I have used The Scottsdale Handyman for years. When I used to own rental properties all I did was call Eddie & give him the info about the particular problem &  the contact info on a tenant & Eddie would take it from there. The work was done in a timely manner & never had a complaint about his lack of professionalism or his manners. From installing a water heater to hanging pictures. From fixing irrigation to installing toilet & such, Eddie can do it all. I have found that there is no job too small or too large for The Scottsdale Handyman!

I can now sleep through the night without worry that my kitchen was going to flood. Trysten was quick to respond, had no silly fees and was very flexible to work with. He was here within a couple hours of first contact. Brought in his case of tools and got to work. quick, clean, polite and respectful. Very happy with his services!

I called them to get a quote on a tubular skylight. There was no upselling and the quote and final bill came out exactly as discussed on the phone.

The installer Eric came out on time and finished the job quicker than expected. He was friendly and courteous. There was no mess left behind either.

I'm not sure if they were the best price in town, but I'm willing to pay for good service. After reading the reviews here on Yelp I called them right away. Once again the Yelp community was spot on.

We wanted a simple but good looking block wall to be used as a compost pit and shovel rack. At a time when most contractors are too busy to be bothered with a small job, Dylan and his team came out relatively quickly for an estimate and gave a written proposal for a competitive price the next day. We were able to schedule the work shortly thereafter. Their mason Rafael is an artisan and worked very hard, quickly, and cleanly.

After searching around the Los Angeles area for a range hood I was not satisfied with the price and time it would take to build a range hood. I found Artistic Alloys and Design on yelp and spoke to Scott the same day. He assured me it would get done at my price point and in the time I needed! I showed him the idea of the hood and he and his team did the rest! I have very low ceilings in my kitchen which required a custom range hood. Scott walked me through all the requirement details. I sent him photos and measurements of the kitchen and within 48 hours he drew up a sketch! He replied to every text message I sent!

The range hood came to my door perfectly wrapped and ready to go! It is perfect and hangs magnificently in my kitchen as the centerpiece!

The service and communication could not have been better!  We are rehabing our home for sale, and NEEDED a new shower door.  Dallas, Garrett, Jeremy, and Wayne were outstanding.  I had to have the door installed at the same time photos were being taken of the house.  Jeremy and Wayne let the photographer set up for the shoot, interrupting their installation, and did so with a smile.  They were so helpful, kind, and cooperative.  Thank you to all the great guys at GCSGD!!!  By the way, the new shower door looks amazing and the installation was flawless :)

After years of of hiring substandard contractors and handymen that really didn't fix the problem, I learned the hard way that you have to pay for quality. After working with PDG on several matters, I can say without hesitation that PDG Construction has provided me and my family with quality repairs and construction services.  

I first met the owner, John, years ago. He is a straight shooter and will tell you exactly what is wrong, how to fix it, and how much it will cost. In my research, I found that PDG is licensed, bonded and insured, which made it easier to hire this group.

But more importantly I write this review to brag about he great results I received. Most recently, PDG Construction remodeled my parents kitchen and bathroom, and the results were spectacular! The bathroom remodel went smoothly, and I will continue to refer to them as a quality general contractor to all my friends and family.

first time using them - when I moved in 3 years ago I actually got a letter stating that they'd done work on our house before so keep them in mind if anything goes wrong. Well it finally did and they were not only able to get me in before noon to fix a main line back up back up, when a cancellation came in they called me up right away and offered to come sooner if I was home. Done in 30 minutes, everyone was nice and professional, and if it happens again in 7 days they'll come back out for free. Could't be happier.

I've worked with Greg for a numbers of years for various communities I manage as an executive director in the HOA field. GB is always reliable, prices jobs fairly, and does exceptional quality work. I would recommend GB to anyone.

Called Rush based on reviews as I was looking for some exterior waterproofing to protect our new kitchen. Central Phx has quite a bit of flooding due insufficient drainage, low curbs, old speed bumps and homes sitting at ground level.
Had a conversation with Rush and he agreed to come out. I told him we weren't in a hurry and if he needed to book another day, that was ok. He said no, he'd come out on a Saturday and called back with a time later in the week to confirm.
Saturday morning, Rush called to cancel. Understandable. His current appt was running long and it was up near Cave Creek. Didn't offer to reschedule but instead asked me to send pictures. Well, I knew that he had no interest in the work and even though I had suspicions, I sent the pics anyway.
Not another word from Rush.
He could have not wasted my time, but I guess it was easier to brush me off.
Funny, he complained about Millenials not wanting to work hard and impacting his business. I won't speak to the quality of the work, but it seems to me he would do well focus on running a professional business before casting blame elsewhere.

Really like the guy but, he totally flaked. He kept me waiting and would say drawings were on there way and then nothing.

Not one to review often, but Danny and his guys deserve the recognition.

Danny and his team converted our garage into a casita. Of the contractors I interviewed, Danny seemed the most honest and ethical. He was competitive on pricing and was willing to work with our modest budget. After seeing some of his previous work, I knew he could deliver on what we were asking him to do.

Timeline, we honestly expected things to be delayed at every step, just given that this was during the tail end of the initial COVID shutdowns, supply chain issues, and, let's be honest, this is what many of us have come to expect from contractors. But all things considered, the milestones were most often met on time and the end product was delivered within the time frame proposed.

To be expected, we had some disagreements and concerns along the way. What impresses me most was that Danny and his team were always quite responsive and in the end, our needs and desires always came first.

Finally, in my mind, a job complete is only complete if the service that follows the delivery of the product is top notch.

We had some minor issues in the year following the initial build. But Danny was always on top of it and despite being incredibly busy, found time to send his guys our way to take care of these issues promptly.

Also, would like to recognize Jose, who was just the most sincere and hardest working of Danny's guys. Just a good guy; one of those guys that can't do any wrong. We were big fans.

Honest, ethical, responsive, and fairly priced. And good guys, to boot. What more could you ask for in a contractor and his team?
