I orginally decided to go with Maloney's because the owner was a firefighter and spoke English. Moreover, Tim  seemed to be professional and knowledgeable.  I contacted Maloney's in late November to clarify the estimate we had been given during the summer. My husband and I were torn between buying the material from Maloney's and installing it ourselves our have.  During a conversation with my husband Tim reduced his original estimate by $75 (from $845 to $775) which we found to be very agreeable.  The day of install (Friday 12/12/11) the installer showed up with the wrong color of fence and gate.  At the end of the day the installer told my husband they did not have a black gate and would bring the correct gate on Monday the 5th.  By Monday afternoon I did not hear from anyone from Maloney's so I contacted their office and spoke to Gina -- who knew nothing about the gate.  I asked at that time that one of the $400 charges to my credit card be reversed since the job was not complete and apparently she had no idea when it would be.  At the time I was also upset not only that they charged me for a job not completed but charged for an amount different than what we had been quoted over the phone ($775 became $800),  I did not hear from Maloney's for over a week and a1/2 regarding the gate and what I was told was the were issues with manufacturing and they would get back to me when it was available.  I had to dispute the 2nd $400 charge because Maloney's did not credit me for 5 days after my first phone call.  I called Tim with Maloney's on the 20th because I noticed my credit card had been charged without my permission on the 19th.  He promised Gina would get back with me that day to discuss the issues we were having and apologized for my card being charged. Maloney's charged my credit card TWO more times without my permission (had to cancel credit card and send final payment as a check) and prior to the gate's final install on January 4th.  I definitely would not recommend Maloney's -- good product but very poor customer service and follow through.

please help to find those two persons Joshua s pattiete and his partner they work in repair and replace garage doors in Glendale az only use that business to fraud costumers after u make a contract give a deposit they hide hope with this help i put those guys in jails to much people are been fraud
