Ray Ouellette was a referral from the realtor I hired to sell a house in poor condition.  It needed a lot of remodeling to be presentable and ready for sale.  Ray and Tatum diligently prepared a scope of work and a budget, got all the work done promptly, and within the budget.  They did some odds and ends I had overlooked without charging extra.  The work was done beautifully.  I did not have to give them a punch list because everything was done right the first time.  I am in the commercial development business, for almost 40 years.  These guys are as good as it gets.  I would not hesitate to refer them.

I've ordered a few things from Diersen Welding.  I needed some fencing with swing gates to put on the two sides of my house.  Really enhanced the look of my backyard.  Just received the crown jewel...a custom smoker.  Not a bolt on the thing except for the hinges and even those bolts on are welded on!  The smoker is custom and has my last name on the hood and a custom cutout on the shelf that says IRON WORKS.  I had a sign with the same logo done by them earlier and they surprised me by putting it on the smoker they made for me.  Excellent work by a team that loves what they do.  You can't help but make excellent products when you love what you do.

George is one hell of a guy. My boyfriend and I had him over as a referral for a small plumbing job and he was so unbelievably efficient and kind. We were actually in the middle of an entire home remodel and were planning on going with someone else to complete the job, but after seeing George's amazing and efficient plumbing work and finding out he also does entire home remodels, we decided to ask him to do it for us and we're so thankful we did. Not only does his work look flawless (demolition, wood floor installs, painting, baseboards, door installs, window installs, etc.), but he is also available day or night to answer any and every question you have for him. Thank you for everything you did for us George!!

Rick and Matt and their crew completed a beautiful carport/storage shed for me. They were very professional, communicated well and did a great job overall. I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

Highly recommended glass replacement service provider. They came and replaced 3 of my old windows. Worked very hard to remove old windows that kept refusing to let go. Wonderful workmanship and wore masks and shoes covers during the whole process. Very considerate

Michael is great! I had a very outdated entertainment center that was way too small for my 65in TV. He tore it down and revived the wall. Patched it and painted the wall also mounted my tv up!!! I've been jibbed on jobs before always good to work with someone that is  proficient and dependable!  Michael is actually coming back tomorrow for another job

I had arranged to have my pool remodeled but wanted to keep the old tile.  After I saw what a horrible mess the tile was in, I called my contractor to ask if they could clean the tile before they put the finishing coats on.  He referred me to Chris at Love Your Pool AZ and was able to get me scheduled quickly.  Chris came yesterday -- called and gave me a heads up that he was on his way (which I appreciated!) and was there exactly when he said he would be.  He went to work and now the tile surround looks brand new!  Amazing!  I would recommend him in a heart-beat and if I ever need any pool service again, he will be my first and only call!

Whiting produces a good looking gate, and for that they are deserving of at least 4 stars.  But apparently it will not honor my warranty, and for that I am deducting 3 stars.

Last June Whiting Iron installed a back gate at my home.  In January of this year (2018), I noticed that the coating on the lower brace of the steel frame was flaking off, and the exposed steel was displaying signs of rust.  The rest of the gate and the gate posts appeared fine. Because the rest of the gate frame was unaffected by the problem, I concluded that the problem was not caused by an external conditions or forces (e.g., rain).

So in mid-January, I called the owner and left a message describing the problem and requested a response.  I received no response.  

On February 1, 2018, I emailed  a description of the problem to Whiting Iron.  

On February 2, I received a response requesting pictures (which I immediately sent), and the following: We are currently in our peak season and at capacity.  All service calls are put in a queue for when we have availability on our trucks; the lead time is approximately three to four weeks.

On March 5, I sent an email requesting an update as to when I might expect something to happen.  

It is now April 7, and still have received no further response from or action on the part of this company.

Our upstairs bathroom flooded. We called Go To Services hoping to get things taken care of. The service was OK.  However, the business end was horrible! One of the dehumidifiers was broken.  I did have it replaced.  But the customer service was awful! I literally had to call the office several times to get a bill! I never received a quote fo reconstruction services at all. Nobody seemed to know which end was up! Very expensive for what little work was done.  I would never recommended them!

I am currently a renter and had a mishap with the garage door. This resulted in needing the whole garage door to be painted . The property management contracted with Cadriel Construction for the job. The owner Rich contacted me via text message at 9 pm the night before and told me he would be sending a guy and gave me no time range. We didn't even know when the painter arrived and open the garage door up on him while he was prepping the door. After the work was done I followed up with Rich to obtain a copy of the invoice to which he very rudely asked Why would I send you the invoice? it was sent to property management If I am paying for the work I should have the right to see the invoice. Rudely disregarding someone paying for your services was the response I received. I contacted the property management and they ended up uploading the same invoice that he could have provided me. The invoice was just a list of tasks that should be done when painting even though it was listed that the garage door should have been cleaned before painting but I know that it was not. Nothing was itemized and the charge was super high at $460 to paint a standard two car garage door where only around a gallon of paint is used. I would not recommend this company to anyone they are overpriced and rude.

Carport converted into garage. From the start of the project to the day they were fired, nothing was done right. Foundation poured incorrectly, had to be tore up and redone, blamed subcontractor and plans. Framing done indirectly, blamed subcontractor and plans. Door in wrong spot, windows in wrong spots, blamed plans. Plans were all correct and measurements verified to be true. After the owner got aggressively in my face with homophobic remarks and refusing to follow the plans, they were fired. Electrical had to be redone as it was not up to code. They sent falsified invoices and charged for an over filled dumpster that they used for other projects. They billed me for material they used for other projects. Never returned any of the money I paid up front that they didn't have invoices for. By far the rudest, arrogant, racist business owner I've ever dealt with. The positive reviews you will see are written by his daughter that works for him.

Jason took a deposit check and never completed his crappy work. Months later still no response.

You we certainly get sued when one of them or gear falls from the roof. Absolutely no safety measures.  No regard to personal property. They threw item off the room and caused debris to cover the vehicles.
Took no precaution to the dust getting into the air inlets why using power saws.  Worst in the business.
