Best Pool Repair in Phoenix AZ

Alex and his brother helped me with a railing for an outdoor staircase and ledge. He let me know when we started working together that he was really busy but they seemed like one of the best so I was determined to work with them. Even though it took much longer than I would have liked I was amazed with how it turned out. They achieved exactly the look I was going for and the install was a simple one day project. No fuss. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great working with designer gates. My old tired gate was in need of replacement and I found this company on Yelp.  They were very responsive and the owner called me personally to walk though options so I could tell the difference between a quality gate and one that would not last. I went with composite material which looks good but will also last much longer than wood.  Pricing was great and installation was done perfectly.  We had the gate done and installed within a week of when I sent measurements. 3 business days to be exact!

He followed up when he said he would which means a lot to me. It was so refreshing working with a company that actually did what they said they would do. This company is top notch. The product and materials they use are unbeatable for the price they charge. Also incredible customer service. We had Dane and he did an incredible job. Super knowledgeable and was patient with any questions I had. You can tell that he's fully bought in to his company and for good reason...they are the best.

Michael and Anthony arrived on time, were professional and efficient and did a fantastic jobs. My metal railings had rust and were in dire need of repair and paint.  My house backs onto a lake so the railings were in quite an awkward position.  I am beyond happy with the work. Paul has maintained my pool last year weekly and is one of the most conscientious, honest and reasonably price pool service I have found in the Surprise Arizona area.
This year while away for a few weeks the monsoon came in suddenly and I called Paul to check the pool as it had lots of leaves that clogged the pool drain and skimmer baskets. He came out the next day and removed the leaves and tested and treated the pool as because of the lack of water circulation was ready to have a algae bloom.
After treating he came back the next day to check again and swept the entire pool then added addition treatments for algae.
I know this because of my surveillance cameras recorded his actions  and time he spent doing it.
Like I said earlier. Honest conscientious at a great price.

Crystal clear pool!

We just got finished with a pool & yard renovation in southeast Chandler - I called & emailed several of the pool fence companies in the valley, including the big name ones. I was shocked at the price quotes I was receiving! Luckily I found Alex on FB Marketplace - he responded quickly with an estimate on my 125 linear feet and a gate. His price beat the others by A LOT. They were able to install within a week and the QUALITY of the fence and installation workmanship can't be beat. I am so glad I hired them to do my job - I saved thousands $$.

We initially had Kurt install our custom Iron pool fence 3.5 yrs ago. We were happy with it until we saw how rapidly the fence was starting to breakdown. Maybe all iron fences do this within 3.5 years? Since our pool deck/yard are currently being remodeled, we had Kurt come back out to quote us on modifying two small portions of the fence since his guys were familiar with the initial fence construction. When I called Kurt to let him know we needed to wait another week or two for the pool contractors to finish and that his quote was a bit higher than expected he abruptly replied, Whatever, but I'm not dropping the price one penny. Definitely an understandable comment but Kurt should know that quality of work (I'll give his crew a C+) and customer service (I'll give Kurt an F) are what most customers look for and expect out of their contractors. I'd recommend other pool fence companies that seem to have much higher average reviews.

Requested 4 times online to receive an estimate.  No response.

I called to get my brick wall repaired, Ken answered the call on a Friday why he was working. Said he call back and request pictures of my project.

So he did respond with a quote of 400- 500
He seemed to be quite confused on the work I needed. So I called him and left a voicemail.
Very thuraly what was needed again.

When he returned my call he said he be out later that day to personally come out to my property to give me an estimate. Not giving me a time frame.

Later a guy showered up I asked are you Ken?
No I'm not but I work for him. He walked around my property. He seemed not prepared to answer all my questions. I then asked if he had a business card. No he didn't.

The kid said it would be an easy fix.

Next Ken called back very aggressive and confused about the project.  He's details for customers service was nasty. He got argumentative. At this point I said I will  be glad to let you speek to my husband in the next room.

Then he just hung up!!!!

Unprofessional conduct.

Excellent customer service. I called on a Monday and on Friday we had a fence. The cost was reasonable, communication was great, and the fence looks nice.

We've had the fence two months now, and noticed that two of the sections had strange gaps and were canted at an angle. I called around 4pm, and despite saying that they were very busy and likely wouldn't be able to come out until next week, the tech has just left my house (it's now 10:30am) after adjusting the tension and adding an additional connector at no cost.

Ben did a great job with a piece of outdoor art we needed to repair. Ben is a terrific individual, is very honest with you about what he can do and was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Ben to anyone considering welding needs.

Supposed 6 week wait to do a minor repair and suggesting replacing an entire fence? Joke company. Pass.

Response to their response: I stand by my previous statement. Multiple other companies got the same info and responded in a logical, helpful manner.

I used this company and they seemed to be good. However had a few issues come up and instead of Steve (I was told he was a c)  working with me he started ignoring my calls and texts.

So I turned  the company into the state contractors and it turned out that even tho on all their paperwork it said the were bonded and insured it was a lie. Due to the state threatened both owners with jail time did I hear from Steve again. I choose to have them pay to get the issues fixed from another company. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Due to the issues with the fence one of my mini goats was killed. Thanks for that

I wish I could give ZERO stars. DO NOT use this company! It's ran by thieves. Brandon Sandoval took a $4600 cash deposit from us for a fence to be installed around our backyard and pool we are currently building... he was scheduled to start Nov 1st. Instead he ghosted us. Now all his phone numbers are disconnected, and we can't get ahold of anyone, nor have we got a call back. If you're looking to be robbed for your hard earned money then this is the company for you!
