I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. My neighbor is a home inspector and he even said this is one of the best roofs I've seen. We had a significant interior leak as a result of a heavy rain, and were referred to BCS by our original builder. Dean personally responded quickly to our request and promptly set up an appointment. He checked our roof and discovered large holes in the surrounding stucco resulting from extremely poor work done recently by another contractor, as well as several repairs needed on our existing roof from 10+ years of wear. He quickly provided us an estimate of all required repairs, set up a convenient time for the necessary work to be done, made the required repairs on time/budget and returned to perform a water test to ensure the leak was indeed fixed correctly. Furthermore, Dean came during the weekend in-between providing his estimate and making the repairs to plug the stucco holes so that the possible rainfall that weekend wouldn't cause further damage. We couldn't have been more pleased with Dean's work quality and timeliness, and would certainly recommend him to others.

I tried to use this company to work on my flat roof.  We agreed to price and had a contractor agreement we have all our contractors fill out that includes references and rules while working on our companies jobs.  This company refused to fill it out and would not explain why.  I'm not sure if they don't pay taxes but don't waste your time with this company.

After communicating Chris from Mr PhxIt returned today 9/6 as we scheduled!  Chris replaced the newly fallen roof tile.  He did reglue pigeon spikes (these were the 2 main concerns of mine).  Additionally, Chris did glue an entire extra row of spikes (not there initially) to keep the birds from roosting at the entry door.  All in all, Chris PhxIt did my roof repairs, tune up, and return visit for a successful job.  Thanks, Chris.

We wanted to remodel our kitchen, with way too many ideas in our heads. Lyra really honed in on what we were talking about and her design was came out better than we could of imagined. Ryan and his crew were prompt and his communication was great.

Marvin repiped my house using pex pipe. It's been installed for two years now from Rafa at lepos plumbing with no issues. Well......until a few days ago.   A leak happened at a joint so I I called Marvin. He came over the same night after working all day and stopped the leak.  Then Marvin and Rafa came back and finished the job!!  I am very happy and pleased with Rafa and Marvins professional work and attitude!!  Thank you very much for being patient with me and being honest and good people.   I would hire them again and again and again!!!! Scott was amazing!! I was very impressed with this company overall! I can't say enough good things about Scott and how much he went out of his way to help us get our entire roof replaced and working with our insurance company's adjuster.  Scott was very professional, super friendly, honest and answered every single question we had. Kept me updated on the timelines of the work and when things would be completed. The crew was always on time, worked very well together and because they stayed a little longer than normal to finish the work, I bought them lunch and beverages to cool them down and keep them happy!  They were very clean and respected our property. I am so very grateful now and can be at ease when the Monsoon storms hit us again!!

Got a new roof with this so call roof company by them coming around and offering their services by using our insurance claim.  They installed the new roof in July 2022 and of course no rain but come the rains in October, we notice water coming through the ceiling.  I contacted their office and they were so extremely rude and kept giving me excuses on why it's not their problem.  It's definitely their problem because we never had a leak not even on the old roof.  But now we have a leak on the roof.  Anyways I have tried to contact them and they are just hard to work with.  They are super friendly till they get their money and then their true colors do come out.  Now we just had more rain in December 2022 on now we noticed other locations that are leaking.  The work looks very mediocre for sure.  I would suggest for anyone to stay away from this company and get a more reputable company that stands by their work.  My email is      [email protected]

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on
