Established in 2008.


In the midst of the initial housing boom and crash I found that people needed someone to fix the home that they couldn't afford to sell. We started small, just me and my kids. As the market began to recover Knox Renovations began getting phone calls for bigger and more elaborate jobs. After a few years real estate investors found us and we spent 10 years in the Seattle and Tacoma market starting with a nightmare project we had to remove the homeless from and turning into a home we were proud to put our name on.
