These guys suck! Spent over $40,000 on The last roof you'll ever need - lifetime gaurantee!. Now I have 7 leaks in my roof. Some new, some of the same old leaks. I can't even get a return phone call! I have been calling them since November! They came out once, roof still leaks and I have been getting blown off ever since. Once they have your money - have a nice day!

Contacted them October 17 for a quote, responded back on October 18 saying they would contact me in 24 hours. October 20 messaged again saying no one had contacted me. They apologized and said someone would contact me that morning. Finally contacted me this afternoon,October 25, asking if I needed service. I told them no because I went with someone else. It shouldn't take a week to contact someone for a quote if you care about business. Apparently they don't. I'm most upset that they couldn't contact me at least to say they were busy or give me some excuse. Would never use.

Requested a quote through their website. More than a week went by with no response. Finally called to see if they could come out, we scheduled a day and time window during the week. I took the morning off of work to meet with them. I Even got a confirmation call the afternoon before which was great. But then come the day of the on site meeting know one showed up or even called to reschedule... Lost my business, Too bad for them because I maintain multiple residential properties that have and will need roofs in the future.

Eric, the Owner and CEO did a roofing inspection for us.  We recently replaced our roof with another company and had a leak right after.

There has been some confusion as to who needed to take responsibility, our roofer or HVAC.  Eric was hired to come and give his professional opinion on how to move forward to address the leaking roof.

Eric came out quickly and made a very thoughtful and thorough inspection.  He took time to explain it to all of us, as well as the two contractors.  I was beyond impressed by his patience and care.  He communicated clearly and helped us all understand the situation.  He communicated well with us from beginning to end; both in scheduling, inspection, and his thorough email.  This was most impressive.

Our roof had a leak after a pouring night of rain. I contacted RHS Roofing the following day and they were professional, knowledgeable, and timely. They gave me a free roofing quote to fix two areas that were leaking and completed the job shortly after. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

Kyle and his crew were a pleasure to work with.  We received a total of six bids, and Kyle did offer a competitive bid.  Kyle went over all the work needed which we already knew would be a roof replacement and a new gutter system.  Our home is a Santa Fe style, flat roof home so the roof is a bit tricky.  They nailed it!  Roof is properly sloped, and now there is spray foam for insulation, and two coats of elastomeric.  The new gutters look fantastic as well.  I couldn't be happier with the results.  They were always on time, and respectful.  It was great to work with a company with such great values and high standards of work.

Jose was very professional since the first time I spoke with him. Very good at communicating and always available. He lived up to his price and work. He quoted us the best price for the quality materials he used. He's even offering us a 10 year warranty on his work. He came in put a roof on two homes and was out of there before we knew it. After much research and multiple bids we decided to hire Ridge Roofing to replace a roof on my parents home. Tanner came out and completed the bid. He sent us an itemized list of what needed to be done along with a reasonable bid and detailed pics of the old roof. I had many questions and called multiple times...he answered all my questions and made me feel confident about my decision to go with Ridge Roofing. They got me on the schedule quickly, got materials on site and showed up on time. As the project went on Landon...the owner, kept me up to date on the progress. Again, there communication helped keep my confidence. Upon completion of the job, Landon came back to do an inspection and to take pics of the completed roof. As I mentioned at the beginning of my review...I got several bids before hiring Ridge Roofing ....my choice was based on the companies integrity and commitment to doing their very best work. AWM was responsive in same day show up.  Gave a great quote and began the job within 24 hours.  Left area clean.  Completed the job in a comprehensive manner.  My family and I were very impressed.  The owner is a true gentleman.  We will tell family and friends who need roof repair to use this contractor!

Joe/Showtime Roofing was one several bids I obtained to strip and re-roof our 2400 sq ft home + a 720 sq ft patio roof.  I ended up choosing Showtime Roofing and they did the job in early June 2022.  I waited for some months to leave a review, as I wanted to see how the roof performed during the monsoon storms.  I'm happy to report, no issues!
  There were several reasons that I choose Joe over the other 4 bids I got.  One was materials -- there were details in the materials Joe used that stood out.  For one example, we chose a quality dimensional shingle.  If you drive around, you will see that for most roofs with asphalt architectural / dimensional shingles, they took standard 3-tab shingles of the same color as the dimensional shingles, and cut each of them into 3 pieces for the ridges and peaks.  This is a common cost cutting measure that most roofers do, but may not disclose to the homeowner.  Joe did it correctly and used hip and ridge shingles for the peaks, which definitely gives a much more attractive appearance.
  During the job, I could always reach Joe by phone if I had a question or an issue.  Joe's crew started and completed the job on time as promised.  The last point I would mention is that Joe's bid price was at or lower than the other bids I got, and as I said, there were some materials and methodology in the job that I felt were a little bit superior compared to that of other bids.
  To sum up, I would definitely use Showtime Roofing again, and I would recommend Joe and his company to others.

Whatever you do, find a different company! My husband and I paid a lot of money to have our foam roof redone. They did sub- par work and would not take responsibility for not having delivered on their promises (and contract). We had to get the Registrar of Contractors involved who mandated that they either fix the numerous problems or provide a refund. Prior to this, we were almost to the point of having to take legal action to hold them accountable. For a big company who does work for large corporations, they sure were bound and determined to screw over the little guy. What a nightmare!!
