Phoenix Mobile Welding

The weld on the backyard gate's hinge had failed, causing it to fall to the ground. With three dogs needing containment, time was of the essence.

The company recommended to me was going to have a tough time getting up to the Anthem area for a couple of weeks so I was forced to roll the dice. Boy, do I love it when luck is on my side! I left a message on a Friday and heard back in less than an hour. They came out bright and early the next morning -- Saturday morning! -- and fixed the gate. They also took a look at some pool fence posts we were concerned about and decided one of them needed to be addressed. They came back the following day -- Sunday!! -- and fixed the fence post. It ended up being a bigger job than they had predicted so it ate up even more of their weekend.

To find someone who 1) calls you back, 2) within 24 hours, 3) provides quick service, 4) provides quality work, and 5) was very pleasant to deal with... that's pretty rare. Not that I want to need a mobile welder in the near future, but at least I know a great one if I do!

If you have a small residential project and want to be jerked around by an arrogant, unreasonable, and rude dick, this is the place for you!

So I contacted Phoenix Mobile Welding a month through Yelp, and told me to contact one of their guys Matt which is one of their mobile welders. Man, let me tell you this guy is unresponsive. In the beginning he was responsive, as I call him, I get his answering machine, so I leave a message, then the next day he would call me back, although I was busy, so he leaves a message. This kept happening back and fourth for a week or two, as he said to call him back which I did, but he would never pick up. So I decided to text him. My text message was clear and concise, showed detailed pictures as to what I would like to get welded...No response. Then I text him again, to ask is he is available anytime soon, which he said he will be available after 4th of July. So I text him after the 4th, then he says I have to see what I'm welding because I don't want to be liable... I texted him detailed pictures as to what I wanted welded. So I was ok with that, I just wanted to schedule a day with him so then he can see what he would be dealing with. I then ask him, when will he be available. Then he says he will be busy all week with other projects, but next week he will more than likely be available. So the next week passes, and I text him, and ask what are your available days next week, and that was the last text I made to him, and still to this day no reply from Matt... So I've already had a Mobile welding service done through F&D Precision Welding, which they're service was 5 stars: very professional, scheduled an appointment within a week with no hassle, very responsive, on time, and the welding quality was really great!! In conclusion, do not deal with this business specifically MATT, you will get NOWHERE. All you'll be doing is wasting your time.

Doug answered our call right away and came to us stranded in the mall parking lot.  Very friendly and knowledgeable.  We're use to doing our own repairs but this was a bit beyond us.  Required a new axel, brakes & hubs.  He removed parts that evening and had us on the road by 1p the next day!  If it hadn't been so late and stores still open we would've been on the road even earlier.  His price for all of that was truly fair!  Really glad we found him!

They were very nice and easy to work with.  It turned out that my fencing needs were beyond repair, and that I had to replace it. They do not do that service.  Instead of just repairing for a very short term fix, they were completely honest and open with me. Based on their honesty, I recommend anyone to contact them for any welding needs.

Excellent! Responsive to my first inquiry. Gave a me a good estimate and stuck to the price on install. Scheduled quickly. Showed up on time. Did craftman-like work. Nice guy. Good choice.
