We are really happy with our purchase. Rudy came to our house several times to talk shop and make sure we picked out the right windows. Dan and Kage installed them, and Joe did the stucco work. Everyone was always on-time and professional. So far everything looks immaculate and quality. For any other buyers out there replacing old metal windows with vinyl, I would HIGHLY recommend you pay extra to get the flush frame with the stucco work. We paid extra for this on 1 of our windows, but not the other. You can clearly see from the pics the difference it made in frame width both inside and out. If we ever have to replace more windows we're def going w/ the flush/stucco method since that mimics our old metal windows almost perfectly.

These guys seem set up for big, contractor orders. Not for individual homeowners. Never fixed my dinged door.

I ordered 3 new interior doors from this company (shaker 5-panel). The office people were friendly and the doors were cheaper than anywhere else. But the rest was a nightmare.

I came to get my doors when they told me they were ready for pickup. 2 were immediately given to me and loaded. The 3rd never showed up. I had to go into the warehouse and ask and was told they were fixing it... ok. Waited 10 mins and someone finally brought out the door.

Apparently, the door had a sizable gash and the fix was a patch of bondo. That's fine, but when they bring the door out, the patch hasn't even been sanded completely flush with the door. When I point it out, the worker asks you want me to fix it right? Uhhhhh, yes. I want my brand new door to look brand new.

He brings it back and I talk to the manager or the warehouse who tells me they can get it to me the next day.

The next day comes and goes. Then 2 more do. No word. I call them and get transferred to the warehouse manager and have to leave a voicemail. Finally get a call telling me to come get it.

I drive back down and take a look at the door and somehow it's WORSE. I ask to speak with the manager about it. She listens and says they can order me a new door and get it there the next day. I got the feeling she had bigger problems to deal with, though.

Several more days go by, and still no call or email. This is now 3+ weeks since I first picked up the other 2 doors. I called the office and told them I needed to know what was going on today. They offered to call me back (and actually did). Turns out the new door was never ordered... they offered to order it for me and have it in a few days. No thanks! I asked for a refund (even this was a bit difficult) and ordered that door and my casing/baseboard from another company.

I'd have given fewer stars, but the people in the office were friendly and they gave me a refund without much issue. Still, I'll pay more and go somewhere else next time.

We could not be any happier with our experience at Lasting Impressions. We just had our new door and sidelight installed today, and it is beautiful. The installers did a fantastic job! The service we received from day one was professional and courteous. We initially had to put a temporary hold on our order given an unforeseen circumstance, and Mark was incredibly accommodating. We feel very fortunate that we made the initial stop into this store when we started looking for a new door. They were thorough, detailed, honest, and there were no last minute add ons or surprises. We hired One source remodeling to complete a full remodel of our shower and 4 restrooms. Our experience with Ray (the owner) and his crew of subcontractors was terrible. Once source remodel utilizes a different  unexperienced and unprofessional subcontractors. We had multiple issues from our shower glass ordered incorrectly, resulting in us not having a fully functional shower for weeks, plumbing issues, and extremely poor communication. Ray the owner leaves everything in hands of his subcontractors who show up late, or don't show up at all. Once our remodel was completed he never came back to do a post sale inspection to check on the work.

We had to call him multiple times and we received excuse after excuse and months later we still haven't had all the issues resolved. His subcontractors talk about how bad One source remodeling is and how Ray is unexperienced. For example he measured our glass incorrectly, left our faucet unaligned, made a mess in our ceiling, didn't caulk several areas of the restroom. When brought up to Ray he said he was in Florida and would take care of it personally. Six weeks latter he's still on vacation and he cant take care of it.

I had to dispute the last payment with American Express as he never took care of the last details after he received payment 2 months in advance. Do not hire this company unless you want a bunch of excuses and lies. He comes in his van and presents well but  hands off the work to sloppy subcontrators.
