Best Post Construction Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

I am in love with Ma's Cleaning.  I had a house that hadn't been really cleaned for a good number of months and I have cats and dogs.  Dogs aren't bad, but I have cat hair EVERYWHERE and the dust to go with it.  Well, these delightful ladies worked so hard, and so fast, and left with this place shining like a new penny.   I also have a very full etagere which has probably not been dusted in my lifetime!  Sparkles!  I have no words glorious enough to praise them with.  When I move to my new home, they are coming with!!!

I needed a deep clean of my home before I moved in and they went above and beyond. They cleaned things I didn't even think to clean. 10/10 would recommend them. They did such a good job!

I called AZ Clean Pros for a deep clean after having some construction work done on my home (dust EVERYWHERE). They were straightforward on the phone and gave me an estimate for the cost of service based on the sq footage of my house.

They arrived a bit late (due to an accident on the highway apparently), but they called ahead of time to let us know, and they were worth the wait! The team left no corner neglected and no dust bunny free to roam....windows, baseboards, light fixtures, blinds...everything was clean! AND they came in under the estimate I was given by phone. They are a HUGE improvement over the last cleaning service we had.

The Director, Aida,  stopped in after the crew was finished to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Very professional. I will definitely call them again.

Parker's Commercial Cleaning is WONDERFUL! We called and spoke with Daniel about cleaning our office. Daniel was polite, professional and was punctual. After discussing our office cleaning needs, Daniel went above and beyond our expectations. We will continue to use Parker's Commercial Cleaning.

Wow! I am so thankful I found this service! The proprietor came and cleaned my house touching every surface and every item was cleaned under and nearly place back in order. I have used two services in the past months that were horrible. Only touched what was in their "list" everything costs extra. This is a fair fee for getting an absolutely sparkling clean domain. She is prompt, great communication and an absolute pleasure to work with. Run don't walk to hire Proficiency Cleaning!!!

We had Opulence Cleaning come in after we renovated a condo and clean it up before putting it on the market.  There was drywall dust, paint splatter, and who knows what else in every nook and cranny.  Opulence Cleaning came in and made the place shine from floor to ceiling!  They did a great job!  We'll definitely use them again.  Thanks Opulence Cleaning for your great service!

The second time Saenz Cleaning cleaned my condo was okay but I wasn't as happy as I was the first time they cleaned.  There were 5 people who cleaned the first time and two people the second. They used products on my black kitchen sink and on granite countertops that streaked.  They charged three times as much as they did the first time, yet didn't clean as many rooms.  They did, however, clean up some broken glass on the floor.  When I contacted them to let them know my disappointment, they told me no one else would charge less.  This wasn't true as I have found other cleaning services that are much less expensive.  Even so, I would choose a cleaning service who charged the higher price if they acted like they cared about me as a customer and didn't discount what I said.

Grace and Joe at Classy Cleaning did an amazing moving out clean on my house. It was cleaner than the day we moved in. Not only do I highly recommend them but have passed on their info to a couple acquaintances. If you are looking for someone who will do and outstanding job at a great price, look no further. Hire 'em.

Our small office was in need of a good deep cleaning and after a quick message to Blanca, we made arrangements for her to stop by for a quick estimate. We did a quick walkthrough of the space and she provided a fair estimate and so we scheduled her team for Monday morning. She texted before her arrival and showed up with a team of 4. All the ladies were thorough cleaning the floors, baseboards, windows, blinds, all tabletops, etc. Our office looks and smells great!

Great communication and great work! I will be hiring Owen and his team again for other properties that need proper cleaning!

Yelp definitely needs to start letting us give a half star or no star reviews. Molly Maids is a scam. They quoted me for 2 to 4 hours on the phone. I told them it was not a wreck and all I needed was vacuum and mop floors, clean bathrooms and to be this house was EMPTY. They wanted cabinets clean and fridge clean, ok. Cool. I informed the lady, who was very nice and professional, that as she could see it wasn't that bad in there... and that it was not necessary to be there 4 hours, and could she shave some time off that. She said cool. I left and came back after an hour and a half, they had vacuumed ONE room and was barely walking out of the FIRST bathroom. Now don't get me wrong, I don't think they should have been done, but they should have been through the bathrooms and vacuuming and swept and mopped in an hour and a half! There was 2 of them! I again told her, respectfully, that I didn't want to pay for that many hours and she told me that it was probably gonna be more than four hours. Hmmm, I told her to please be faster. I again left, as I was moving, and came back 2 hours later, to find they had barely finished 3 bathrooms and had vacuumed 3 or the 4 bedrooms! They had not swept or mop nor vacuumed the 4th bedroom! I understand they try to claim they are cleaning wall sockets and outlets and baseboards and doors, yet most of that wasn't done either. I informed them that this was not acceptable and kindly asked them to leave. No cabinets or countertops and no fridge cleaned. They were there for 3.5 hours and claimed 4.5. They called me the next day to see how I was satistified and I told her I was not. I rehashed what had happened and, although the woman on the phone was nice, told me they would not refund any money, but assured me they left way before they would have been done. 6 or 7 hours to clean a 4/3? They did half the work so I expected half the hours. They didn't budge on price. Complete rip off. They called me today and I told the head guy their they were dragging their heels and I wasn't comfortable paying them nearly $500. They stretched their time way out and when I told this guy, he said yea "that's how they were in business for 20 years!!" DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! COMPLETE SCAM!!
