I've never done business with such an honest person as Steve. I originally thought I needed metal roof coating to stop leaks but he took the time to investigate and said the leak was elsewhere. Suggested I call the roofing company that recently reshingled my house and have them fix the flashing... under warranty too. Wow!

Had my roof replaced in 2019, then while selling the home in 2020 we had a buyer's inspector come out. While the inspector did find a few items for repair, though none were causing any issue with the roof, I got back in touch with Arizona Roofing Systems and Christina scheduled all of our repairs, which were covered under our warranty. First off, this is for the quoting process and installation. I can only trust the workmanship based on everything else. Luis was very patient and prompt. I'm very analytical. A lot of back and forth to understand the scope and price. I did extensive research and L&R was the highest rated on Yelp and BBB. I received 3 bids of which L&R was the best in both price and detail. That's not why I chose them, I actually signed on with them before getting my 3rd quote. We went with an all new underlayment using existing tiles.
I got a call about 2 weeks after signing saying they would be here on Saturday. The Thursday before they just showed up and dropped off materials. One other roofer told me he would staff it with 4 people and it would be about a week. That was my expectation. Maybe because L&R is in Mesa and didn't have a lot going on in Glendale at the time, but they showed up at about 1/4 to 7AM. There must have been 10 workers. By 5pm, they were 99.99% done. The next day the Forman, Victor showed up and finished about 8 or so top cap tiles that they didn't have with them on Saturday. They cleared out the trailer and were done! I can't say enough about the professionalism on display. My neighbors were in awe at seeing how fast they finished. No sign, no fanfair, just got in and got it done.

Ok, if you're tired of contractors not showing up, call SF Roofing. This company came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, did some clean up and didn't try selling a thing that wasn't necessary. Fantastic pricing, prompt and professional. And, bonus, ladies, they don't talk to women like they're brainless!

I started searching for a roofer in my area on Yelp and noted that Advanced Quality Roofing had received a large number of 5-Star Reviews. I contacted the company and arranged a meeting with the owner (Robert) for the following day. He arrived on time and wearing a mask. We spoke about the job at hand and he left promising to send me an estimate the following day. I received the estimate, was satisfied with it, and decided to use his services.
His crew arrived 2 days later and he joined them shortly thereafter. His crew consisted of 5 young men all eager to start the work. I have worked with a number of sub-contractors in the past and I must say that this crew was hard-working (working from 8:30 am sharp until 6:30 pm) and extremely efficient. No corners were cut and the final result was a roof that was professionally installed and included a 10 year warranty.
The job ended after 5 days but didn't stop there. The clean-up was not to be believed! All excess materials and trash were completely picked up and they even had a large magnet on wheels which picked up all nails and metal objects left on the ground.
To say I was completely satisfied is an understatement. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Advanced Quality Roofing to anyone desiring roof repair or installation. First Class Company!

After getting a second leak after my HOA jokingly repaired my roof in 6 months, I knew it was time to get it done right. Alex came out on Monday and gave me a quote to clean, repair and apply the top coating to the roof of my townhome. His estimate was spot on what I was expecting after receiving quotes from two other companies and I appreciated his friendly attitude and promptness.  I was put on the schedule for Saturday that week and then notified they could do my job on Friday - awesome! His crew showed up and promptly went to work, putting mesh around my air conditioner to prevent the pigeons from nesting and reattached the plumbing for my a/c unit as well. I appreciated their ownership as they protected my interests and made sure my neighbor's a/c run off was routed away from my roof as well. I would recommend Alex and team for any roofing job!

Derek from Caliber did a complete evaluation and a gave me options on repair/replace and provided pros/cons. The crew was on time, clean & courteous.  Anytime I run across someone with a roof issue, I will refer them to Caliber.

I made an appointment for a leaking ceiling and they showed up that day. They had great customer service and Shane replaced shingles and fixed the leak the same day. They have been very knowledgeable with any questions i had and helped me prevent drywall damage by telling me to poke a hole where i saw the water stain show up. Now all I have to do is paint over the spot rather than replace a ceiling after all the rain we had. So happy!
