I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to get their house painted or roof repaired.  John Baker was professional, courteous and completely delivered on his promises.  The paint crew was excellent, the work is top notch.  He even inspected my roof for free and gave me great advice about it.  You will not be unhappy if you hire this company to do a job for you.  by the look of the rest of these reviews, I have to say I am not alone in my opinion.

While I can't attest to their actual work, I am giving this rating based on the service I received over the phone.  I called a few companies to ask about a having a project done.  Unlike the other companies who simply told me that my project is beyond their scope (mainly due to licensing), Ryan spent about 10 minutes discussing my plans and gave me very specific requirements/suggestions for getting bids on the project.  He then called me back 30 minutes later because he forgot to mention another idea.  I was quite impressed that he took so much time with me, knowing that he wasn't able to actually get me business.

I had Henry paint the exterior of my home along with helping me recoat my patio roof.  Henry was amazing to say the least.  I am an out of state homeowner who was very worried about trying to find the right person to help me paint my property up to code per my HOA.  Spoke with a few different painting company but Henry was the only one who gave me ease over the phone.  He was prompt at answering all my questions, and always responded to my text.  He made me feel at eased and followed through with everything he said he would do.  His price is more than reasonable for the work he does.  He is aware of how HOA like things.  When I had concern's, he even went out of his way to contact the HOA for me to confirm things are done right.  When he was done, he took lots of photos for me.   In this day and age, to find a someone who is honest, does fantastic work, and reliable is almost impossible.  Henry is THAT guy.  A True Gem!  Trust me, you will not regret hiring him.  Thank you so much Henry!!

AZ Family Painting did a great job repairing and painting our house.  There were some stucco repairs and drywall cracks which needed attention.  They did an excellent job on those and the exterior painting of our  home.  We asked for Sherwin-Williams Emerald paint and their quote was very reasonable.  We received bids from other contractors which were nearly twice as much.  Charles was very responsive and accommodating.

I used BCS to paint my house and put on a new roof. Communication from Dean was great; he walked me through the process and timeline and was responsive to both email and text. His crews showed up on time and cleaned up every afternoon before they left. The jobs were completed on time and within budget. I would highly recommend.

We live in Province and you need to quit soliciting door to door or you will be kicked out.  Final warning.  Especially if I tell maybe in a couple of months I would be interested and then you tell me the cost will be higher then.  That is no way to do business.  Your prices are high anyway.

Desert Sky did an awesome job painting our house.  Adam was upfront with all the charges and everything was finished in a timely manner. The painters were hard workers and super customer service oriented. Very pleased!

I used Yelp to get in contact with some roofers just before Christmas and GPS was quick to respond!  We were in a jam and needed to get our roof replaced and the exterior of our house painted ASAP!  George came by the house to take a look within the hour and two days later he had his crew there. They replaced our roof and painted in only two days!!!!!  And, it looked great. There were a couple small issues but George and his son were quick to fix them. If you need a trustworthy roofer and painter, then look no further than George and GPS Remodeling!

We had this company do full external painting and doors and baseboards inside. The price was great. Definitely the lowest estimate that we had. The work was great as well. I haven't noticed any paint in the walls and the work that was done looks evenly applied. The crew was nice and kept me informed on how long things were going to take. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Worker's were not on time and didn't even speak English! They looked at me like I was in a foreign country!

After trying to coordinate a roof repair with my HOAs preferred vendor who took a week to call me back and then said their first available date to do inspection was two weeks out, I found Armoured Construction on Yelp.  I requested a quote and got a call back within the hour.  They set up an inspection for the next day.  Robert came out and identified the issue (time for a recoat of flat roof) and pointed out the deep crack responsible for the current leak.  He did a temporary patch (no charge!) on that crack due to rain in the forecast to help prevent further damage while waiting for recoat estimate.  EXCELLENT customer service and response time.  Friendly, professional and informative inspection team.

I needed my shingle roof replaced due to hail and wind damage plus it was 22 years old.  The inspector/adjustor from my insurance company came out and did a detailed written evaluation so I had a good idea what I needed before asking roofing companies for estimates.  I requested estimates from 3 companies including Craven and two others which were  large companies recommended by Rosie on the House.  The other two companies provided such poor service initially that I decided not to follow through with them.  

I had called Craven because a woman in my neighborhood had them replace her roof last year and she was very satisfied with them.  Randy came out 3 days later and showed up on time as scheduled.  They thought they would be able to schedule the work within 3 weeks but as it turned out they had one crew who had completed another job early and said that if I wished, they could start on my roof in two days.  The crew that came out was knowledgable and experienced.  

The only variable on the estimate was for underlayment which they can't see until they strip the old roof off but they did say that if plywood was damaged it would cost $70 additional for each sheet that needed to be replaced.  As it turned out only one had water damage so that was in line with what my insurance adjustor had told me.  They used quality materials (Owens Corning) and the job was done on time at the cost they had quoted.  Overall, they did a great job and I would recommend them.

I was so happy to see Adjust Pro Solutions knock on my door they are Angel's in disguise I needed a roof real bad and they saved me the hassle with Insurance they handled everything I just had to pay my deductible,  hands down the best roofing company in AZ.
