Good job to all! These guys moved heaven and earth during a supply chain shortage to get my pool built and completed! It looks awesome!

Used them for years and I am an out out of state Landloard but treat the rental like a home.  I feel they treat their work the same way, business but personal.  Kangaroo staff are great communicators, workers are reliable and do a good job, as well as prices are fair.  I like their email weekly reports with readings and pics.  Those pics for an of state landlord are priceless.  Thanks Kangaroo and I would recommend you to anyone.  Keep up the good work!

Refinishing a pool is a daunting and expensive process that few homeowners look forward to. After owning the home for 4 years, I learned that a build flaw with a popular defective bond beam rounded edge style that our pool was installed with never should have been used in the first place as chunks of pebbletec and large cracks started to appear. Based on the cost estimates I saw online, I spent a month interviewing pool companies and collecting quotes (accidentally became a mini expert in all things refinishing in the process!) and after 5 different company visits, I chose Shane and Cool Blue Pools. His communication, professionalism, pricing and quality far exceeded our expectations and we're thrilled to have a brand new looking pool. He finished ahead of schedule, coordinated with my existing pool cleaning crew throughout the process and we couldn't be happier with the experience or the outcome. I contacted Love Your Pool (LYP) as my pool pump had sprung a leak and had some other issue's that I had questions about. I reached out to LYP & they quickly responded! With the help of pictures and a video I sent over to them by text, they were able to quickly diagnose what needed to be done to remedy the problems. They provided an easy cost breakdown w/ no hidden fee's. Andrew also came out and verified that there were no other surprise or hidden issue's that would add to cost(s). He also answered all my questions I had on the spot. Excellent customer service on the phone and in person.

I purchased my home November 2021 and Sonoran newly remodeled/resurfaced the pool before I purchased it. Within a month of owning the home a pool leak was discovered coming from the pool light, and skimmer throat seal. I contacted Sonoran Water Custom Pools and Spa and was told because I am a new owner that the warranty is not transferrable. I thought to myself okay that's weird that they don't stand behind their service. So I went ahead and spent over $1000 to drain the pool and fix the leaks. Additionally it was recommended that I fix the foundation bellow my pool pump because the pump was placed over unstable ground.
Now 5 months later another water leak is discovered. This time the tile is found to be cracked leading to the pool steps. Why is the pool that is newly resurfaced already having cracks in the tile and pebble tec? Both my leak detection professional and pool maintenance person were surprised that this is happening so soon after the pool was resurfaced. The only logical answer as to why is that the pool company didn't fix all the problems under and around the pool before it was resurfaced.
I have reached out the Sonoran about these problems and haven't received a call back. If they are a reputable pool company they should care about the quality of their work and stand behind their services. I am afraid what other leaks and cracks this pool will have in the future because in less than 6 months I have had 3 sources of leaks. I do not recommend anyone uses this company until they start taking responsability for the services they provide.
