Finally... after a year in the making, we searched and found Josh, the right builder, to redo our mid century ranch carport in Cave Creek. We have a brand new pine tongue and grove ceiling and redwood gable ends. We stained over 100 (12' ) boards on our own before installation. We are very happy with the results, and the attention to detail. I would recommend Josh!

I have had work done at both my home and office. Great quality work! Doug is very professional, reasonable and easy to work with. I highly recommend this business! I am a life long customer for sure!

While the job we had Jon complete likely wasn't the most complex, he was incredibly speedy and easy to work with and we went from confirming we'd work with him to permit in-hand in 5 days.

Wanting to get a new toilet installed, I made several frustrating calls to plumbers (who quoted outrageous prices and time frames) and other handymen (most didn't return my phone messages) , I contacted Jake, who promptly answered his phone. He quoted a very reasonable fee and could come that afternoon.

He was timely in his arrival, very courteous, and a neat worker who knew what he was doing. The installation was completed very quickly. I told him his fee was too low and paid him extra. I highly recommend Jake and I will call him when I need his services again.

There isn't enough stars for Schott Development, they deserve 1000x1000. Chris and his team are amazing and the work they do is beautiful. They take pride in ALL there jobs they do big or small. If you can think it, they can build it. I highly recommend them on your next project you have.

Robert from West Haven Builders removed a wall,  popcorn ceiling and moved electrical outlet/light.  He always responded quickly. His quote came in at a competitive price. What I really appreciated was he kept me informed and updated, was on time. He also always kept the work area cleaned and cleaned up when finished. I will definitely use West Haven Builders again. Alex and his crew did a garage conversion plus addition for us.  They turned a 2 car garage into a gorgeous 1000 sq ft apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a full kitchen and a laundry room. Their attention to detail and creativity was apparent at every step, and the end result is beautiful.  I went into this project with much trepidation, having heard stories about how awful it can be working with a general contractor. It is wonderful to have found the exception.

I was introduced to many contractors when I decided to do a full remodel on my family home and I am so incredibly happy I chose Ben and 123 remodeling. This was my first time taking on any kind of construction, and with 2 small children, I was eager to have this be as swift and timely as possibly so we wouldn't be displaced longer than expected. I was given a 2 month timeline, which by all means, was much faster than I had anticipated. Not only was my home done BEFORE the completion date, but the gentlemen working on my home were kind, respectful, and clean. I was back in my home in 7 weeks and I cannot be happier. Ben and his crew went above and beyond in every possible way.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Ben and 123 remodeling, and I have and would recommend them to anyone.

Had an estimator come out to bid on our bathroom remodel. We told him we were leaving town so he said to go into the showroom with a piece of tile when we got back and they would help us out. Went to the showroom and the estimator was on vacation and the front desk couldn't find any notes on our work. No one ever called back. Lousy customer service. One star is too generous

This is an amazing company.   I needed someone right away because I couldn't turn my shower off.   They got someone there within the hour and fixed my problem.  I'm extremely grateful.  I definitely would recommend this company.

I received a quote and was charged $500 more than quoted.  They did not properly clean the base cabinetry and stains started to show through the paint within 2 weeks.  Scheduling was very difficult and last minute.  Also, they promised to return and put new hardware on the cabinets, but never came back despite multiple messages left.  I had to hire another handyman who came and completed the job for me.  He did a great job, but cost me another $400.  I would not recommend this company at all.

Buyer BEWARE! This company is a complete Joke. Zero professionalism and Zero quality of work. Just horrible ownership and lack of just plain ol common sense.

Justin and his team were amazing. huge shout out to Nick for all his correspondence. We bought a property to flip from a different state and they were incredibly fast and efficient. The house came out amazing and the work is great! to counter the previous review - I did actually pick out all of my tile, and finishes with no problem. Super happy with it and hope to flip a few more homes with these guys :) Thanks y'all.
