I contacted Bram Flooring for a small floor repair and they came out, looked at it, provided a written estimate and scheduled a date and time for them to come out to do the work.  They never showed up not called, texted or emailed that they would be late, not come at all or to reschedule.  Very poor customer service.

I love our stairs now! FCI was incredibly easy to work with, they showed up on time and the install went smoothly.  Thank you!

First the good: their pricing is reasonable and the owner is knowledgeable and friendly. He was commutative and came out within 24 hours of me calling for a quote. However the installation did take longer then quoted. They left construction debris (tile spacers, razor blades, thinset) in the front yard. The tile turned okay. There were a few areas that were roughly cut and spaces left ungrouted. There were also some lips in the tile. My biggest complaint is the quality of work with the trim/baseboards. I reached out to the owner to fix the issues. He told me he would send a guy out for months to fix the trim but never did. He did however refund the money for the baseboards and clean up the front yard which I did appreciate. Not sure if I just had a bad experience with these guys or what but I wouldn't use them again.

All the guys at PHX Floors are very professional. They were considerate of my time and my roomies time and space. The flooring in my two bathrooms was done in 9 hours. I was so surprised they were able to get so much done in that amount of time. I will definitely hire them again for future flooring work. The time saving alone was well worth it and they did an awesome job! Thank you!!

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

If your looking to get flooring soon in Gold Canyon.  Give Jon a call you won't be disappointed.  Our experience with Jon at Clear Choice Flooring went above and beyond.  We needed tile replaced ASAP, went to Clear Choice on Thursday, in a few hours Jon called and said we can start demo on Monday. By Thursday afternoon job was completed.  Jon stopped and took pictures and to inspect the job as it progresses.  Eddie and his crew did a great job on the demo, installing wood plank porcelain tile.  Could not be happier!

Brian S, the owner, not only did an amazing job at a fantastic price, he is the most ethical businessman I've dealt with here in AZ. I have all travertine floors and Brian and his team filled holes, sealed the edges, and polished my floor so it looks like new. He even recommended a sheen level that would be best with my dog ban unfortunate mistake happened where one of his workers scratched my dining room table. While some tradespeople might ignore it or try to cover it up Brian called me right away, vowed to make it right, and paid for a professional repair at the place of my choosing. Mistakes happen and I was mightily impressed by how he handled it. Combine the great work he did on my floors with that level of honesty and you have a winning combination. I would HIGHLY recommend Sir Grout under Brian S's ownership. He's the real deal!!

We love our new vinyl plank floors. We decided to redo complete home, including bedrooms. They look nice even after several days use.
 We started with Matt, who is very knowledgeable about flooring  materials, and the installation process. Which in turn made it easier for us to make a decision on which type of flooring best fit our needs.
 The Installers, Mark & Marie, were very professional, meticulous, and very helpful moving all items.
 Our sales representative, Patty, came by checking progress, through out the  installation. She was always very professional and easy to deal with.

Proline Flooring is by far one of the best flooring company to work with. Great at communicating, reliable, and the craftsmanship is always great. The guys came in, they knew what you want and start working. Proline Flooring did my shower. It came so much better than I expected. They over achieve my expectations on this project. They had great ideas how to design my shower as well!! Can't wait to recommend them to  family and friends.

Martin and his team are some of the best in the Valley!! They are so kind, thoughtful, respectful, and genuinely kind people. Marcus was a pleasure to contract for renovation of a bathroom shower. This was a first time experience for me and Marcus was accessible, provided great advice and did terrific work. Marcus provided an onsite estimate and helped craft the job based on what we were looking for. Every step of the way Marcus provided updates and receipts. I would not hesitate to contract Marcus for another job.

We remodeled 3 bathrooms (this was our first remodel) and were very nervous about the process.  We interviewed 5 contractors and Danny's quote was by far the most detailed.  He and his crew of wonderful guys worked 6 days a week arriving at 7 every morning.  They did their best to make us feel comfortable while they worked and made sure to clean up each day.  Their work is exceptional and we are thrilled with the results.  If you want someone who is easy to communicate with, okay with last minute changes :), highly skilled, and punctual....Danny is your guy!!
