Apparently they have too much business to be taking on any more.  I requested Jose to just respond twice with no call back. I'm guessing it just fell through the cracks but maybe if you are too busy to schedule appointments its time for some administrative assistance. Hopefully in the future you will be better about communication with new potential customers.

I couldn't be happier. From the kind person on the phone who arranged everything (Jennifer) to the men who did the work (removing a large old tree, and grinding the stump), everything went smoothly, and the results clean. Wonderful job, and I'd heartily recommend them (as Badger did to me). Thank you!
