You dont get a second chance to make a first impression!! Your second chance was successful. I did receive my paint job. My wife and I spent 2 days cleaning the pool, that's fine. As a final thought, the job was completed satisfactorily! The journey to get there was not what we would consider necessary for a business of your calibre.
