Best Foundation Services in Phoenix AZ

We've been using Urban Desert for about 5 years now. Techs are always on time, polite, and do a great job! They also wear shoe covers which I appreciate. Also always take the time to listen to any bug concerns you have or areas you need specially treated. Tony is our tech and he is fabulous! Thank you Tony!

Great company. The person confirming the reservation was very nice and accommodating. The technician, Ausrin, was great. He showed up in time, was very professional and thorough with the pest control service. He explained everything and assured me they would come back if I saw any live arachnids.

SJM are great. They are a family owned and operated business and very conscientious. We have not had any issues arise so far, with critters, so they do a great job.

I originally posted a not so good review that I later found to be a totally different company with a very similar name....now that I realize what company Im using, I know for sure I have the right one.

Was a client for over 10 years and had to leave after being treated so poorly by Dyann, office manager.  Tried to double my price and made it my fault like it was an inconvenience to them. Trying to schedule dates became increasingly harder and communication by phone ceased and only via text. Was such a wonderful and family company for many years and now horrible. Treated so poorly that it was not even a hesitation to move.

Very nice people that are very helpful with questions.  The first time they came out, they nuked this place.  I saw dead black widows, cockroaches, and scorpions.  

I signed up with Preventive because I had scorpions, but my parents didn't and they used them and lived in a new construction area deeper into the desert.  So I figured Preventive would be good.

Every time they come out, I tell them there are still scorpions all over.  It's a year later, and there are still scorpions all over.  I still have scorpions on my back wall and in my house.  I saw a huge one about a week ago on his way to my bedroom and it was the last straw.

I don't have any other bugs, so I don't understand why I have these things still.
