We engaged Vetsbuilt after a disastrous few months with an unlicensed contractor who took a lot of money from us and did very little in return. We called DJ, who promptly came round, assessed what needed to be done, and got his crews to work. In addition to managing his workload, he also went out of his way to recover some marble that had been 'lost' by the previous contractor. At all stages of the process we were kept informed, and everything was clearly laid out in contracts and change orders. What started as a relatively small project took on a whole new scope once we saw how well DJ managed the crews and got the work done. Today Jeremy from Top Choice Electric arrived to install a whole house fan. First, when he inspected the place to install it he ran into a serious blockage. While I was frustrated he was calm and said let's look for alternatives. We did and found one.  This required him to do some work I did not expect nor did he. Once again he was very positive about it and just proceeded to solve the problem. During the time of his work he was calm, professional and optimistic.I was surprised he was alone since the product weighed something like 64 # and he had to push it up into the attack thru an access hole. Bottom line was he completed the job, did a great job cleaning up and the installation looks great.  A great company to do business with.
