Best Granite Countertop Install… in Phoenix AZ
They exceeded my expectations on the new kitchen cabinets. Good value for my money, easy to work with, and was completed in a timely manner. Pleased with the process and final end result.

Wow! What an amazing experience!!!! Charles was the absolute most amazing person I have delt with in YEARS! When we got there he greeted us with a smile! He helped us through every step of picking out countertops! Showed me what they had in stock! Walked me through where quartz comes from and what is a prefab slab vs the other ones. I can't thank him enough! The lady that took my payment was even nice! Everyone I saw there had smiles on their faces and said Hi. I went to another place down the street before coming here and I left because of poor customer service! I am glad I came here and met Charles! I will send all my friends and family here!

Worst experience ever. I should have just flushed 10k down the toilet.
Delay after delay after delay.
They would not provide me with an itemized bill. I didn't think much about it UNTIL the day of install.
Some cabinets arrived chipped.
Measurements were off. Breakfast bar was too short. Refrigerator (was on site) didn't fit in the allotted space. Their answer... leave the counter top ends unfinished, so the refrigerator will fit. Really?
Pantry was supposed to be a lazy Susan type of cabinet. It wasn't.
Some doors will not align evenly.
I got drawers in cabinets that were not supposed to be drawers.
Not one single cabinet shelf can be moved to a different height. There is only ONE set of holes that actually line up.
I show my kitchen to everyone I know. So far I have been able to direct 4 people to go ELSEWHERE.

when we went in to look for our new bathroom cabinets we were treated very well. The sales associate was knowledgeable and able to help us with our needs. We ordered our cabinets for two bathrooms from them. The bathroom cabinets showed up with no problem until we checked everything out on them. We were told to check before they left and make sure everything was OK. We found one drawer that needed to be replaced. The driver said that they would be sure to contact the company and have somebody come and take care of it. This was back in March 2022. Now we are in October 2022 and I finally received the drawer that was broken. I had to call constantly and take the scratch drawer which was not a close drive. After several months of calling, texting and waiting I never received it. Finally calling customer service and threatening to return all my cabinets I suddenly received my new drawer within two weeks. I do not recommend Sanels they do not care about their customers once you've paid your money.

Nice looking, favorably-priced import cabinets from China. Owner, Bill also said all cabinets were in inventory and ready for installation within 4 weeks. As a GC, we were hopeful to begin doing business with Better Homes Cabinets & Granite per an immediate, and upcoming projects. Then Bill told us that his Company's policy is 100% payment upfront to place orders. We offered 50% down, and 50% upon delivery. Bill rejected it. We offered to escrow the money with Better Homes Cabinets & Granite's bank. Bill rejected this offer, suggesting we review his many favorable references. Indeed we did as the majority of references were anything but favorable. Now we understand why he requires customers to pay 100% upfront, before receiving or having the cabinets installed. Be smart, read the reviews before making any payments.

Excellent customer service from Wayne. He provided cabinet suggestions while our house was being built that I would never have thought of. Layout and plans were accurate.

Ellen, Cheryl and her team were a pleasure to work with and left us with a bathroom we are now proud to show off. The open line of communication was excellent and I felt as if my voice was heard throughout the design and build process.
We needed our job complete by a certain date, and the White Builder team had no issues accommodating the quick turnaround. I've had some companies take several months to get a project off the ground but from the first point of contact on Yelp to the finish of the project, it only took a couple weeks here. We were pleased enough that we've already started our second project.

Trevor is was great about coming out and doing a quality drawing and layout. Unfortunately that was the only part that went smoothly. The installer was lazy and left trash everywhere. The craftsman's ship was poor and you could see scratches and nails in the cabinets and a whole back of cabinet was missing. I notified Trevor and he came out to fix the problem. Within a couple of day the corner cabinet door came off. The installer came back out and told me I was pulling on the door too aggressively!! I barely opened a couple of times and it broke. He drilled new holes and now a couple of months later it completely came off the bottom hinge again! Owner is fine but can't say the same for his team. Crappy installer and poor customer service!

I recently used a L&M Granite Countertops to install quartz countertops during my kitchen remodel and I can't say enough good things about them. The salesman and crew were friendly, responsive and on time. The prices were very reasonable and quite a bit cheaper than other companies I checked out. Their workmanship was also excellent. I would recommend this contractor.

The bottom line - Valleywise is the company for your kitchen cabinets and counter tops. We are elated with the results of our kitchen remodel!
We purchased and moved into our home in early 2022 and knew at some point we would remodel the kitchen. The project surfaced to the top of our to do list early in December 2022. We made a list of 3 contractors we would seek estimates from; first up was Valleywise Cabinets & Countertops.
One of the owners, Lucas, personally came to meet with us and discuss our vision for the new kitchen. Lucas quickly understood and offered suggestions which greatly improved the layout and functionality of our kitchen. When we received the estimate for the project we made the decision to move forward with Valleywise and not get additional bids.
Our gut feeling about the company and foregoing additional bids was the correct decision. We then decided to expand the project and replace the vanities and cabinets in both guest bath and master bath. We then met the other owner, Daniel, at the company's manufacturing location and he walked us through the process. We were able to observe counter tops for another job in the in the process of completion.
1) Design - Prior to finalizing the layout, including the number of cabinets and drawers, the company's designer came to our home and in a few days we were able to access the computer generated design showing the design for our new kitchen.
2) Quality - all cabinets and drawers are soft close and very sturdy. The counter tops are amazing and the lines are clean
3) Workmanship - the demolition and installation was almost seamless and everything went according to plan. The only hiccup in the process was the design for the new coffee bar had to be changed as the original size of the bottom drawers was not available. As it turned out it was for the better as the drawers are wider and a 3 tier spice rack was added at no additional cost.
4) Price - very fair.
5) Crew - one cannot say enough good things about the company's employees. They are friendly, possess a true desire to please the customer and their work is meticulous.

we had our cabinets refaced by 3-day. I could not be happier with the outcome. were there some issues? yes.......but I spent my professional career in customer service organizations. we ALL make mistakes. the differentiator is how the team responds. George and David have been a real easy team to work with. I trust them COMPLETELY. I have actually left them alone in my home while working. the issues I've had were dealt with immediately and without any conflict at all.
after seeing the quality if their work and their honesty and trustworthiness, I also contracted them to replace my countertops and backsplash. we could not be more pleased!! I highly recommend this team!!

I have thought long and hard about this review and came to the conclusion that I must share our experience. Hopefully this will help someone who is thinking about hiring them, or any other contractor.
We visited Re-New Cabinets and dealt with Arlette. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Robert was on time to look the job over and give us a quote. We agreed on color, design and start date for new drawers and door fronts in the den and master bath. We signed a contract.
For the most part the workmen and women were on time. They put up plastic sheeting on the bathroom and den doors to help keep down the dust. We've had projects like this done before and the sheeting did as expected and as previously experienced. It's about all they can do.
Throughout the project, they were hard to get ahold of and sometimes I had to place more than one call over several days. I was told Robert doesn't always answer his cell phone if he's with a client. Apparently he doesn't check his messages, either.
We were going on vacation before the job was complete, causing a payment issue. Arlette insisted that we pay in full, We need you to pay now. This was repeated four times during the same conversation. We agreed to make a partial payment with the balance due upon completion.
The renovation looks lovely; however it shouldn't have been so difficult and they shouldn't have had to return to fix problems. Attention wasn't paid to the original configuration. The new drawers are over one inch shallower and over three inches shorter than before; the previous contents don't fit. The new hinges are much larger than the old ones. We didn't think to ask about dimensions and it wasn't pointed out that they would be so different. We have one legal size drawer for hanging files. The rails were installed for letter size. There are two drawers where the hanging files should be turned 90 degrees from the front. These rails were also installed incorrectly. There wasn't an issue with them returning to correct the problems, but if they'd paid attention in the first place, it wouldn't have been necessary and the job would have been done sooner.
The bottom line is that no matter how many renovations you go through (and we've gone through several in our 30-year old house), you still don't think to ask every question.
