We contracted our remodel project of a 1950s vintage central Phoenix home with VETSBuilt Contracting. The entire project was well executed from the beginning. They were also the most responsive business during the initial bidding. DJ and his team of experts accomplished work that included electrical upgrades, plumbing upgrades, complete flooring and bathroom tile upgrades, and drywall work. The team held to schedule commitments and executed work in a professional way. The Quality of Workmanship from each area of trade was accomplished flawlessly. We will use DJ and his team again as we see them as trusted/professional partners that provide great workmanship, a fair market price, and a schedule you can count on. Special thanks to Sergio for stellar tile work, Jay for super electrical upgrades that brought convenience to the property, and Daryl for plumbing upgrades that addressed issues and  modernized the home.

They replaced our waterline pool tile.  It looks great and they were very responsive and professional.

We had a complicated situation.  They came in and easily solved it for an affordable price.  Looks amazing. Our patio pillars were sinking due to wood rot underneath.  They raised the roof above, replaced the wood, reinforced the floor, fixed the tile afterwards.  They made a hard job look easy.  I highly recommend them!

They were all very, very nice people who knew what they were doing and they worked so well together, my job was completed in one day and they helped me get my furniture back in place, too, so my house was back in order before I went to bed. We got a portion of our stairs redone through One stop wood works. Daniel and Israel would show up on time daily, make sure our furnitures were protected/covered and go about getting things done with quiet focus. Also, they cleaned up behind themselves when they wrapped up finally. Most important of all, very happy with the outcome of their work.
We have a couple of more projects in mind and look forward to bringing them onboard to execute our plans.

We decided to have our rear patio and front porch upgraded and refinished from plain concrete. Daniel from Copper Sky Concrete came out to show us the different possible finishes we could have, the different looks they would give, and took measurements. A couple of days later I received his quote which was detailed and seemed very reasonable.  After the work was completed, we were very happy with the end result.  Daniel's workers were efficient, professional and friendly.  They cleaned up after themselves before leaving for the day.  About a week after the work was finished, Daniel made another trip to our house to see what we thought of the outcome.  He was happy that we were happy.  I highly recommend Copper Sky Concrete for any refinishing and resurfacing needs you may have.

Refinishing a pool is a daunting and expensive process that few homeowners look forward to. After owning the home for 4 years, I learned that a build flaw with a popular defective bond beam rounded edge style that our pool was installed with never should have been used in the first place as chunks of pebbletec and large cracks started to appear. Based on the cost estimates I saw online, I spent a month interviewing pool companies and collecting quotes (accidentally became a mini expert in all things refinishing in the process!) and after 5 different company visits, I chose Shane and Cool Blue Pools. His communication, professionalism, pricing and quality far exceeded our expectations and we're thrilled to have a brand new looking pool.
