As someone that doesn't have a lot of time to talk on the phone, I really appreciate how responsive Urban Desert is when I message them. The staff is super friendly both in person and via text. They are willing to work through or explain any concerns you may have. I will continue to use Urban Desert while I live in Arizona.

I moved & signed a new contract with them. I didn't super love the contract didn't follow me but is to the property BUT if I had paid attention, I would have known that. So, heads up for someone else.

Israel came out and gave me a very fair estimate for termite treatment.  I scheduled an appointment for the next week. They arrived on time.  As promised the job was done on time and cleaned up!   I will be switching over to them to do my regular pest control.  I will recommend to all my neighbors and friends!
