Obtained service for a bad infestation of mosquitos.  Jessica who setup the appointment was knowledgeable and very friendly.  Dewayne the technician arrived on time, and he was polite and professional.  The mosquito treatment was quick and easy, and it covered the entire yard.  Already seeing dead mosquitos on the patio!  I highly recommend Simply Green for mosquito control.

I was so so so happy with their service and it's been since the 10th of October and no signs of any Black Widows.  My RV was loaded with those spiders. I placed the call and they respond right away. Moxie is our pest control that we use quarterly. I noticed some activity inside our house and garage so I called them.  They had Jose come right out and take care of the inside of our house. He was very thorough and polite. Asked me if I had any questions or concerns. I love this company!!!

From the inspection, to the payment arrangements, and finally to the treatment everything was wonderful! Both the inspector and exterminator (Not sure of the correct terminology) where very knowledgeable. We had a few other quotes, and they where 300-400 dollars more than Invader! They did not use scare tactics, and they where very respectful. It was overall a great experience and if any one I know gets termites, I would STRONGLY recommend them!

So I have a rental property in Surprise, AZ and my Mom is renting from us.  She sent me pics of some issues that just arose this week.  

We like to support local women owned and operated businesses and help the small business out.  So Kristen was able to fit us in right away after a quick phone call last night.  She even arrived early to get the job done.  She was thorough, friendly and professional.  I paid her easily from afar on Zelle which was convenient for me.  My Mom is happy and thankful for the service and would also recommend her.  She felt safe having her come to her home, especially as a single woman.  So I definitely appreciated that safety factor.
