With the current housing market, we are forced to expedite things to make sure we end up with a home we love. I had to call a few places to have a roof inspection done since there were some concerns, and not a single answer from anyone.
I managed to call Jordan and he immediately answered and was able to come in and do an inspection the next morning.

Not only did he respond very quickly, but he also quoted us 5-7k less then the home inspector thought the repairs would cost!!! Got us all the info, pictures, and aggressive pricing in timely fashion and made us feel a lot safer with pursuing the home we chose.

We close on the home this week and we will deff. have him come in to do the necessary repairs.
Will 100% refer any friends or family to him.

I cannot begin to describe how fantastic The Roofing Company is! We got 3 estimates before calling TRC, and all of them seemed very high. Luckily TRC was recommended to us just in time and we called them for one more estimate. Shane was great, and the price was significantly more reasonable than the other estimates we had received.
