Had a good experience with some brick work and painting. After some touch-up work the job was done well. The new owners of the house we're happy and the work was warrantied to satisfaction so what more could we ask for.

Wow! We love Modern Innovations. My wife and I were contemplating purchasing a new home until the market went crazy. We had a dream for our home and Irving brought it to light. No job is too big for him. Irving and his team are beyond respectful, hard working and responsible. He set proper expectations and exceeded our timeline/vision. He renovated our entire kitchen and we're in love with it. Everyone who comes over comments on it and how beautiful it looks. Irving does the job like he's doing it for his home. We're having him come back to renovate our bathrooms/fireplace. We can't recommend Modern Innovations enough!!

Just did my final walk through this morning on a rehab in Sun Lakes, AZ.  Phoenix Home Remodeling did all of the heavy lifting on this project.  It's only my second project and these guys made it a nice and easy experience.  I'll def be calling them for the next one......hopefully they'll still have time for us little guys!  Here's a peak at my favorite before and afters of the project.

This company is so amazing, I thought that I knew what I was doing but in all honesty I need them to help guide me into my kitchen remodel. My favorite thing about them is how clean and organize they are, also their professional input has been so on point! I also have been adding to the project, from when it started and Kyle and his wife are so cool about making the vision come to life! I can't wait to use them again!!!

Chris installed a custom window to enclose an office space in a second floor.  He does quality work. He is very detailed oriented, responsive, and a good planner. He sent us a design and was so impressed that he understood what we wanted.  Highly recommend his work.

Joe came out quickly and made us a priority. He met our budget and timeline. Was a great communicator and has good resources. Would recommend for your next home renovation.

We just wrapped up project with Canterra Construction in our new build. They guided us throughout the process as we transformed our plain, asymmetrical, and inverted TV wall to the focal point of our home. Their entire team is great and we felt supported by all of them over the course of the month-long process. We can't wait to tackle other projects in our home with Canterra Construction!

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

We remodeled 3 bathrooms (this was our first remodel) and were very nervous about the process.  We interviewed 5 contractors and Danny's quote was by far the most detailed.  He and his crew of wonderful guys worked 6 days a week arriving at 7 every morning.  They did their best to make us feel comfortable while they worked and made sure to clean up each day.  Their work is exceptional and we are thrilled with the results.  If you want someone who is easy to communicate with, okay with last minute changes :), highly skilled, and punctual....Danny is your guy!!

I have had a few things completed by Todd Whittaker Drywall now.  They fixed a hole in my ceiling as well as installed a backsplash in my kitchen.  aside from a minor miscommunication one time, that was rectified immediately, they have been fantastic.  They do not seem to be your typical contractor company.  i highly recommend them.

Worked with XLT Construction to have a job completed where the previous contractor bailed - these guys came in and completed the work in 3 days and did a terrific job!  Would highly recommend. They installed french doors for our den - a door on the master bath, added walls to a removed fireplace and removed a door opening.

Joe and his crew has done an outstanding job remodeling my house. I first started the old the old tile and carpet being removed and new ceramic tile installed with new baseboards. Then I couldn't help myself and had a complete overhaul of my master bathroom. I had them remove the old shower and garden tub and replaced it with a huge walk in shower with a rain shower, wand, and body jets. I couldn't stop there because the work they do was amazing. So, I decided to have my cabinets painted and countertops replaced. Lastly, my house is 16 years old so fresh paint on the outside was what my house needed to be complete. I can't thank enough each and every person I came into contact with. I can finally say they made my vision of my house a dream come true.

DJ and his team did an amazing job putting in new floor trim throughout our house! It made such a dramatic change to the flooring. He contacted us right away with a quote, had all the appropriate paperwork, communicated updates, and cleaned up after each day. We definitely would recommend DJ!

Lon is amazing. He did work that for 3 years I couldnt find anyone to do. Everyone else wanted us to replace our entire kitchen granite. Lon was able to find the matching granite and only replace what was needed.
His work is excellent and his customer service as well. Will never use anyone else.

Completely impressed with the work that Tru Builders did for us, whole house flooring. They helped me and my wife pick out the flooring, baseboard and paint. They made the whole process so easy. They have a handy online system that kept all of our job information in one place, they even had photos uploaded to us everyday of the process! Very user friendly. They showed up in a timely manner, even finished a couple days ahead of schedule. You get what you pay for with Tru Builders, their quality of work and professionalism is unbeatable. It was difficult to find a re-modeler that we could trust, Max and his team showed top quality work, can't recommend them enough. Looking forward to working with them again in the future on our bathrooms.

When we hired this family-owned company by the owner, Alex Suarez, he showed his portfolio shows which were very impressive! We chose to recruit him and his crew to begin work with us in our master bathroom. He confirmed an appointment immediately and the next few days to launch working with us. Once they arrived here time, they had their own tools and equipment. They were very organized, good preparations, and knew what to do with the procedures from scratch to end. They showed very positive attitude, friendly, hard operating as a team. While they installed our own tiles, they made sure that we were satisfied with their performance. We are in love with this modern tile floor in the bathroom. They are quite talented and knowledge. Very details! They can do almost anything like shower tub, floor, tile wall, and so forth on.
