Best Post Construction Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

I am in love with Ma's Cleaning.  I had a house that hadn't been really cleaned for a good number of months and I have cats and dogs.  Dogs aren't bad, but I have cat hair EVERYWHERE and the dust to go with it.  Well, these delightful ladies worked so hard, and so fast, and left with this place shining like a new penny.   I also have a very full etagere which has probably not been dusted in my lifetime!  Sparkles!  I have no words glorious enough to praise them with.  When I move to my new home, they are coming with!!!

I booked Leslie's house cleaning when I moved into my new place and would def recommend her service to anyone! The cleaner was super nice and right on time she did a great job and made the place feel so much cleaner so I could start to move my stuff in. Also I was too lazy to get cash and she let me Venmo her 5/5 stars just for that

The price range for this service is grossly above average when compared to competitors in my opinion. I was quoted $27.50 per maid per hour and they send a team of 3 maids. They informed me that my home would require 3.5 to 4 hours per cleaning which came out to approximately $245-$280 per cleaning per their quote. This was approximately $100 more than estimates from upscale clearning services on Yelp in the Phoenix metropolitan area.  And this was not a one time cleaning or deep cleaning. This was for scheduled routine maintenance which they typically give you a lower rate. Furthermore, they never responded to my e-mail and I had to call them to get this estimate. When I called, I was on hold for a long time. In my opinion, I would recommend calling around and getting estimates before committing to this service.

Parker's service is so great! His work is very detailed and efficient! He makes the appointment so clean and bright! The move out cleaning is definitely recommended to everyone who needs!

Nicole was totally awesome! On time and professional was just the beginning. She was terrific. When we finally got everything out of the house I realized just how much I needed help with the move-out cleaning. Nicole went back home to get her carpet cleaner/steamer and worked doubly hard to remove pet and traffic stains. That was without me telling her in the beginning that I would need carpet help. She always had a smile on her face regardless of what needed done. I wish there were more words available to tell you just how terrific she was. What she did for us was more than just a cleaning, it was well beyond. And all was accomplished for an extremely low price and done with a smile and friendly attitude. If you ever need regular cleaning, or a move-out, or move-in cleaning, Nicole at Proficiency is who to call. After I get this new house un-packed, I will be calling Proficiency for a regular clean monthly.

I received a fairly prompt reply when requesting a quote, but the reply was that they have a waiting list for cleaning services, so, don't waste your time.  I'll give them 5 for getting back to me quickly and they must be good if they have a waiting list.

I sent a contact form and heard back from the owner Rose within the same day. The better part.... she had a cancellation for the same day I called and got me in on the same day. The two ladies came and they were extremely pleasant and did an amazing job. I would recommend this place to anyone!

This company is very unprofessional and not at all reliable. I scheduled a move out cleaning a week ago with Saenz Cleaning and they never showed up. I attempted to call and text them the day before and the day of at least 10 times requesting a confirmation but never received a callback. This company is a joke. If you are attempting to get your house cleaned and it is time-sensitive, definitely don't waste your time with this company.

Absolutely, amazing "Classy Cleaning Service"!!  I am so impressed with Grace and Joseph from the beginning.  They immediately responded to my request for service.  I explained my needs and wants- they offered a fair quote.  They then offered to come the very next day!  Less than 12 hours from initial contact!  As far as their cleaning service- attention to detail and wanting to surpass their clients expectations are clearly their priorities.  I am VERY picky and expect perfection.  Grace and Joseph met and exceeded my expectations.  I am so happy, and can't wait to use them again.  Thank you so much CLASSY CLEANING SERVICES- you made my home beautiful again!!

My husband and I moved to a larger home and used Molly Maids in our previous home and were satisfied with the cleaning we had.  At the new house, I thought they did an adequate job the first time they were came but it was marginally on every monthly clean thereafter. What I did like was the fact they were always on time and I had the same two very nice ladies each time.  However, I was always finding things that weren't dusted or some other little thing that wasn't done. The first time they were at the house for over 3 hours, the second time a little over 2 hours, and the last time a little over an hour and a half.  While I realize they would "get to know the house" the more they were there, it shouldn't have been that big of difference.  I ended up discontinuing the monthly service and would love to find a service that I could rely on.
