Fixed and resealed our foam roof after storm damage. Also repaired some damage left unintentionally by another contractor. Very responsive and did quick, quality work, especially when it needed to be done to prevent water getting in our house. Highly recommend!

Needed some roofing work done for a house I was in the process of selling (various broken roof tiles replaced and address a small interier rook leak)... Called Arizona Roofing systems when I saw a truck in my neighborhood and found great reviews on-line.  They didn't disappoint.  They responded to email quickly and came out the next day for an estimate, then Josh met with me a few days later to go over items in person. The work was done only a day or two after I gave the go-ahead and I was provided pictures of the work done.  Overall price was just what they had estimated, and roughly what I expected for the amout of work needing to be done.  Just a wonderful experience.  Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roof work done.

After getting a second leak after my HOA jokingly repaired my roof in 6 months, I knew it was time to get it done right. Alex came out on Monday and gave me a quote to clean, repair and apply the top coating to the roof of my townhome. His estimate was spot on what I was expecting after receiving quotes from two other companies and I appreciated his friendly attitude and promptness.  I was put on the schedule for Saturday that week and then notified they could do my job on Friday - awesome! His crew showed up and promptly went to work, putting mesh around my air conditioner to prevent the pigeons from nesting and reattached the plumbing for my a/c unit as well. I appreciated their ownership as they protected my interests and made sure my neighbor's a/c run off was routed away from my roof as well. I would recommend Alex and team for any roofing job!

It is your company.  Alex Stewart was the person we dealt with.  The old ROC # for Arizona Roofing and Remodeling is 317487.  The new ROC # for Arizona Roofing and Remodeling is 322763.  Please notice the name Christina Stewart on both accounts with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.  Our claim against this company was under the old number of 317487.  If you go to the ROC page, look up this company, then click more info at the far left, you will see there was 1 claim and that it was resolved.  Believe me resolved is a relative term.  We did not receive all of our money back, but felt it best to settle.  Just because a case is resolved does not mean the contractor is any good.  Our roof was completely redone by JBS Roofing. As I stated before, three other roofing companies came to give us estimates and NONE of them had a kind word to say about the quality of the job Arizona Roofing and Remodeling did.

I found Icon Roofing through a recommendation on the Arcadia Living Group on Facebook. During a monsoon a tile blew off my roof, I wanted someone to check for damage and replace any broken tiles. Icon roofing was very easy to contact, came out to inspect the roof, and booked the repair within a week. Zac sent an email with the quote that included pictures of damage. Everyone was very professional. I'd definitely recommend Icon Roofing!

Had a small leak in my roof that I noticed after the last shower we had. Got 4 estimates from roofing companies. Now, I'm certainly not a roofer, but I am handy. To me, it really didn't seem like it was a huge job based on what the roofers showed me and described what needed to be done. Most estimates were about $2000. When Jose came by for an estimate, he was honest and said it wasn't that big a job, and would take about 2 hours. When his guys showed up to do the job, they were here for just about 2 hours. The quality of the work looks really good. They cleaned up when done. And Jose was very reasonable with his price. Had I chosen one of the other companies, I would have paid them about $1000 an hour. Who makes that kind of money??? Maybe the job was too small and they didn't really want to do it. Who knows. I would definitely recommend Jose and his team and will use again in the future. Also, as a real estate agent, I will also recommend to my clients. Thanks Jose!!

We had a similar experience that Randy noted below.  Garrett was going to come and give us a quote, but never showed and didn't call to cancel.  When I reached him, he noted car issues (which I totally understand), but then said he had forgotten to call and cancel with us.  My mother had stayed home and waited all day for him to show up.  A courtesy call would have made a world of difference.  After reading Randy's experience in this area also, we will be obtaining quotes elsewhere.  Unfortunate, as Garrett seemed really nice over the phone.  Too bad too many forgots are happening. :(

I called two roofers for a small roof repair, Gleason showed up on time.
The other roofer was a no-show.
They gave me what I felt was a fair price on site, and in writing.
Repair was made within a week.
I offered to meet them at the job site for payment, but they just stopped by the house to pick up a check couple days later.  Really easy to business with.
They will be my first call for any future roofing needs.

AWM just completed major work on my flat roof & I was very impressed as Alex & his son Alex Jr. were very professional, honest & did the job quickly at the quoted amount.

Joe/Showtime Roofing was one several bids I obtained to strip and re-roof our 2400 sq ft home + a 720 sq ft patio roof.  I ended up choosing Showtime Roofing and they did the job in early June 2022.  I waited for some months to leave a review, as I wanted to see how the roof performed during the monsoon storms.  I'm happy to report, no issues!
  There were several reasons that I choose Joe over the other 4 bids I got.  One was materials -- there were details in the materials Joe used that stood out.  For one example, we chose a quality dimensional shingle.  If you drive around, you will see that for most roofs with asphalt architectural / dimensional shingles, they took standard 3-tab shingles of the same color as the dimensional shingles, and cut each of them into 3 pieces for the ridges and peaks.  This is a common cost cutting measure that most roofers do, but may not disclose to the homeowner.  Joe did it correctly and used hip and ridge shingles for the peaks, which definitely gives a much more attractive appearance.
  During the job, I could always reach Joe by phone if I had a question or an issue.  Joe's crew started and completed the job on time as promised.  The last point I would mention is that Joe's bid price was at or lower than the other bids I got, and as I said, there were some materials and methodology in the job that I felt were a little bit superior compared to that of other bids.
  To sum up, I would definitely use Showtime Roofing again, and I would recommend Joe and his company to others.

My experience with this company has been horrendous. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. To name some issues, tiles aren't in line, they placed the replacement tiles that are a complete different color where we have to see them rather than under the solar system, I needed an itemized bill for damage from our solar company that they are covering and everyone I spoke with about it said it was something I would get however when I didn't receive it, I asked to speak to a superior and was unfortunately connected to Shane. He wanted to do nothing but argue and raise his voice to me. When I asked repeatedly to speak with someone else to avoid the unprofessional conduct he told me over and over that he is the end of the line and it stops with him. At the end of the abusive call he stated he would have Scott send over what was already promised previously and hung up on me. No surprise after that encounter that I haven't received it and have been ghosted when trying to follow up.
