Best Pool Heating System Installation in Phoenix AZ

My solar water heater became defective, called several companies for service, here are some of their comments, " if we didn't install it we don't service it". "we don't do solar anymore", We live in the Valley of the Sun. I called General Solar, spoke to Kent and he said he could come to my house on Monday, I asked if he had any solar water heaters on hand, yes he did, I said please bring it when you come.  After 4 days of no hot water and taking cold showers even during a heat wave, gets old, I had hot water within 1 hour, Kent and Steve cleaned up and removed the old water heater. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Kent and Steve. I will refer you to anyone who is interested in solar. Thanks again, Mary

David is the owner, and service tech. I would expect more of an owner to satisfy his customers for return business and also a good review here.

So I had updated my review as I was promised a refund of the 190.00 the company had charged me to come out to continually fix the same problem of bubbles in the line and change filters. BUT after I updated it he took away the credit and is again charging me the 190.00. NOW to me it tells a lot about a company who reneges on a promise more so then the terrible customer service that I wrote about in the first place. To be paying 8000.00 for equipment in the first place to not have the company stand behind its product and installation, I would be looking elsewhere for a system. Customer service always trumps price for me. I would rather pay a bit more if I knew the company treats its customers well. We have South Face is our hole house solar company we call them to fix any problem they are out by the next day NO CHARGE!!!

Buyer beware!!!!  This company will lie to you about what the system will do.  Our solar system barely heats our pool, not what we expected with our $5,000 purchase.   The company will not stand behind their product and even attempt to make things right with their customer.   I'm so passionate about how badly we were mistreated, I am leaving my phone number so any prospective purchaser could call me while conducting their due diligence, I simply would hate to see anyone else waste their money on this system and boost this company's bottom line.  I'll provide you with all our details and you can decide if this system will work for you.   Jayne O'Brien (928) 460-1845 - Scottsdale, AZ
