I drank it all in and he went above and beyond in explaining things to me. I learned a lot, much of which will be useful in the future as I keep on the look-out for potential problems down the road. He also took care of a slow leaking faucet outside. I chose to join the 5 year membership because that's a good value and it gave me a discount on the charge for his services. But this is not a discount plumbing service - it's a premium service. It's probably the most expensive plumbing company I've ever hired but after all the issues of the past month, the fact that they came out quickly and Clinton's nature was so good, and the fact that the amount of the charge was doable for me, I didn't hesitate to go ahead with them. As I say, if you want the least expensive work done, this is very probably not the company for you. But when he was done, I felt that every penny I spent was worth it - because the service was first rate, his skill was excellent, the equipment he had at his disposal was top of the line, and the education I got was a great benefit. In addition, Clinton explained a lot that can help me have a better consistent maintenance of things which could save me a lot of money in the long run. This was definitely a case where you get what you pay for. I did, and I have no doubt I will continue to get the best service from Bluefrog over the next 5 years of service. I'd hire them again without a second's hesitation.

buyer beware.  they were called out to do a static line test so that we could transfer a lifetime foundation warranty to a new buyer of the home.  they conducted the test and said it failed.  they contacted my wife and they said that they needed to run a camera down the line to find the break.  they came in a found a high break when they pulled the toliet.  basically the flange pulled away from drain there was in insert that bypassed the high break.  they proceeded to quote me a $3,749.00 and almost expected me just to sign off.  they were going to tunnel under the house, pull permits, hire an engineer, city inspection.  when i declined they tried to charge me $450.00 for the call.  they did not run a camera, lied and said that they were there for two hours straight to my face and they had only been there an hour and 20 minutes.  the job supervisor was a burly man and was insistent that i pay.  i settled on $240.00 --- a complete rip-off.  they did nothing except the static line test and they made my wife think that the second trip was covered by the $150 she paid the foundation company to transfer the warranty.   i have half the mind to sue these people for deceptive trade practices.  (by the way.... they missed their appointment and rescheduled for the next day).

We are very impressed! Over the years we've had a lot of work done on our house, and hands down, this was the best interaction we've ever had.
The customer service was fantastic, the price was reasonable, and the work done was excellent. We had the plumbing for a toilet and sink moved as well as updated the plumbing for the shower drain and water lines. The work was done quickly and cleanly. The guys were very respectful and they communicated clearly and were able to do everything that we needed. Great job!

We have used Leago Plumbing for many years for various plumbing needs. I called Robert of Leago Plumbing on July 21 in the morning. He responded in the afternoon. I told him our water heater was not giving out hot water. He came to our house at 4:00 pm the same day. Robert figured our hot water intake was mostly completed turned off and that there was a block in the hose at the connection. He turned up the water intake and removed the blockage. And stayed to make sure it was working. We do not know anything about plumbing. He could have told us that we needed a new water heater. Leago plumbing and Robert have integrity and provide professional service. I highly recommend Leago Plumbing.

Most unprofessional plumbers in san antonio. They will lie and treat you with utter disrespect. They don't communicate either with the leasing agents nor the tenants. They barge into your home with little to no notice while people are undressing and they yell and hang up the phone on their clients. They speak vulgar to you if you ask questions or ask that the work be done in a timely manner. Worst experience ever and will always speak about the poor service that was provided.

Choice Home Warranty selected these people to inspect and possibly repair a leak coming through our ceiling from an upstairs bathroom. He convinced us (and the warranty company who pays him for this) to let him drill holes in our ceiling to look for the leak. He never turned any water on in the bathroom and stated he needed to put more holes in the ceiling to look for leaks. I told him to leave. After I hired another plumber (on my own dime) to come after him, they found the problems, fixed what they could and communicated what was needed to resolve it. (It was pretty obvious once they started turning things on. Amazing!)

Later, my water heater started dying and they sent the same crook again. He told me it would cost me over $2500 with my warranty to replace my water heater! I told him to get out of my house. And I told CHW never to send this individual to my home again. They sent a plumber that could actually figure things out and got my repairs approved for less than half the cost.

The takeaway: these are no and low-skilled people looking to take advantage of Home Warranty work and those gullible enough to pay for it. If they get scheduled to come to your house, do yourself a favor and don't let them in. There are plenty of reputable plumbers in the area - stick with them.
